I needed an attorney and called Mr. Jamal Allen. I spoke directly to him and hired him after consultation. Mr Allen listened to my concerns and explained the legal ramifications of my case. He also asked what was my expectation with regards to case resolution. Mr. Allen was phenomenal in court. He was very professional, had a great understanding of my situation and was experience with his handling of the prosecutor and judge. I wouldn't use any other attorney other than Mr. Allen. Dana was exceptionally helpful to me. His knowledge, experience and opinion are delivered in a sincere and clear manner and he is pleasant and personable as well. His first impression of my case was that it was typical and not a good risk for me to pursue, but after a few minutes of listening (rather than waiting to talk lol) and asking questions, that changed entirely and he proceeded to fill in some big blanks about my situation as well as confirming that my case is reasonable to pursue. After days of research on law firms in the valley that specialize in gun rights I contacted the Heath law firm to help me restore my 2nd amendment rights after a mistake I made almost 30 years previous earned me a class 3 felony on my record. Paula was very helpful and kept me updated on the process. They were very patient with me while I collected character letters to add to my petition and it was a very easy process overall. I received the news this morning 10/4/23 that my motion was granted and I am free of the prohibition that has followed me since 1996. I would definitely refer the Heath law firm to anyone looking to get their life back in order.

I recently moved to AZ from CA, and I was pulled over (speeding), and the cop that pulled me over told me I was lucky he wasn’t going to arrest me, because I was going (what he said) was 20 miles over the posted speed limit as well as in a school zone. I was completely shocked, since this was my very first time being pulled over in the 20+ years I’ve been driving. The cop told me that I will need to go have my fingers printed and get my pictures taken. This whole situation was eased when I reached out to Mark and his team. After our first conversation on the phone I knew I was in good hands. I felt that Mark and his team listened to me, and provided me with the very best outcome possible. I am so thankful. Mr. Stapley is a knight in shining armor! Okay, that may be a bit dramatic, but at the time, I sure felt like he'd come to my rescue. I'm no princess, and the boss I was trying to figure out how to escape was no dragon. She was more like... Cinderella's evil step mother. I taught music at her school. Without an exhaustive retelling of my woeful tale, may it suffice to say my boss made my life completely miserable for about 2 years, and just about killed my love for music. Adding insult to injury, she tried to make it impossible for us to leave and find work elsewhere by forcing me and my fellow teachers there to sign a non-compete contract stating that if our employment at her school was ever terminated, we had to agree not to teach music anywhere in the area she claimed for a year from the day our employment with her was terminated. The contract threatened us with an expensive lawsuit if we were to try to teach anyway. So basically, if we didn't want to work for her anymore, or if she "terminated" our employment herself, we would not be able to work in our profession for a year unless we moved to a different city. (The area she claimed was better than 50 miles around!) Mr. Stapley consulted with me and reviewed her contract, confirming that her contract was not only ridiculous, it was not legally binding. He gave me the tools I needed to walk into her office and quit with confidence, knowing I'd be safe from her threats afterwards. Because of Mr. Stapley's assitance, I escaped! I am now very happily employed and rediscovering what I love at a different music school!

I was in an accident that was no fault of my own. My car needed extensive repairs and I had to go to physical therapy. I was trying to be fair and deal with the person at faults insurance company one on one. In the future, I would advise anyone against this. They acted like my best friend until it was time to take care of things. Because I waited, I had a couple lawyers, turn me down to help me. Keith excepted my case and got me not only my reimbursement of medical and lost wages, but a fair and reasonable amount for pain and suffering. Had the insurance company dealt with me fairly they would have paid much less than what I ended up receiving. Thank you Keith for advocating for me! I would not hesitate recommend him to friends and family.

I called Ashley to inquire about a possible lawsuit against a Money transmitting business. Ashley was quick to assess the case and then strongly advised against a formal lawsuit. Instead, she provided an alternative route to a solution which I am now persueing. After a very unexpected car accident, it was suggested that I contact an attorney. I heard all the radio jingles, saw all the billboards but when I read the reviews for Thomas I knew he was the one for me. Robert and his team were great! Very transparent while working through the process and was able to help me navigate the steps of my divorce really well. The divorce dragged on for no good reason other than my spouse finding any way to make this last longer. At the end of the day the divorce worked out in my favor and exactly what Robert said would likely happen did as the same outcome that should have only taken a few months still happened even with my ex delaying the process. Overall, very reachable through appointments and overall just a good experience.
