It is so difficult to find a trustworthy attorney. After meeting with several different ones, we were blessed to find Stuart. We hired him for a case of termination of parental rights and adoption of minors. It is needless to say the case resulted in our favor. There are two important sides of Stuart professionalism, on one hand there is the preparation, since the first meeting we realize he had an ample knowledge of the law, however what was more astonishing and made the difference, is the exceptional preparation he makes at every step of the case. I made a very bad choice one day. I was sure I was looking at several months in jail minimum. The first time I spoke with Eric, his intelligence, confidence, compassion and reassurance gave me such relief. I couldn’t believe he took my case as it was very challenging. I was anxious going to court but he really came to know me as a person, not just a case. He was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and told me to let him worry about things. Everyone in his office was wonderful - Kaylan, Morgan, the whole team. They quickly responded to my many questions and concerns. The day of court, the DA literally complimented me to my husband on hiring such a great attorney. He is well known and respected in the court system. When the case was resolved, the outcome was way better than anything I expected. He worked very hard and I came away from the entire ordeal relieved and stunned my case turned out so well. I was on the search for a lawyer that I could not only trust but one that I knew understood my heart for the situation and would fight hard for me to get it. From the very beginning Dana spent time learning the whole backstory of my case as well as listening to what I wanted most out of the situation as well as my fears. He was very clear about what might/might not happen and what to expect. I called Dana and hired him to represent a family member in a DUI case. Dana looked at all of the discovery materials and one thing didn’t quite feel right to him. He requested follow up documentation from the DA’s office, who stalled and deferred for close to a year, postponing court dates multiple times. Dana didn’t back off, and the DA finally admitted that he didn’t have the media Dana was requesting.
He negotiated a favorable plea agreement that was far better than what we thought was possible. I’d hire Dana again without hesitation.

If you need an attorney, Dana is the one you need to hire. Dana was referred to me from a friend and WOW, what a great choice. From the first time we spoke on the phone until my court date was over, he was top notch. I've used many attorneys throughout life and he is by far the best I've used. If you are in need of a great attorney that will put your mind at ease, look no further. I had a probation violation in Franklin and it couldn't have went better. The way he handled himself in the courtroom to the way he always responded to my texts/calls, I never felt alone in my case and always felt he was fighting for me. My spouse hired a high-powered "celebrity" attorney and was planning on putting me "through the ringer" and was planning to take our child out of state with the man she was having an affair with. Mr. Fort stood toe-to -toe with her council and was able to get me everything I asked for. He is very knowledgeable and understands the law and formulates an amazing strategy. Thanks to him I have 50/50 custody without having to concede any other demands. He and Misti (paralegal) are strong communicators who will answer very promptly (always within an hour) with concrete advice. Obviously each case is different but if you are totally 100% open and honest, Mike will fight for you. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is in need of a top-notch lawyer.

I would highly recommend MC Davis to anyone in the process of a family law matter, specifically divorce. MC had a personal touch and never failed to ask me how I was doing personally. This meant so much to me during what was probably the most stressful and intense experience of my life. MC was willing to take on my complicated case halfway through after my first lawyer dropped out. MC gave me a clear view of my options and got results. When I needed help on a matter that was unjust, I could only think of one person to call. Over the years working in the criminals justice system, I have seen Mr. Stanley work tirelessly for his clients and he truly goes above and beyond. When I found myself needing an attorney on a civil matter, I called Mr. Stanley and as expected, he did not disappoint. I called many lawyers and left many messages in regards to a workers comp. for my elderly mom and none of them had bothered to call me back over a week. I then called Mr. Coston's office and spoke with a very nice lady by the name of Lisa who then put me directly thru to Mr. Coston who introduced himself just as Geoff and not Mr. Coston. He seemed really "down to earth" and did not come off as an arogant attorney like others I have dealt with.
I explained my situation to Geoff and he listened carefully and told me he would give me free advice to possibly avoid having to even get an attorney. He then took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He took time and never rushed me. He gave a lot of free advice. I have never had an attorney do that. And he had a great since of humor too.
If I can't get my situation resolved in the next few days on my own then I will definitely be calling Mr. Geoff Coston. He is very personable, polite, smart and tries to save you time and money right from the start.
