I can’t recommend this team enough!
I was recommend to them by a friend after I got rear ended by a semi trailer. I remember the first time I set down with Mr. Reed. He explained to me very clearly how everything worked in a lawsuit.
The other party was not wanting to play ball but Mr. Reed, Charity and his team stayed on them. After a long battle. They helped me get all my medical bills paid from the other party. I can’t think them enough for all their hard work and determination.

I had a bad experience with another attorney so after research & prayer, I found Mr. Chambers. I have a few issues that I needed a great Attorney for and one had become a “priority” for me as it involved my livelihood of survival in this recession state of living we are currently experiencing.
While addressing my primary issue of what I originally contacted him for another issue became a priority that he swiftly jumped on and handled - he communicated with me via text, email and calling me to ensure I understood what was happening each step of the way and how he would be proceeding as well as what he was hoping the outcome would be. He made no unrealistic promises to me which was very important. He was very transparent with me. Our son was charged with a DUI because he was asleep in a car after drinking. Terrifying to find out your child has been arrested. AZ met with us quickly, he set realistic expectations and helped us understand the legal consequences. He and his office kept us well informed and were always available by phone 7 days a week. He cost a lot of money but is worth every penny when your child’s future is on the line. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Arrin was very professional and attentive. He helped me get into the court room and my license back. He is quick to reply with any emails and or phone calls. If he's at court or with a client and cannot take your call at that time. He will call back ASAP! We Hired T Scott Jones to help with an incident that happened to my daughter that the results could have been very life changing and facing prison time. The incident seemed to be one sided due to my daughter being out of county. Scott gave hope to our family when our options appeared limited. Although most of us never desire to need a lawyer, from time to time in our lives, it becomes necessary. Over the last year, I've needed a lawyer for two different situations that I faced in my life. Luke handled both cases for me. He is extremely competent and professional and also kept me up-to-date on any developments in my cases. He responds to emails and phone calls promptly. Recently, he needed to contact me during my work hours to expedite the conclusion of my case. Because I leave my cell phone in my purse on silent while I'm working, I did not hear his phone calls or see his email message. Previous reviews speak volumes of this man's skills and concern for cases he upholds. He has turned a bleak and dreary, nearly irredeemable case into a hopeful, salvageable one.
Without going into too many details, I had to change attorneys and dump their mess onto Luke's shoulders. He had very little time to make adjustments and to absorb the case. This did not deter mister Durham. He took it upon himself to visit places handfuls of hundreds of miles away (out of state) so that he could 'paint a picture' and get the information he needed.
He did the work you would expect a phenomenal attorney to do. No stone was left unturned, no possibilities or options had gone unconsidered. He did his absolute best, and hardest work for me. My best interests were - and still are - in his heart. This is why he is my attorney, and why he should also be yours.

My divorce experience was a long, painful nightmare using two different attorneys. While I recognized the need for extra time due to the pandemic and court closures, my first attorney failed to respond to any type of communication. Phone calls were useless and it took me 5 email attempts to get even one response. My second attorney was more responsive to my communication, however, slow to make any moves. We ended up in court in front of a judge which was a stressful and unnecessary ending to an already irritating process. I swear my divorce could've been completed in 30 days had I have had a supportive team behind me.
Fast forward to the need to relocate out of state (like across the country out of state) with my two children and I knew I needed to find better representation. Someone who was truly prepared to fight for me as I knew it wouldn't be easy. John was recommended to me in the middle of my divorce by several people, but at that point it was too late in the case. I knew that he would be the person to turn to when it came time for this next fight because of the successful outcomes of the recommending parties.
John did not disappoint. His responses were prompt and full of useful information. He kept me informed of the process, deadlines and delays. He had a plan mapped out for me right away and made sure I understood what I needed to do in order to move the process along. He was familiar with the laws, gave me his expert opinion on what to do legally once I had moved out of state and helped me through a surprisingly quick and painless mediation process. I'm writing this after my cross country move that went off without a hitch truly thanks to John's expertise, professionalism and solid work ethic.

If I had three words to describe John Haines, it would be professional, knowledgeable and blunt. Divorce is always a sticky situation, but John navigated it like it was child's play. He's been doing this for a long time and if you think the retainer is too much to pay, it isn't. He chews gum and shoots from the hip. This does not mean he's cocky. He's just confident and that's what you need in a lawyer. Just listen to him, do what he tells you to do and it will be all over before you know it. He really isn't one of these sleazeball lawyers who is looking to overbill for every e-mail or call. I saw my ex's financials and he got billed 3-5 times a month. I never got a bill until the very end. He's there if you need him, but check your problem at the door to make sure you really need him. Divorce is emotional. He's not Dr. Phil. He's there to get you out of the predicament you're in and if it goes to court, fight for you. I appreciated his demeanor and when you hire him, you will too.
The work was exceptional, the price was fair, the stories were hilarious and I'd give him and the boys in the office 5 stars any day of the week. Outstanding work!

