Well, I actually started my case with a public defender. But as we all know the Pc's job is to try and get the defendant to take a plea. All attorneys in K3 co. run together, so how do I receive a fair trial? Call Attorney O'Connor. Filled out a questionnaire online and within minutes got a call! I'm very impressed with his professional outlook on my case. Made sure I understood everything. I will leave another review as my case continues. Mind you, I'm scared outta my mind. Never had charges like this, but Attorney O'Connor made me feel better after speaking with him. And he didn't try to get thousands of dollars out of my account. My 1st instinct was to give 1 star, but I settled on 2. That extra star is for the fact that when Cynthia was representing my daughter in a wrongful termination, she was very good. Unfortunately, she dropped us under false pretenses and had left us hanging out to dry. Paid $500 a year ago. Our contract said the $500 would cover the initial EEOC filing, representation at all interviews and possible mediation. In return, if we ended up settling, she would get 50%. After all the papers were initially filed, our EEOC case became a waiting game. With nothing going on in our case, In April, we got an email from Cynthia stating for medical reasons, she can no longer represent us. She did nothing to let EEOC know. As far as we knew, the case could take months before it moved forward, so we just continued to wait. Jump to late November, we were contacted by EEOC to schedule our first interview for 12/5/24. I thought maybe whatever medical issues Cynthia had 7 months ago had been resolved, so I emailed her. No response after a week, so I called her office explaining the whole situation and seeing if Cynthia or anyone could represent us during the interview. Last Wednesday I was promised a call back - never got it. Yesterday (Monday) I received email from Cynthia that she was "still preparing for surgery". I called again after getting the email and was promised a call back - again no call back. Called again today and I'm now waiting on a callback (for the 3rd time). While I'm waiting, I came here to Google Reviews and I see all these reviews dating back to 6 months ago all the way up until 7 days ago. So, this confirms my suspicions that she is no longer taking a medical leave (if she ever was). If no one from her firm is going to attend the interview on Thursday, I would like the truth as to why she dropped us. Cynthia said she was so confident in our case that she was waiving the initial retainer (I think $10k) if we end up going to court. So, did she drop us because it was a bad case or because it was a good case and she wanted to backout of the promise to waive the retainer. I also don't know if she still expects 50% of any possible settlement. This is so frustrating.

Someone I know got pulled over and received a citation for driving uninsured and failing to obey a stop sign. In the state of Illinois the penalty for driving without insurance can result in having your license suspended and up to a $2,000 fine for time time offenders.
They ended up walking out of the court room with a small fine and keeping their drivers license. Philip's rates are very reasonable. When hiring a traffic attorney, you're decision should not strictly be focused on the cost of the attorney. You have to evaluate their rate based on the potential worst case scenario for your court case.
When evaluating an attorney based on the outcome, Phil is worthy every penny. If anyone I know told me that they have an upcoming a traffic case at the Wheaton Court house, I would highly recommend Philip Nathe.

Mr Boston took my case on extremely short notice, he had less than 1 full business day to prepare for my court appearance monday morning. Not only did he put my worries at ease stating that he would help me but he was able to properly and effectively represent me on such short notice. Dan is a great listener, honest and very methodical. I know the courts move at a snail's pace for most cases but every step of the way Dan informed me of what was happening and explained all the different roles of personnel involved in my case. He believed in me, researched cases similar to mine and was very honest about the possible outcome.

**Review of John Lynch's Law Firm**
I recently sought the services of John Lynch to help navigate some complex issues regarding the structuring of my home ownership and business, specifically around setting up an LLC to manage a trust related to a duplex I am renting in Chicago. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
During our initial consultation, John provided a quote for setting up the LLC. However, what followed was a frustrating two-month process marred by significant errors. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate the correct name for the LLC, John still registered it incorrectly, leading to further delays and complications as I was forced to rename the LLC.
To make matters worse, I received an unexpected bill after the error, which I contested, believing it to be due to the additional hours needed to correct the name—an issue that should not have arisen had John double-checked my communications. Despite raising these concerns, I felt ignored, as my requests for clarity on the billing were brushed aside, and I was instead met with a notice of delinquency.
I also discovered unexplained charges related to my requests for corrections that had been mishandled. It's clear that poor organization and a lack of attention to detail have led to unnecessary costs on my end.
Even more concerning, I recently reached out to John about the trust document, as an external lawyer reviewed it and flagged the absence of a residuary clause—something critical that needs to be addressed promptly. I am demanding that John rectify this issue without further delay, as it has significantly hampered my plans and incurred additional expenses.
To further complicate matters, I received a notice of delinquency that included a bill for an annual report filing fee that John never communicated to me. Neither John nor I have any records of this bill, and it appears he was notified by the state months ago but failed to inform me until now, leading to a late fee. This lack of communication and oversight is utterly unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I feel compelled to report John Lynch to the Illinois Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau to warn others about the lack of professionalism and disorganized service I encountered. It’s clear I’m not alone in feeling this way, as reflected in other reviews I've seen.
In summary, I cannot recommend John Lynch's law firm. The combination of mismanagement, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of my case has caused significant stress and financial strain. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage his services.

I got a class b misdemeanor last year, and I was referred to Dean by another lawyer. Dean was amazing he handled everything for me and he got my class b misdemeanor down to supervision and he was able to present my case without me being present since I couldn't get out of work that day. Easy to reach and answered all my questions and concerns. If I ever need another traffic lawyer again I will definitely hire Dean again. The pricing was really affordable too which was a plus! I reached out to this attorney on July 24, 2024. We set up a Zoom call to go over the details and he advised that he would take on the matter. The date is now September 25, 2024 and there has been zero communication. My emails go unanswered. He's non responsive. He checks in and says he will reach out to you and doesn't.
I expected a lot more out of a legal professional, but received a lot less. I'm never one to leave a negative review, however, this has to be the absolute worst!

To make matters worse, I received an unexpected bill after the error, which I contested, believing it to be due to the additional hours needed to correct the name—an issue that should not have arisen had John double-checked my communications. Despite raising these concerns, I felt ignored, as my requests for clarity on the billing were brushed aside, and I was instead met with a notice of delinquency.
I also discovered unexplained charges related to my requests for corrections that had been mishandled. It's clear that poor organization and a lack of attention to detail have led to unnecessary costs on my end.
Even more concerning, I recently reached out to John about the trust document, as an external lawyer reviewed it and flagged the absence of a residuary clause—something critical that needs to be addressed promptly. I am demanding that John rectify this issue without further delay, as it has significantly hampered my plans and incurred additional expenses.
To further complicate matters, I received a notice of delinquency that included a bill for an annual report filing fee that John never communicated to me. Neither John nor I have any records of this bill, and it appears he was notified by the state months ago but failed to inform me until now, leading to a late fee. This lack of communication and oversight is utterly unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I feel compelled to report John Lynch to the Illinois Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau to warn others about the lack of professionalism and disorganized service I encountered. It’s clear I’m not alone in feeling this way, as reflected in other reviews I've seen.
In summary, I cannot recommend John Lynch's law firm. The combination of mismanagement, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of my case has caused significant stress and financial strain. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage his services.
