Called same day I received my citations.. Mr. Frank Harper was the one who picked up the phone and I spoke to him about the incident. Frank Harper was a fantastic lawyer. He helped me front start to finish in my case. He supported me from day one and ensured that I was treated fairly. He responded quickly to all calls and answered all questions thoughtfully. I had never been in this situation before, and he helped me with all worries and confusion. I found myself in a situation that carried significant legal implications. Upon speaking with Les and reviewing my case, I felt confident letting go of the stress I was harboring related to the case. He told me some things to really put my mind at ease and outlined the legal process. I was in a tight bind and under severe stress under the charges I had been faced with and had lost hope. I was assigned a court appointed lawyer originally, but felt there was no intention of legal representation from that one at the time. I also did not want to pay someone who didn't want to represent me (I would have had to if my defense failed.) I hired Don because of his enthusiasm and his professional manner. Once he became involved the whole tune of my entire case had changed. He was very organized and I truly felt he was ready to fight for my case. It was expensive honestly, but I'm a low budget person so that's irrelevant in my case. The amount of hope and stress relief he provided me, a price tag could not amount to so it was absolutely worth it. My charges were dropped in the end, I didn't have to pay my CAA, and having a clean record again gave me a lot of hope. Any incidents I may or may not face in the future, he will be on my call list. Traffic violations, family cases, criminal defense...Definitely "Better Call Don."

When your fiancé is behind the wall facing 20 years or more and you're left wondering if your love one will see there daughter 2nd birthday or possibly see her graduate is pretty stressful. I visited 3 lawyers & no one made me feel like my fiance had another chance but John Criscitiello. I have not had many encounters with an attorney. That is a good thing. The attorneys I had to call upon were those who helped me with purchase of my home. Pretty simple, every day things. Until two years ago when my son found himself facing very serious legal trouble. It was then that I met John Criscitiello, JC as many of his clients refer to him. My first conversation was with John on the phone while my son sat in his office. John was nothing but professional and helpful. His calming voice and manner were both gifts to me and would continue to be during a very difficult and trying time. My son's case did not turn out to be easy or quick. But from the very beginning John assured us that he would work tirelessly to get the best possible outcome, and he did. Even when things looked darkest John continued to press forward, seeking the evidence he needed to prove my son's case. Never did we feel abandoned, never did the case seem hopeless. John gave us the truth, straight up. And as difficult as it was to hear at times, John reminded us of his word...that he would work always for my son's best interest. I am happy to say that even though it took some time, my son's case has been resolved with an outcome even better than we had hoped for. John is absolutely the best attorney, and man, for the job. The services I received from Mr. Geoffrion were exceptional. I was concerned with my case because I am not a resident of North Carolina, and needed to handle everything remotely. Mr. Geoffrion assurred me of the potential outcomes of my case, and the work I needed to do prior to my anticipated court appearence. Mr. Geoffrion was upfront with the associated fees that I would be responsible for paying as well as presented a timeline of when the payment was expected. Mr. Geoffrion also did not typically practice law in the county I was issued a ticket in, however accomodated my situation and respresented my case anyways. I give Mr. Geoffrion my highest reccomendation, for his professionalism, communication, and trustworthiness.

I'm from out of State and I used them for a traffic violation. Many mailings came in, and I called a few. This office made me comfortable and in reading their reviews, it was a no brainer. DO NOT HIRE JAY AUDINO AS YOUR ATTORNEY. He dropped the ball on one of my friend’s custody cases. He took $23K of her money, showed little-to-no representation for her during her divorce settlement, and THEN got caught having an affair on his wife with the young girl who interned for their firm. What an embarrassment for Miller&Audino - DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS GUY.

If you are considering seeking legal representation from attorney Mr. Dupree, please be extremely cautious. He has a history of inappropriate physical contact and sending sexually explicit messages to female clients. I personally experienced this behavior on four separate occasions while in his office. During my final visit, I felt compelled to bring my adult son for protection, as Mr. Dupree had previously touched me inappropriately as I was leaving his office.
Mr. Dupree took advantage of my vulnerability and desperate need for legal assistance. He knew I had limited options and used that to his advantage. After the fourth incident, I terminated his services. No amount of compensation could justify the continued abuse I was subjected to. He finally returned my fees after I publicly exposed his behavior on my Facebook page, "End Corruption in Harnett County."
I have sent Mr. Dupree a demand before filing a civil suit. I refuse to allow him to victimize other women. If you have also been a victim of Mr. Dupree's misconduct, please reach out to me. You are not alone, one other has come forward, we must hold him accountable.
The NC Bar has failed to take action, so I am taking matters into my own hands so he will think about his egregious behavior before he decides to inappropriately touch another client for his disturbing pleasure.

I was looking for an attorney in Greenville NC, that will represent me in a DVO allegation filed by my spouse. Never been in a situation like this before.
I began searching on the website until I was lead to call Teresa Deloatch Bryant Attorney At Law, in Greenville, NC.
I scheduled a appointment with this attorney and forgot. I contacted the paralegal to explain my situation and that I needed to reschedule this appointment because of the upcoming court date.
The paralegal contacted me and informed me that she would see me later that afternoon, I felt relieved.
I posted this to say that I will recommended Mrs. Teresa D Bryant Attorney at Law, to any one seeking professional representation in a Court of Law.
I needed her to move in a expeditiously manner because of the short notice that I received. She responded and acted in a professional manner.

It went extremely well. She was VERY responsive as was her paralegal. She told me that she had no control over whether my husband would respond or when he would respond. It was something that was out of her hands. It took a LONG time (almost 11 months) to enter into a document both my ex and I agreed upon but she stuck to it and did not charge me any additional fee for it.

I hired her to draft my separation agreement about 5 months ago. When I hired her, I told her it was very difficult for me to communicate with my husband and that I wanted to finish this in a speedy manner. She assured me she would draft the agreement as soon as she got detailed information from me, so I thought paying $2,500, paid upfront, would be worth it. However, she was never as timely as she promised. First of all, the separation agreement draft she sent me was basically a form agreement with very little modifications; she didn't take time to take my personal situations into account and write them into the draft. Second, she took as long as 3 weeks--and I'm still waiting--to respond to some simple questions I asked. The first time I complained about the delays, more than a month ago, her secretary said she would email me and explain. I never got that explanation nor apologies from her. The second time I complained, I asked for a refund. It took her several days to respond, and when she responded, she stalled by saying she would consider my request and email me back. It's almost a week, and I haven't received any response. When I first hired her, I explained my situation to her and let her understand how timing was important to me. She told he she would try her best. She did not carry out that promise. While I was waiting for her response, she even took a leave of several weeks without first notifying me of any possible delays. I was in quite stressful marital tensions and tried to contact her, but got NO response at all! The way she treated me was as if I'm the least important client. Once I paid the 2,500, it was as if I was moved to the bottom of her list. If she can't handle my case in a timely manner, she shouldn't have taken my case. After I asked for a refund, and when she herself knew she didn't have time to work on my case, she should've issue a refund immediately rather than making me wait. If you want a lawyer that listens well and tends to your personal needs, and communicate well and timely, she is NOT one.
