Had an auto accident in October 2022 and at first, I was going to work with my insurance like I have in the past but this time, I was hurting and my wife who was in an accident just two months prior urged me to call Big Ben Lawyers. They helped walk me through the process and getting the medical care I needed. Being new to the process, my advice is to be patient, be communicative, and don't stop short on getting the right medical care. I received a fair settlement check in the mail in December 2024 and very happy my wife convinced me to give Big Ben Lawyers a call.

We recently used Sarkis Babachanian when a family member of mine was being accused for a "hit and run" and charges were about to be filed when in fact my family member was the victim of the "hit and run" as it was the other party that hit our car and did not stay at the accident scene. Sarkis gathered the necessary evidence, started working very diligently with the detective who was investigating the case, had numerous telephone conversations with him, also had a face to face meeting and was able to get the file closed without any charges being filed.
He was always accessible either via phone, text or an email.
We were happy to hire Sarkis and would recommend him ti anyone.

I'm not here to rate the work of this buffet as defenders, but to say that they are very irresponsible people, anyone who is in the finance department, along with the supervisor. I have been waiting for a refund of $20,000, for more than 6 months... which was supposed to happen in 3-4 weeks. And every time I call, absolutely no one can help me, I have sent emails to support and there is no answer either, they tell me that on Monday, gosh, I'm calling on Monday. I think that if they are not responsible in one thing, they are not responsible in anything.

I was involved in a car accident in 2012 and I had to deal with my car issues but just didn’t have the time with work. I started to have pain after a day or so and I was determined to find an attorney. I called Mr. Henrik Karapetian and he immediately followed up with my accident case. After hiring him he kept me informed every step of the way as my car was repaired, a rental was given and my injury case progressed. I never needed to call him for an update because he would let me know of any new developments as they came so I was really happy about that.
Most important, my car was fixed immediately and my injury claim settled for an amount that I was very happy with.
I am glad I called Henrik for my accident case and I recommend him for any car accident cases because he sees the case as his own and treats the client with the highest level of integrity.

Armine was great throughout the long process of my accident claim. it was a difficult situation to deal with since the person who hit me lives out of state and was in a rental car when the accident happened. It took us a lot of time to actually find him and serve the lawsuit, but she was on top of it and kept trying until we were successful. After we were able to serve him and got the settlement, she helped me with negotiating all the bills that we had, and I got to keep a good amount of the settlement.
