Mark actually listened to what I had to say, never tried to cut me off or prejudge my case, was willing to look at any material I brought to support my position.. absorbed what my situation was.. I must have talked to 6 or 7 attorneys in the last few months... most are only interested in telling you what their fee's will be, not what they think they can do for you..
What a breath of fresh air. Open and candid, not any sign of ego, so down to earth. Definitely talk to this man before you make a decision on hiring an attorney, wish I had of found him 8 months ago.

My husband had an old warrant that he had to get taken care of before getting out of federal prison. I'd tried reaching out to several attorneys, but all of them wanted $2500 for a misdemeanor charge that was ten years old. Mr. Hampton didn't even charge half that amount to help us. He is a kind man who is very experienced and thorough. He was hired on 6/13 and by 7/3, the charges were dropped and everything was resolved. We are extremely appreciative of Mr. Hampton, and while we pray we don't ever need him again, it's good to know that he's only a phone call away if we ever do.

The decision to have Trey on our side while treading through the stress of a custody dispute was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is highly knowledgeable and informative. Mr. Digby is the best, most ethical, personable, professional, attorney my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did he take our case no questions asked, but he completely changed our impression of the profession itself. Mr Digby is very intelligent in his chosen profession, but at the same time, is able to explain not only the laws themselves, but in both his office and the courtroom, takes the time to make sure the average joe understands what is being said, done, and what needs to be done. A HUGE thanks to this man who, as educated as he is, can still relate to the people he serves. My husband had been without a driver's license for 6 years due to his own irresponsible behavior, and Mr. Digby was able to show that the statues had expired on the charges, that there had not been any other traffic violations during that period, that my husband had on a later date spent 8 hours in custody in Perry County during which Pulaski County failed to claim extradition, and that we lived at the same address for the entire time proving that he could have been picked up any time during the ten years at that address, and there was no effort made whatsovever by any law enforcement agency to arrest or convict. Blake was my attorney in September of 2004. My case involved Doctors testifying against me in court about a person with mental problems. Blake bought medical books and really studied about the subject he would be asking the Doctors about. Brandon Moffitt was my attorney over the course of about a year. He solved several issues for me related to a complicated probate case . Several attorneys were involved and I was in over my head legally. He was my primary contact and counselor regarding contracts, property settlement, will writing, gas and oil rights....everything that "came up". He resolved conflict between family members and prevented disputes during a difficult time.
He is a calming, professional person, willing and capable of putting out fires. He stayed with my case until probate ended and the issues I had were resolved enough to proceed without an attorney. In other words, he saw things through and made them better while saving time and money.
His fees are more than fair and he was careful about never overcharging. He often answered the telephone personally and if not, always returned calls promptly. If you've ever hired an attorney, you know how rare it is to have an open line of communication. I appreciate that most of all. I would hire him again with confidence. Mr. Files represented me as the defendant and custodial parent in my paternity, custody, and child support case. I found him to be patient, collected, thorough, and attentive in his legal counsel. He was quick to respond to my emails when needed. I always felt that he was on my team. He is not one of these lawyers who will fill my head with what I wanted to hear just to make a buck, but what I needed to hear to be reasonably prepared for this process.
