I was facing a DUI Manslaughter / Vehicular Homicide. To make a long story short this battle between prosecution and this firm was long winded. Mr Flaherty and Ms. Merrifield fought tooth and nail for me until the very end. The result was credit for time served of 5 months in jail and 10 years probation. I was facing up to 16 years in prison. Needless to say, they helped save and restore my life following a tragic accident that ended with the death of my dear Uncle. I am so grateful to have worked with them and appreciative to have had them fight alongside me through this journey. Additionally, Ms. Merrifield visited and supported me in jail more than any lawyer I’ve seen in my time there. 5 stars no doubt. Thank you so much this will never be forgotten.

Cari Scott, Nicole Howell, and Amber Ellerd did such an amazing job helping my brother with his case. They were extremely professional, empathetic, and had a sense of urgency when dealing with my case. Office of Aaron Wentz was very professional, his Paralegal (Ms. Sharp) was extremely helpful and quick to respond. It took about 7 months to get divorced, but that was part of my doing, trying to salvage a relationship, that ended up not being able to do so. however, once I made that decision, I was divorced within a few months, and sent to Judge within a few days the judge had signed. I would recommend Mr. Wentz and staff. Mr. Wentz also drew up a WILL for me and that was very quick and easy, and it within a week of speaking with him. Thank you to their office for being professional, understanding and patient.

I contacted Aaron Wentz in November 2020 regarding a legal guardianship of our Great Grandson. He was able to get our Great Grandson back in our care within 10 days. The case lasted 2 years, and we won the case, the adoption situation was terminated. He and his staff kept us informed, gave sound advice through out the situation. we are truly grateful for knowledge of the law and patience throughout the process.

Yeah, that attorney Garrett. I had two cases handled for me. He did absolutely nothing except looked at the discovery and accepted the first plea deal offer that they had for me 10 out of 10 would not recommend I would rather go with browning law form. They have better lawyers and they can beat massive cases like attempted homicide attempted homicide, attempted home invasions they have plenty of experience in cases like those so a DUI would be much more simpler case for them. Do not go here if you are a person of color also, I just wanna leave out the fact that he told me that I might get off easier if I had a “liberal” judge whatever on earth that means because I am a full blooded Republican. They need to lose their bar license for their prejudice practice. Might even call around a few political peers of his to see this this is common behavior.

Where to start… this has been One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an Organization that provides a service to the client. From the first day he made it seem that my case was common and beatable. As so as I paid him he changed the story by saying we had no choice but to sing a plea agreement. When I came to the courthouse I had to call the office to find out where my lawyer was. Very few of my questions were ever really answered. The day I got convicted I had to call the office to find out, they didn’t reach out to me as you would expect given I don’t know what’s happening. Overall they don’t care about you or your case and will take the easiest path for themselves, after they get paid of course

Mr. Stevens recently represented me in a Motion to Early Terminate Probation and a Motion to Travel. My original Attorney was recently appointed to become a judge in a different county so he could no longer represent me on my case. Most Attorney’s wouldn’t actually represent on these motions since they were not the original Attorney on my case, however, Mr. Stevens didn’t hesitate to represent me. He reviewed my case very thoroughly and walked me through the entire process step by step. I was very impressed with the representation that I got from Mr. Stevens. At my motion hearing to terminate probation he prepared great questions that were able to show the judge everything I had done since my sentencing. With his help, my Judge was able to see how dedicated I was to helping others not make the same mistake I made 11 years ago and show everything that I had done since then. Mr. Stevens was great and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a great Criminal Defense Attorney.

Had a horrible experience with Kelly through the wentz law firm. Ultimately is Wentz fault for giving her the case last minute but she was not fully prepared and failed to disclose import information after the hearing was over. Do yourself a favor and use your money else where.

I would just like to take a minute and say thank you to Shawn, and Kenya for their professionalism, politeness , And great communication that was shown to me throughout my recent divorce. Shawn is an amazing attorney, that is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Not only did he Do a great job representing me through my divorce, but he also did an amazing job representing me when my ex wife tried to file a frivolous protective order against me.
And working with Kenya throughout The entire process was great. She is so friendly and polite and so knowledgeable. She is also very fast to respond to any questions that I had, or get answers directly from Shawn if she wasn’t sure.

My husband and I tried to sort through all of the immigration paperwork and laws on our own. I spoke with USCIS numerous times and thought I had it all figured out. We were trying so hard to bring my husband to the U.S. without the added expense of a lawyer. We were given misguided information and hid too many roadblocks. About the time I had given up hope and didn't know where to turn, I was introduced to Mr. Walker. I had an informal meeting with him and explained our case. He admitted there were some very difficult points to our case however he assured me we could get through this. Even when we seemed to receive difficult or bad news he was supportive and honest. He never "fluffed" the information and told me what I wanted to hear. He gave me the facts and worked very hard for us. Although it took time sorting everything out, he helped get my husband home permanently. We are looking to using him again in the future for another case. I can't imagine where my family would be without Stanley Walker!
