Having first used Mr. Boyan over twenty five years ago I have yet to see any other, consistently of the same calibre in all areas needed to obtain excellent results. With the offering of many fine attorneys in this state, one can rest assured, be comfortable and confident with any/all facets of Mr. Boyan's abilitiies, actions, knowledge, reactions and results. It makes a world of difference personally and professionally to know one's lawyer always will do better than his/her best for a client and has the respect, presence in the courtroom, etc. to achieve the very best results possible-and then some. In addition to handling a broad spectrum of cases for myself, I personally have witnessed Mr. Boyan represent clients/cases of all sorts, magnitudes. I have had the opportunity to hire Bob Boyan many times in the past 20 years. He has handled traffic tickets, workers compensation settlement, birth certificate problems, A DUI for a couple friends of mine and is currently handling a auto accident claim for me. He has always been there for me what ever I need. So everytime I hear " you better call Bob" I laugh because MY Bob is the best Bob!!

When I was referred to Mr. Bryson by a friend, I was told he was the best attorney in the county for serious criminal cases. Mine was definitely a serious case. I was worried life would never be the same.
Mr. Bryson listened to my side of the story, spoke honestly and clearly about what my options were, and gave me a fair price. He kept me up to date on every court event for the next year. He always answered my panicked calls and annoying questions, and never made me feel like I was fighting this alone.
Most importantly, when it was all over, he got a great result in my case. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

My husband was facing a relatively minor charge (DWLR) but was facing possible jail time- something we had to avoid with two new babies and my husband knowing he would lose his job. We were referred to Mr. Bryson and hired him. Mr. Bryson was always polite, calm (even during my anxiety-driven calls looking for reassurance) professional, and he never failed to return a phone call. Although he never made any guarantees, we came to trust that he would do his best to avoid my husband having to serve time. I engaged this law firm two years ago for a custody case, initially paying $2500. Unfortunately, circumstances escalated, leading us to pursue emergency custody. The firm advised an additional $1500 payment, bringing the total to $4000. However, the process stalled as our lawyer, who was preparing to run for Supreme Court judge, left us waiting.
We feel neglected and robbed, especially considering that we are being told that for anything else to be done, it’ll be an additional $1000 on top of what we’ve already paid. Moreover, we discovered that our lawyer that took our case, has ties with the opposing party, engaging in undocumented conversations. This has added a layer of distrust and frustration.
Furthermore, we’ve been informed that our lawyer failed to address a violation of the temporary custody agreement by the other party. When confronted, he merely stated, “I will speak with them,” leaving us without the necessary legal action.
I caution others to exercise caution and thoroughly vet legal representation to avoid similar challenges. The lack of transparency, additional financial burden, and apparent disregard for violations have been deeply disappointing.

I was referred to Lisa by another attorney, so I was remiss in doing my normal research before calling her office. To say that I was disappointed in the lack of follow-through, preparation and skill of our case is a sore understatement. During the initial meeting with Lisa, she advised that she would pull a copy of the paperwork later that morning when she went to the courthouse. 4 days later, in the courtroom. AFTER the case had started, I found out that Lisa had not even read the case notes, knew nothing about what she was going to say to the judge and was bordering on the edge of incompetence in our case. I will never recommend or use her services again. Lesson learned on due diligence when so much is at stake.

I hired this incompetent lawyer for divorce in which he lost my paperwork, causing me to have to redo paperwork and take more time off work to go back to his office. He was never available to answer the phone and when he did return your call, it was days later. Extremely rude, sexist, made snide remarks to me about my personal situation. His failure to communicate, answer questions, and get things right with my case continued beyond the end. He argued with me over what property belonged to who, when it was in black and white; and I never asked for equity nor alimony, which he also screwed up. He claims he couldn't find my file due to me stating a different last name on the phone? I have a very odd first name so I find that very hard to believe. Failed to put the parcel number on my property in which I had to make two trips to the register of deeds to get. I would never ever hire this senile man for anything! Don't waste your time, money, or patience with this one! Go to someone who can and wants to help you and will be compassionate about it! This was the worst experience and so much worse than the divorce itself!
