Mr. Mossman has an acute sense of direction and it’s remarkable the confidence he holds to tackle any hurdle. James plays by the book and does not cut corners. The sophisticated charm he presence himself with establishes a comfortable and relaxed environment for both parties no matter the issues encountered. James is stern and competitive while simultaneously thinking clear as he dives into situations with a level headed mind. One thing I do not recommend is playing golf with him. You might as well not show up because he will embarrass you. I would highly recommend James Keane Mossman.

My experience with McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates has been incredibly pleasant, within the last year my family has been involved in two separate car accidents due to no fault of our own and they have been our champions through it all. In particular Anna Zirkle and Bennett Casto have gone to bat for us and gotten us fair settlements that we otherwise would not have gotten. Very busy man, but very dedicated. He is obviously a very busy man for a good reason. This man dug me out of a hole I did not deserve to be in. If you are okay without constant communication unless something in your case changes or he needs more information this is your guy. That was definitely something I had to get used to. He loves children and only wants the best for them. He is extremely thorough and pays very close attention to detail. His goal wasn't to drain me of every penny I had instead it was to make sure that we got the best outcome possible with the case he had been presented. He is very professional, and straight to the point. He is very pro-active. I trusted him completely during my case to guide me in the right direction with little communication after initial consult and a couple appointments to catch up. I hired Lourie as my attorney and he did not do any work. I know these reviews aren’t meant to hold details on my case, but I honestly did all the paperwork for my case and collected affidavits and even paid for my affidavits. For our first hearing, I won custody of my son. When our second hearing neared, I was not informed of the hearing, and was not prepared because Lourie did nothing to prepare for my case, and then directly blamed ME for not being prepared. I would recommend anyone wanting a good attorney to look elsewhere. This man will waste your money and your time.
