I was charged in a felony information with Resisting
and Obstructing Police Officer (Felony). I was also given notice that the prosecutor
intended to increase the maximum punishment to up to 15 years in prison
because i had been convicted of at least 4 prior felonies! Jeff was able to get the charges reduced to attempt Resist and obstructing Police officer(Misdemeanor)with very Minimal Court Fines, fees and costs! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Jeff has went above and beyond for me and I shall be forever grateful for the work and effort he put into my cases. I.M.H.O. I was in a rough spot once my divorce started. I honestly didn't know where to turn to. I found Tara Parker online and requested a meeting. I briefed her on how everything started out for me. My Ex-Wife ran off with my children, without me knowing, accused me of things that I would never do, and wouldn't let me know where my children were, and if they were ok. My daughter is autistic and was taken out of Therapy for a lengthy time, my son was taken out of school and wasn't enrolled into school until 4 weeks later. Tara Parker and Amy Koshy helped me out so much. I was on the losing end, paying an exuberant amount of child and spousal support, the courts willingly gave her the kids, and it seemed like I was a total loss. Tara Parker and Amy Koshy assured me to hold my head up high, be strong, and the courts will decide the right thing in the end. A lot of new information was brought into light, I was able to start seeing my kids, and In the end, due to the grueling 1 year battle of this divorce, I got my children back, permanently. The case was flipped and I definitely cried at the news when I was told by Amy. God Bless these two, and for all they have done. They definitely give Fathers a fighting chance to see and have their children again! Thank You.

While inquiring a new attorney for my (high conflict) family law case I asked both family and friends for recommendations. Attorney Chatterton came highly recommended from both sides. I was immediately impressed by Attorney Chatterton during our initial consultation. Not only was I able to give ample information but also very specific details pertaining to my case that prior attorneys had dismissed my concerns for. Attorney Chatterton did not once interrupt and instead, listened intently to my concerns, and at one point asked me to continue when I thought I was taking up his time. Shaun has to be the best attorney serving the Genesee County area. I have used his services on a few occasions over the years, with great outcomes. He has always been professional, and to the point. I had ran a red light while drunk and smashed into a truck, flipping it over(somehow no one was injured). My blood work came back as super drunk. Although this was my first offense Shaun was able to get me off with 18 months probation, some fines and a madd class. Saved me from going to jail or prison. Forever grateful

Attorney Olesko was my lawyer from March 31st to May 25th, 2016. We went to court 3 times. I was charged w/ causing an accident & leaving the scene of a crime. This was a 1st for me (I was NEVER charged w/ anything before!) & I was very, very scared. Diana explained everything to me; there were no surprises. With her I was calm. She addressed the court personnel & the case moved along as fast as it could. She was knowledgeable & kept me informed & always encouraged me to be completely honest; I was. She knew how to acquire information re. the person making the claim against me & even photos taken by the police. She shared all this information with me.
In the end, the person wanted me to cover her deductible to get her car repaired. I wrote her a check for the amount & I also paid a minimal amount for the court costs. I did not get any points regarding this so my car insurance will not increase.
I was VERY satisfied with the work Diana did for me & I would hire her again if I ever needed a lawyer; & God, I hope that does not happen!

Years ago, my husband was in a minor fender bender and left the scene after the other party become verbally abusive. Not the right thing to do (we sure know that now) intending to call the police after picking up our boys, my husband headed home, only to find several squad cars waiting in the drive....long story short.... a regular family man in a fender bender with an a-hole, ended up in a police car in handcuffs with a list of charges including : fleeing the scene of an accident, battery on a police officer (swearing), carrying a concealed weapon ( keychain Swiss Army Knife) and others related to vehicle maintenance...
Roger took the case, was affordable and used my husbands good reputation and clean record to plead the charges down to affordable fines and no residual criminal record or jail time.
We were so impressed with his down to earth attitude and the personal rapport we shared with him.
What had been a very scary and potentially life changing legal event was wrapped up clean and easy thanks to Rogers experience and skill as a legal counselor.

In my later years I faced the unfortunate circumstance of having to file a personal bankruptcy. There is no need to go into details, just realize it was Hell getting there. I first spoke to Ryan Moran who listened to me for over an hour and told me exactly what to do, what the implications were, how it would hurt, how it would help.
My attorney at Moran was Josh. Josh was steadfast throughout the entire process. He returned all my calls, all my emails within 24 hours consistently. He never put my requests and questions off on anyone and addressed everything personally with his great knowledge and demeanor . I have never met a young lawyer as confident and secure in his craft with no hint of ego or thinking he was just too good or busy for my small case.
The support team at Moran is equally as competent and professional and helpful.

Filed for Chapter 13 and from the very beginning, Richard promised so many things to us as means of negotiation and in regard to the terms set forth in our agreement. Needless to say, promise after promise was one huge let down! He wouldn't return calls and e-mails. Very unorganized and hasn't a clue what he is doing. From exchange for new vehicles to saving our home. Ha! Nothing but a paycheck for this man. We requested documents outlining which creditors received what amounts multiple times and never did receive one. Finally ended up getting it directly from the Trustee. The office doesn't know how to respond to any inquiries but you have to go through them to try contacting him. It's a vicious cycle. He actually told us not to pay the Trustee when my husband was laid off and to, "Just wait and see what happens." Not kidding. Wellll, let me tell you what happens!!! Although we did send payment at first, we took the "advice" from our Attorney and our Bankruptcy was discharged with 4 month remaining. Handed over our vehicles for the promise of 2 new vehicles totaling $25k that the Trustee denied. Lost the home. Lost EVERYTHING. Make sure to request everything in writing.
