First and foremost, the Magnell Office is a cut above the rest. They were not only cordial and attentive but displayed a strong sense of trust, integrity, and reliability when taking on my case. Back in 2020, I got a speeding ticket for driving a 53 in a 30. As an out-of-state driver, I was unaware of New York's point system. Not to mention the fact that this was my first-time offense. Long story short, I would have gotten 6 pts; however, the Magnell Office brought it down to 0 pts and a fine for littering on the highway. I highly recommend this law firm. If I could, I would give them a 6 out of 5.

I would like to thank Rory Kennedy Brady for such quick and professional help with a speeding traffic ticket. I was concerned that my license was going to be suspended and/or a high fine. Mr. Rory not only got the points dropped from 6 to 2, the fine was significantly less and my license was not suspended. That was a big load off my mind. My situation was handled as well and professionally as possible.
Tara was extremely friendly, encouraging, responsive, generous with her time, and had great customer service.
I am very grateful to all their hard work and the professional and friendly demeanor they maintained through this whole situation.

A friend of mine recommended an attorney who recommended Marcello for my case. Marcello was very helpful. I hired Marcello Cirigliano to be my lawyer almost a year ago to settle a business closing and some other things. He was absolutely TERRIBLE about getting back to me either by phone or email. Id say he returned my call maybe 1 in 20 times. Pat F handled most of the calls and emails. She was great, always returned calls and emails but didnt always know answers so it was necessary to talk to Marcello at times. He refused to get back to me after multiple messages and emails. We had our closing a few weeks ago and there were some loose ends I needed to finish up. I emailed him last week and as always, he never replied. So today I called and talked to Mr Bluestein and explained to him the situation and asked him why, if Marcello took on my case, he never called me back. The only answers I ever got from anyone was that he was really too busy to get back to me...or sick .....or on vacation. After my call with Mr B, Marcello FINALLY did email me back and basically told me to take my business elsewhere....this after I spent close to $10,000.00 with this firm. If a lawyer doesnt have the time to get back to his clients, he should not take that client on. Do not use Marcello if you want things done in a timely matter or if you want to get calls returned to you. He is not the man for the job.

Although it was over 15 years ago, I vividly remember her calling me a punk during our initial meeting and lying blatantly in front of the judge. She then referred me to a long-term, $50k a year program that has since been shut down for child abuse. I was 14 years old and am now in my 30s. Beware.

This attorney has very bad bed side manners and seems to know little about what he is doing. He never even spoke to us, the family or the child his client and did not do what the right thing was he only did what the county attorney was doing and wanted. He followed the county all the way through the entire court proceedings and never did anything for himself. I would never recommend using this attorney if you want to win a court case or you want what is the right and lawful thing to happen. He is definitely over-worked and does not think for himself but would rather follow what the county is doing or wants him to do.