I heard about Jed through a family friend who also used him as her divorce attorney. So I figured I would have a consultation with him. After our consultation, I was VERY satisfied and knew that I wanted to hire him. This was back in 2018. He required the retainer, which was expected, and used that retainer towards the expenses. He was very professional, listened to my needs, had my sons best interest in mind, and maintained his integrity throughout my entire case. Not only did he handle my divorce, custody, and parenting plan case, he also handled my personal injury case, got me the most that he could, and knowing full well that he would get his share, so he made sure after giving him what was owed, I still had more than enough to cover costs. I don’t like saying I have an attorney “in my back pocket”, but I enjoy having the relief of knowing I have an attorney or any legal matters. Jed comes HIGHLY recommended by me, and will be the only attorney I use.

I was very pleased with Mike Watson. My charges were in a county that he's not part of the good ol' boy syatem( if you know what I mean). Mike came to me with an offer from the DA.. according to guidelines it was supposed to be the best offer anyone else would get with my charges. Mike and I sat there and discussed everything because he knew I wasn't happy. Let me say he went back and forth to the DA 3 separate times and came back with good news every single one. Mr. Houston bent over backwards for me in giving advice when I handled my case pro se. He did advise me that I would be at a disadvantage by going pro se and that I should seek legal counsel. After I explained that this was not possible due to my finances, he immediately started sending me links to click on and view TN court rules of civil evidence. I'm not sure why he was so very fourth coming with help, but he was!! I owe him BIG TIME!! I really feel this is an attorney who will look toward doing the right thing for his client and not about padding his wallet!! I was able to settle my case on the court house steps. If I had not filed the lawsuit I don't believe this settlement would have ever happened. GOD BLESS Mr. Houston!!

The owner of apartments that border my property was negligent in maintaining his trees. The trees posed a danger to my property, including my house. Mr. McClanahan did his homework by having The University of Tennessee extension agent come to my property and assess the danger of the trees. Then, armed with the evidence, sent a letter to the owner of the apartments. I had been requesting that the trees be cut for over six months, but within one week of Mr. McClanahan's action the dangerous trees were cut and removed! Now my yard is safe and I am a fan of the excellent work of Matthew McClanahan!

I hired Mr. Feuer for a unique case that ended up working out in the long run. It is very complicated but it short summary I was arrested and had my car towed while in jail my attorney sent the proper documents and check with appropriate dollar amount to KPD and TN Safety Dept. and when I finally got out I pursued my car and we were not able to locate or find a trail of it. So Mr. Feuer did his legal work and found that the officials handling the matter did not follow proper procedures and guidelines and found the responsible for my damages done. Although, the ordeal is still not completely finished he has gotten it down to the signatures and final review and it should be resolved and settled by the end of this month. I’m very thankful to have had him on my team during all of this.

My life turned upside down 3+ years ago when the unexpected happened. Before I knew it I was talking about criminal defense and my name was attached to something I did not do. Dealing with the trauma and now the accusations were more than I could deal with on my own. Fighting for my credibility, reputation and foremost the truth was completely out of my hands. Jacob and the team helped me understand the foreign language of the law. I was guided, not forced into making life-altering decisions. My fears, questions, and opinions were welcome. These people did not know me and in the beginning, they did not know whether I was truly "not guilty", but even still, they treated me with such respect, and never did I feel like a criminal. My son was called back to court when he shouldn't have been. Nobody wanted to help they were lagging trying to make trouble for him .Chelsea stepped up to the plate (unlike the original attorney). Let me tell you she got right down to Business she went above and beyond. Same day it was all cleared and done. She outdoes those expensive attorneys anyway hands down!!!!

Our case was a very difficult and complex situation crossing a state line. We contacted the James A. H. Bell Law Firm regarding a criminal defense for our son. He turned the case over to his associates, one of which was Chelsea Harris. Chelsea gave it her all for almost 15 months to give my mentally ill son the opportunity to properly defend himself against totally false charges that were made against him in Tennessee. She fully and thoroughly researched related cases and prior rulings in order to help give him this opportunity. We have had contact with her in the evening and on weekend days showing that she has worked long and hard hours on his behalf, not just during customary office hours. Mr. Pennington has been such a great and polite gentlemen to me. And once my case is over it will fall of my record as though it never happened.
