I received a DUI first of this year and I was freaking out. It was my first offense, I was panicking and not in a good headspace. So I was stressed to say the least. After seeing what the officer was charging me with I realized I needed a lawyer I could trust that could help me through this messed up situation I got myself into. Unfortunately every criminal defense/DUI lawyer in the Flagstaff area wanted a ridiculous amount of money for my DUI case and were not confident in the outcome. Almost everyone wanted over five thousand to do the case, until I talked to Bryan. He was a realist and didn't promise me any guaranteed outcome, but he was calm and told me he would do everything in his power to help me out. In my time of stress and panic I needed a person like that to calm me down and let me know it was all under control. So I hired him for a reasonable fee and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome, not just because his fee was reasonable but he did an outstanding job for my case. I went from being charged with a felony DUI charge to being brought down to a misdemeanor impaired to slightest degree. Bryan went above and beyond for me and I am eternally grateful for his efforts on helping me during my time of turmoil. If you need a criminal defense lawyer in Flagstaff Arizona for any reason especially a DUI Bryan Antol is your guy!

I was in a serious and first time legal situation and in need of just the right attorney, someone competent and respected, as my initial attorney fumbled the ball so to speak. Bryan Antol came recommended as one of the top criminal defense attorney’s in Arizona, and he absolutely lives up to this recommendation. Switching to him was the best thing I did. He was immediately compassionate and patient with me, offered a very fair fee, and answered all of my questions and concerns with precision. Whether he realizes this or not, he also enabled me to feel safe in the midst of an otherwise very scary time - his calm demeanor and obvious intelligence was just the right mix for my anxiety. He was clear in his approach to my case and helped me to understand the whole legal process (which was all so new to me!). He was able to get the more serious charge dropped, working out a plea agreement that not only kept me out of jail, but was also the absolute most lenient outcome I could’ve hoped for. I highly recommend Benjamin Deguire, Family Law Attorney in Flagstaff, AZ. Ben was the top reference I was given through my friends and family who practice Law in Arizona. With that, I was not shocked to learn that Ben was completely booked when I reached out to him last year, but he agreed to meet with me over the phone to assess the complexity of my Divorce case and feel me out as a prospective client. Fortunately, he agreed to take me on. Ben is an expert on Family Law and also very familiar with the Judges’ tendencies, and well connected with the other family law attorneys in town. This positions him to give sound advice on probable outcomes of settling outside of court vs. in trial. Communication is key when you’re navigating something as stressful, complex and high stakes as Divorce. Ben welcomes questions and input. He was able to pull my input into a strategy with my best interest and outcomes in mind. He tackled each category of the divorce decree one at a time, approaching the cleanest, simplest issues first. This set a nice tone for negotiating the more difficult issues later. Ultimately, we were able to settle outside of court through a combination of a Settlement Lite conference and a Judicial Settlement Conference. I can’t say enough good things about Ben and his wife, Liz. They were wonderful to work with and very relatable on the emotional aspects of divorce and divorce with children.

I want to express my overwhelming appreciation for the work ethic and integrity of Mr. Winborne, and his entire firm. First, his office was very responsive to our initial call. Ken returned my call pretty quickly regarding a traffic ticket and was not only willing to help me out, but even explained how to go about things myself (traffic court, mind you... not something more serious) if I was not able to afford his services. I am sure he does not have the time to do that for everyone, but he seemed very nice and was very helpful for me. At the end of the day, I expect that I will hire him just because he was so nice, so knowledgeable about the system and so helpful.

We had a difficult Criminal case filed against us being accused of 2 Felony charges. The dispute on this matter began back in 2019 and to no resolve by the end of 2023 which was an exhausting couple of years. Then the harassment & felony charges were made in the beginning of 2024. We had a difficult Criminal case filed against us being accused of 2 Felony charges. I had never hired an attorney before so I really didn't know what to expect.
But Kathryn was (is) a very friendly and down to earth person.
She helped to understand clearly what was expected of me and what I could expect from her and the court system.
My case, for the most part is over except for an additional formality further down the line, but I believe, in the end, I will be satisfied with the result and will be able to go on happily with life with my issue resolved.

Do not hire him. He NEVER calls his clients back and has too many clients. Do not hire him. Find another lawyer if you want contact and a competent lawyer.

Bruce handled my son’s criminal defense case with great vigor and professionalism.
