Kellie Day is the best divorce attorney anyone could ever ask for. She has so much knowledge and experience and will do her very best for you but you also must do your part. When she asks you to do something and tells you to be honest with her she means it. She will not put up with nonsense, lying, or withholding information. If anyone has left a bad review it was because they lied or did not do what was asked of them. Ms Kellie took my case after I fired my 1st attorney she came in late after I had been to court and my 1st attorney lied to me and agreed to things I told him I could not do. Ms Kellie immediately went to work trying to undo the mess my previous attorney made. She is a firecracker in court she will fight for you. She will go to battle and fight to the end. I am so thankful I found her and she took my case when most would not have so late in the ballgame. She will force you to get yourself prepared and fight as hard as she does. My consult with her after 10 minutes she let me know very sternly what I needed to do for her to successfully represent me. Yes she scolded me but for my own good. She will not waste her time or yours she will tell you upfront what is expected and if you want to win the case you will do what she says. With that being said she is also compassionate, caring, understanding, and the most knowledgeable attorney I have ever met. She truly cares for her clients and explains everything she is doing on your behalf. If you need a attorney that's fights for you and will be sure you get all you can she is your woman. I would highly recommend Sasser and O'Rear! Will O'Rear and Janelle worked very hard on helping my mom to get appointed as my aunt's representative to her estate. We are out of state and were unable to do a lot of the paper and they assisted and worked endlessly to help my mom out. This turned out to be a very long process, the state of Alabama didn't make it easy but they never gave up. My mom and I are very appreciative for all their hard work.

I have not had the opportunity to have to hire many attorney's in the past. Just one for my divorce & now Mr. Luck for a mistake I made.
The best decision I ever made was retaining Mr. Luck. I never do reviews but I felt it necessary to maybe help save someone's life some day.
Being a 30+ year enforcement officer I have seen nearly every attorney in this area in court room action and there are some dumba%€#@@ out there.
I assure you that the legal disclosure that attorney's have to place with there ad "saying that the legal representation of this attorney in no way constitutes that the legal services performed is better than another attorney (or something in that affect)" is a whole bunch of bull%#£@&!!!
Attorney's are no different than any other professional. There are much better mechanics, doctors, carpenters, and so on.
So there is a vast difference in the quality & the expertise of the attorney that you hire.
And let's face it, if you are hiring an attorney then your very life or way of life is on the line. Do your research & do not hire an idiot.
Mr. Luck has his crap together & I would highly recommend him without question.
Let's face it, usually when we need an attorney you are probably not having a very good day. You are scared, confused & it feels like your life has been turned upside down.
Are you going to put your life in an idiots hands. I thank not.
I was referred to Mr. Luck through a mutual friend & he came highly recommended.
I am very pleased with the work & the time he has spent with me. He has always had the time to sit down with me & explain what is going on with my case. His knowledge in different areas of the law is excellent.
We are still in the middle of my situation but I can tell you this, we have had 2 major & 1 minor issue come up & he has won each of them.
Not only is Mr. Luck a dang good attorney, he is a very nice & humble man that actually cares for his clients.
In my opinion, he is even better than advertised.

In 2019 I was having some financial issues , especially being in a single parent home. David walked me through the process of bankruptcy (chapter 13) I was in a 5 year plan. Fast fwd to 2024, I was about to be done with the plan and he came to me about my student loans and said he due to new laws passing he might could get my student loans forgiven. This process took about 8 months but the process was worth it. $86,000 was forgiven and I have a new blank slate. David and his staff made this process very understandable and easy. I highly recommend him and his office. He explains everything and is very patient, professional and knowledgeable.

I would like to take the time to thank Attorney Dwayne Brown for the wonderful service he provided to me! I was involved in a car accident. I highly recommend Attorney Luck for a flawless level of legal needs. He and his teams’ professionalism was impeccable from start to finish in my case. His secretary heard my case and he called me back in a timely manner. His team stayed in contact and kept me updated til I came up with the revenue to actually attain him.
