Terri Daniel is an awesome attorney. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She pretty much saved my life today helping me get what I thought was out of reach. I had a first degree felony probation revocation with three new third degree felonies and she helped me get probation again for all of it even though I was being revoked. I finally cleaned up and did what the courts were asking though so I'm sure that helped too but Terri's knowledge for the law and graciousness towards someone who is trying achieved the unthinkable today. This recommendation and review is a over a year past due. I hired Donny and his partner Karen for my criminal assault case. I could have not been more pleased. They took the time to gather all the information from me, the police, doctors, and any other applicable sources to build a strong case.
At no time in the process did they ever set an unrealistic expectations. Donny and Karen were always there for me and very responsive to any question I had. They carefully explained the risks and rewards of taking a plea deal vs. going to trial. When the time came to make a decision of whether we take a plea deal or go to trial, I felt confindent with they would represent me will in trial. And the did just that. They made sure the jury was not swayed by testimony or evidence the DA felt would win them they case. They used facts and presented a clear picture and timeline for my case. This resulted in a Not Guilty verdict. I will be forever pleased with the work they did for me.

Recently I reached out to Daniel for advice on a legal matter. We spoke less than 5 mins but he was able to locate a record number that I couldn’t previously locate ANYWHERE. He gave me clear instructions to follow, which I did, and it led to the results I needed the same day! I never obtained him as my legal counsel officially and his help took me further than I’d gotten in 8 months of trying alone. FREE OF CHARGE. When I called him I was ready to spend however much necessary to handle my situation, but he saved me God knows how much money. My daughter and her husband just signed for this law office to take their case. So far its not going well. Enterprise called to tell my daughter to bring in the rental by 5 p.m but they have not provided her with any money to purchase a new car after stating her car was totaled. How the heck do they expect her to go back and forth to work? Not to mention, she was hit from the back at no fault of her on. I feel with an Attorney, they should take care of this for my daughter and she should not have stress about this.
I will send an update soon but so far, customer service is not looking good. This should never be an issue when both parties have full coverage insurance. I will update the stars to 5 if they handle business for my babies. Will update soon.
Update- 8.25.24 They did finally pay off my daughters car. My daughter had to continually call the office ,all in all I will upgrade them to a 4 star but they need to reach out to the clients more often and communicate better.

A little under two years ago I was pulled over and arrested for possession of marijuana over 4OZ under 5LB and possession of controlled substance over 2G under 4G.
I was in a tough situation and I had made the mistake of having my family in the car and that only piled on more with CPS coming in to play.
I had never been arrested and when I was charged I was told I could be looking at 2 to 10 years in the federal penitentiary and a fine of no less than $2000 and up to $10000.
I thought I was dead in the water.
I didn't know the slightest of what to do or where to go for help.
I went to about 5 lawyers before I consulted with Paul.
Let me tell you, he definitely put my mind at ease informing me that there was little to no chance I would go to the pen, although not all situations are the same and he did say there's always a possibility he was confident in telling me that there would be no jail time involved.
That was a blessing!
I have 2 jobs and a family to support at home and neither them or I could afford for me to go to jail.
Due to Covid-19 my case was pushed back further and further and finally the DA offered me a deal 6 years deferred.
Paul said no way in hell we are taking that deal.
I had no priors! He fought and fought and fought and got it down to 4 years and only 1800 in fines (Plus probation fees and UA's) but that's standard on a drug charge. You have no Idea of how good of a deal that is for a 3rd degree felony.
He was there for me through the whole process and even after I took the plea he was still there to help me out with the process.
I give 100% approval/recommendation of having Paul represent you.

I have no experience with Barnett outside what I witnessed during my fathers trial in which he was accused of very haineous allegations. While watching Barnett in the court room, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that he was dedicated to justice and would stop at nothing to see it served.
