If I could give Robert Foley and Desiree Wilson 10 stars I would do so gladly. I had a situation that required their expertise and from the very beginning I was very impressed. Robert and Desiree asked me to come in person and took the time to explain the entire process from beginning to end. The initial meeting was well over an hour. I'll never forget that. Most attorneys wouldn't go out of their way like that. I had the benefit of having 2 outstanding lawyers for the price of one. Sean O'Halloran took care of my problem before Christmas, for which I was grateful. Although a trivial matter, it weighed heavily on mind to get it cleared up as soon as possible. Mr. Raheb has been extremely helpful throughout my whole entire case. I unfortunately found myself in a situation where I was convicted with a DUI and he was able to get that reduced to a reckless driving. On top of that, he was also able to help me get my hardship license and complete DUI school ina timely fashion. This is my first time going through any criminal procedure, he has explained everything to me and answered any questions I had about this whole thing. I was charged with battery and aggravated assault which is a felony. I was on the verge of losing everything, even my nursing license but Lance saved the day. I was accused by a former associate of things I did not do. It was aggressively pursued by the petitioner. The case was complicated to prove my complete innocence. Mr. O'brien clearly demonstrated his 26 years of experience combined with vigor, detail orientation and is extremely good on his feetduring oral argument and cross examination. In every category, I could not be more satisfied with Mr. O'Brien and his supporting staff. I was referred to Mr. Cordelll. I am a senior and have never in my life experienced what I went thru. And he was referred to me. I arrived at his office and he gave me his full attention and I could see in his voice that he understood completely what happened to me. I was arrested under false charges. I had a small video of what happened. He was very attentive to me and if it were not for the COVID causing the closure of courts, I think everything would be faster. We had an outstanding experience with their team of professionals. One day after a harrowing boat crash caused by an impaired captain, both Scot & Logan were in our living room walking us through what we needed to do going forward. Their primary focus was on getting my wife the medical attention she needed to address the injuries. Once that was in motion they orchestrated the many processes (documentation, insurance claims, State’s Attorney Office engagement, etc.) necessary to make things right.

Mr. Robert Malove is an amazing attorney to have on your side. My wife was involved in a very minor vehicle accident, so minor in fact that she wasn't even aware something had happened. The other party claimed hit and run, and called the police. After hearing from the P.O., we realized we needed a REALLY GOOD lawyer, as things were spiraling out of control. I cannot express how grateful I am to Robert Malove for his exceptional work on my case. I was dealing with years of harassment from a woman who had been stalking and threatening me and my family. She even went as far as using my family's last name for financial and political gain, falsely claiming to be my late father's wife. Her delusions and dangerous behavior left me living in fear, avoiding going out alone or attending events.
In 2022, I attempted to file a restraining order on my own, but it was dismissed due to my inexperience with legal procedures. This year, the tables turned when she filed a restraining order against me filled with lies. Enter Robert Malove. He took on my case the Friday before the court hearing and delivered a flawless performance on Monday.
Robert came prepared, calm, and completely in control. Despite her hiring an expensive attorney, Robert wiped the floor with him!
