I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Williams and her amazing team of women. I had a scary ex who had walked all over me in the state we lived before and my previous lawyers did not have my back and had written up horrible orders that gave my ex the ability to mess with my daughters life to try and hurt me. Ms. Williams nipped that right in the butt and got us new orders written up that protected me and my daughter. On top of that she was able to finally put him in his place and get us tie breaker. Something we have never been able to have in my daughter’s entire life. My previous lawyer I had to baby sit and I had to fight for my daughter in court while this lawyer stood by and watched my cry. my experience with Ms. Williams was the complete opposite. She had my back the entire time and I am eternally grateful and will contact her if we ever need her again.

I feel that Chris takes on more than he should and does not allot the appropriate focus needed in certain matters. Several request I made in working with Chris on 2 cases went completely unanswered, most others I would have to ask for more than once. Several administrative mishaps with both cases ranging from mistakes on documents, misunderstanding of court information by his office, and not being made aware of rate increases between the two cases. A lot of promises were made that were never followed through with. Very unpleasant experience.

Hes part of the System refused to do a timed Speedy trial he was picked for me just like my judge was to removed me from Gainesville. he won't demand and file things forcing the state to hand over video that would instantly clear me or bring up case law to Judge or Stephanie . FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!! Mr. Carter is a hero. I had two felony warrants open for almost eight years and live out of state. Mr. Carter was able to get my charges DROPPED! I spoke with a few lawyers before Mr. Carter. I was told I would need to drive to Georgia, turn myself in, spend some time in jail, and wait to get bonded out. Nope….Next. I was quoted a price three times what Mr. Carter charged me. Unable to afford….Next. I had started to get discouraged..and then I receive a text from Mr. Carer responding to the inquiry I had sent to his firm. He was the ONLY lawyer to realize that we had the possibility of dismissal because the court never indicted me. Today I received a message that the warrants were being dismissed. I don’t even have to attend a hearing. HIRE THIS MAN!!!! I promise you will come to believe as I do….best decision of my life!!!!

This lawyer is guilty of gross negligence in my case. I cannot believe all of the positive reviews here it's certainly not the person I hired.
He will lie about paperwork and collect your money. I see his vehicle often in front of the oriental health spa. He's on a different medication every time I see him and thinks it's OK because some doctor gave them to him. He didn't show up for court and kept my money. I have nothing good to say and I believe everything the negative comments claim. His wife supports him unless he cons someone with lots of money. These good reviews are fake. Some day he'll reap what he's sewed.

I went in for a consultation for a divorce and while there i decided to hire Mr. THOMPSON. He quoted me a price and U brought cash to hum and paid in full within the week. Three months later I found out he never filed my papers and the attorney he was working beside said he owed him rent. I was alittle skeptical at first after reading a malacious review left by a client of his, but i was totally wrong about jason. He went above and beyond to put my two cases together after the courts still didnt have all my paperwork. He had them dig deep to get my files. Ive never seen a person like him get everything together on such short notice. I was faced with a huge ton of fines that got cut down more than half. He is very professional and very intellegient when it comes to law and music. This guy bent over backwards to help me get my sentence dropped and fines cut in half . He helped me so much to where i can get my life back on track. I will continue to refer him to any of my family and friends. Just be upfront and honest with him and he will work wonders for you. He definately had my back and instead of having to continue to waste my time in court due to lack of paperwork and to keep going he made it possible that day to where i had both cases put together so it would be done and over with. Ralph, is a thief. He will lie to you and tell you things he is Do I g that he is not just to keep charging you. He will tell charge you for things that he says the prosecutors are going to do in the future, that has not even happened yet, and probably never will. He took $10,000 from me and di nothing but get my court date put off, once I realized he was tr ying to extort money from me I fired him, he said he would pay me back what was owed to me and I never heard from him again. I am still waiting to see if tge guy has enough class to send me my money without me having to track him down like a criminal.

Attorney Villani is handling an Insurance case for me now and has previously handled both a Criminal Case for my son and a Civil case for my husband. He has been a true God-Send for me and my family; not just because he won the cases for us, Attorney Villani kept us updated consistently throughout the entire process. I personally don't like to deal with the court system and he has been very sensitive to that.
I have nick named him "Heaven's Bull Dog" because of how he so aggressively fought on our behalf.
My experience with Ralph has been great. I am going to make sure that my Pastor knows about this website. Attorney Villani handled a very complicated criminal matter for our Church. Hothem agreed to represent my son from start to finish for a flat fee which we paid upfront at his request. He did not do anything. He did not show up at court just sent a substitute attorney who we had not met and she did not learn about the case until the night before the first court appearance. After the second court appearance, which he did not show up for {sent a substitute), he called wanting more money. When I told him he needed to keep our agreement to handle the case from start to finish for a flat fee that had already been paid he said, "handle the case on your own and hung up on me". Very unprofessional and very rude!!

Mr.hothem was awesome,he did a great job with my case. I was supposed to be getting sentenced to 6month with a fine of 1500 after he was done with my case I got 30dayz jail time suspended 250 fine non report over all he was awesome
