My wife and I have been living in Melbourne for over 10 years. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. During the month of May my next-door neighbor sold his house. We greeted this person and even helped with some of his landscaping since he didn't have any lawn equipment. I had also informed this neighbor that the fence which runs along the property line was in severe deterioration and ask if he wanted to share the expense. At first he seemed reasonable then when I approached him to discuss getting prices, he became very aggressive and belligerent. And even complained to some of our neighbors. My wife and I decided to foot the bill for the fence after getting all the surveys completed and having the construction approved by the HOA. Once this was completed our fence contractor came in and ran a string-line that designated the property lines. the fence would then be constructed 4-5 inches inside the property line on our side. The neighbor went ahead and sabotages the line by cutting it down and this is when this neighbor became unruly. End result is there was a stand-off at the fence where he was video taping my wife and I doing lawn maintenance and I confronted him by taking away his cell phone, I was arrested. I contacted Jason Downs who reviewed our case and after much investigation and Jason's expertise to showed evidence that not only is this person unstable but repeatedly pulls stunts like this from his previous address. My case was dismissed, and my wife and I are forever grateful for Jason's support. I would recommend Jason's firm to anyone who has ever unfortunately had to deal with circumstances like this.

I would NEVER recommend Erica as an attorney to anyone if you want things done right and fair. Honestly, one of the worst decisions I have ever made obtaining her.
At first, she comes off very nice and states she is not out for money, but that is completely false.
She dragged things out in my situation and billed me for any money she could get without helping me whatsoever. She would never respond to my emails and I had to explain to her staff that I already sent very pertinent information that she asked from me several times.
I obtained this attorney for help and she was no help at all. Cost me $10k for absolutely NOTHING done to help me as her client. Trust me, go elsewhere if you need someone on your side. Not Erica Feinswog!

Mr. Masters helped my 14 year old daughter when she got a moving violation driving her golf cart in Viera, FL. Points on her future license would have delayed her getting her driver’s license and it would have increased our insurance considerably. Mr. Masters was able to plea it down to where we paid a small fine and there would be no lasting repercussions. His office staff is friendly and prompt with their replies and Mr. Masters is very professional and knowledgeable of the law. New to the Cocoa Beach area, I was in need of an attorney and unable to ask friends for recommendations. I did some internet researching and met with over 5 different attorneys. I hired Mr. Austin just over a year ago to defend a misdemeanor criminal case in which there were two charges. Communication was never an issue, he returned all of my calls & texts in regards to my case and regularly made time to explain in detail how the case was proceeding. Not only did he keep me informed, I feel he also gave me honest legal advice in regards to what was best for ME and MY case. One of the charges was ultimately dismissed with prejudice, the other had stipulations that had to be discussed and agreed upon with the DA. Mr. Austin argued these requirements to very fair and reasonable bottom line. Even with the majority of my case dismissed I was still able to get in contact with Mr. Austin with no issues. Obviously the facts of every case are different and the outcomes will vary, but I would say that the honesty and transparency of working with Mr. Austin made made me feel very comfortable and satisfied with his work.

I knew when I first talked to Mrs. Dafoe and she said if I was out to get revenge or take what wasn't fair in my divorce then she wasn't the lawyer for me. I knew then that she was the lawyer I wanted. Divorce is never easy emotionally yet Mrs. Dafoe was very compassionate. She will tell you straight up what her fees are and doesn't expand her fees. Mrs. Dafoe knows her job and respects the position she and trust the judges have in her to exercise her clients rights to the fullest. I would refer her to everybody who wants a fair divorce.
