I started to used Rhonda after my divorce was final and there were items in the MSA that were not being followed. She is an incredible attorney that gets things done quickly and efficiently. One of the things I appreciate the most is that I do not have to wait long for a response; many times you are waiting and re-calling/checking on items. She works fast to get things accomplished. I know whatever I bring to her she will take care of in the best way possible and in a timely manner.

Eric Demetriades with the Marquis Lw Group is the most competent lawyer I’ve ever met. I was arrested for a complicated DUI case, which he handled flawlessly. From the first consultation to the final hearing, he was there to answer all my questions and got back to me expeditiously. Eric suggested a continuance to give me time to follow his recommendations which proved to be the right path. On each of the two days I was to be in court we had great pre-trial conversations which put my mind at ease. In court he was communicative and explained his expectations. His ability to work with the prosecutor and show the positive steps I had taken (Eric’s advice) yielded 100% of the sentence suspended with minimal fines. I couldn’t ask for a better attorney or result.

Ryan Campbell recently helped my daughter and me on an expungement case that we are proceeding on without a lawyer. I was at the Commonwealth's Attorney office window asking the clerk a question about my daughter's case. Mr. Campbell was in the office and overheard my situation. He immediately offered to help me. He quickly researched the case and determined an error was made on the disposition of the case 7 years ago. Mr. Campbell filed a Notice & Motion to appear before the District Court and resolved the matter. Ryan Campbell exhibited the utmost graciousness that my daughter and I most appreciated.

Ryan Campbell is an exceptional attorney and a true professional. I would highly recommend him. He recently represented a family member in a criminal trial and due to his knowledge and work put into the case the defendant walked away with the best outcome possible. The charge was not a typical criminal charge and most attorneys were unfamiliar. However, Ryan was recommended to him and he lived up to the recommendation. He went above and beyond to research and learn the intricacies of the case. He also explained the justice process and never left him in the dark. William Mann is truly a miracle worker. I spoke with over 10 attorneys in the area about my case. I was very overwhelmed with the two charges I had got of, DWI and Public Intoxication. I spoke with over 20 lawyers literally and by no means, could any of them come close to the expertise, experience, professionalism and honesty that Mark demonstrated. In 2020, I was facing a Suspension and Debarment Case. The new was disheartening since I have had a successful military and contracting career with the Department of Defense and experience as enlisted within U.S. Navy, along with a history of winning awards and building a reputation of helping my local community. I relocated to work for a very large defense contractor, and I saw a lot of fraud and waste. I reported the incidents to Human Resources before I left the job, and I was placed on a PIP. My worker told me you will be punished for going to Human Resources, prior to reporting the incidents, the daily harassment and casual death threats in conversation that co-workers casually mentioned in front of management. I had a successful career at this defense contractor until I started alerting management and human resources about mis-mangement of funds and hardware and system use, and the dangerous comments made by coworkers. To my surprise Human Resources and my management were friends with each other, which led to backlash and retaliation about my terms of employment and false accusations waged towards me. I completed the terms of my employment, and I quit. One year later, the large defense contractor was working towards a proposed Suspension and Debarment notice stating I was a danger to the government. I searched many days for a lawyer, and I read about Ellis Bennett. He was nothing short of an angel, life saver, and career saver. I told him my story, and I provided him artifacts including the experience at the large defense contractor, and dates and times of my activities and projects completed there, along with the synopsis of the toxic environment; he took the time to listen and work with me, and I worked to help him with all the artifacts I kept of my daily experience on the job. It made a stressful and highly emotional time for me, easier to deal with me. Working with Ellis and his team made me feel as though I was his only client; he was efficient with his responses and always took the time to answer my questions. He worked and put together an amazing and beautifully written rebuttal package that showed who I am as a professional. I am forever grateful because through his response, my case was dismissed by the US Navy Suspension and Debarment office. I can continue in peace happily with me new career. I was incarcerated because of a domestic dispute in Loudoun County. I've had many lawyers represent me in previous matters and never have I felt more confident in my legal representation than I did with Mr. Seck. As soon as he took my case, he came and visited me at the jail the next day. He came again the following day to make sure he could collect as much information about my case from me as he could. He was very responsive and strove hard to keep the line of communication open, which is difficult for a person who is incarcerated. If he wasn't in direct communication with me he was in constant contact with my family members and worked with me through them. When my court date came he was there early to discuss possible senarios and outcomes and asked me how I would like to approach the situation. I was released that day and everything was adjudicated beyond my expectations and now this criminal matter is behind me. I would highly recommend Mr. Seck to anyone facing criminal or civil cases.

I sought out Mr. Seck after a demoralizing visit to the family court where I learned my out of state court order could not be enforced in Virginia without an overwhelming stack of paperwork that I did not understand and legal expertise I did not have. I found Mr. Seck after doing an internet search. I lucked out.
Mr. Seck was patient as he walked me through the process. Not only did he help secure a stable future for my children, but did so in a timely manner while minimizing the expenses. My case resolved in less than six months. He managed to convince my ex-husband to come to the table and negotiate, something I haven’t been able to do in eight years, resulting in an agreement instead of an order. The increase in child support was certainly welcome. My former husband agreeing to pay the expenses he owed was a big relief. The best part was the comfort for our teenagers knowing that their Dad agreed to the changes and did not have to be ordered by the court to support them.
Ideally, I would not have to resort to the legal system to get the support needed to care for our children. Having Michael Seck on your side makes that necessity the next best thing to an agreeable ex-husband.

When I was facing serious felony charges I met with quite a few lawyers in Northern VA before deciding on Peter Schwartz.
No other attorney actually believed me to be innocent. They were willing to take the case and defend me, but I wouldn't dare hire a professional who says to my face and in front of my mother that I am a criminal.
Peter was the exception. From the first time we spoke I knew he had a genuine interest in helping me, I knew that he trusted me. I had already been in jail for several days, knowing Peter would be defending me (for the right reasons) was just such an overwhelming relief.
When we finally got to the courtroom, Peter was able to prove my innocence to a Fairfax County Judge. Beyond that the party responsible for filing the charges against me admitted to guilt and confirmed the story I had been telling from the start was true.
Peter believed me and fought for me when no one else would. He was always courteous and professional in and outside of the courtroom. Because of this, Peter has and will be my attorney for as long as he practises law.

Ella Russell was referred to me by a friend who I had known for many years. I sat in on a meeting with my cousin and her lawyer Spencer because she felt like she needed the extra support. When I was there he presented himself in a polite manner but as he surveyed my cousin, he had a very sarcastic and condescending tone towards her answers. He was also asking her for information she had already sent a head of time. He had not seem to have read any of the information she sent him about the case. To add, he didn’t even know the date and time of the case. When my cousin mentioned trying to move to North Carolina he was already negative about it before she even got a chance to discuss her reasons. He shared he was going through something similar and seems to have his personal feelings about his situation conflicting with her case. A week before the case he called her while she was at my place. On the phone he carried the same condescending attitude that he had at their meeting. The day of the trial, he canceled the case without even negotiating her custody concerns with the other lawyer. These were fair and justified concerns even if he didn’t discuss North Carolina. He didn’t even ask her permission to dismiss the case. She had tried emailing him and contacting him about it and he doesn’t respond to her. He also didn’t respond much to her emails throughout the case. She didn’t feel confident that he had her best interest through most of the case and he proved her right. He didn’t even call any of her witnesses. I only got to say my piece because I came with her to the only meeting they had before the case. He also didn’t negotiate some of her custody concerns, even the ones he agreed should be revised. He made her feel like he was doing her a favor (yes she was paying him) but had not done much to help her.
