It was recommended by my doctor in Illinois that I try the medical marijuana pilot program due to a lot of serious health issues I had unnecessarily acquired due to medical negligence a few years back. I moved out of illinois, dropped out of the program, and made sure my card was cancelled. I moved to Tennessee, and attempted to get a gun, and my gun check came back denied. I also got a letter from the government saying that my TSA Pre check had been cancelled without a reason why.
For two years, I tried numerous efforts such as getting fingerprinted, and sending it in to the FBI to find out why I was getting denied, I tried my local sheriffs, I tried reaching out to Illinois, but everywhere I tried, it was a dead end. No one was able to let me know why I was denied the ability to purchase a gun. I tried at least five times over the two years. I got Heather's name from another lawyer that has been wonderful, Neil Levine.
I explained my situation to, Heather, and she said she was on the case.
Shortly after she took on my case, she resolved it. Due to the negligence of someone in Illinois not updating the records, I was never listed as having cancelled my card. With proof of cancellation, Heather was able to close the case Instantaneously. I went to purchase a gun about two hours after Heather let me know that the hold had been lifted, and the gentleman at the gun shop said he had never seen an approval come back so quickly!
Heather was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond getting the job done. She is worth all the money invested in this situation. Thank you, Heather.

I hired Peter for my 1st DUI which he was able to get me supervision for. Unfortunately, I landed myself a 2nd DUI offense during the supervision period and a felony offense for driving on suspended. Peter got me a deal that amended the felony to a misdemeanor AND the 2nd DUI to Reckless Driving. Really couldn't have asked for much more

Well, I actually started my case with a public defender. But as we all know the Pc's job is to try and get the defendant to take a plea. All attorneys in K3 co. run together, so how do I receive a fair trial? Call Attorney O'Connor. Filled out a questionnaire online and within minutes got a call! I'm very impressed with his professional outlook on my case. Made sure I understood everything. I will leave another review as my case continues. Mind you, I'm scared outta my mind. Never had charges like this, but Attorney O'Connor made me feel better after speaking with him. And he didn't try to get thousands of dollars out of my account. Gave me an affordable down payment price. I'm going with this man for the big win!

Someone I know got pulled over and received a citation for driving uninsured and failing to obey a stop sign. In the state of Illinois the penalty for driving without insurance can result in having your license suspended and up to a $2,000 fine for time time offenders.
They ended up walking out of the court room with a small fine and keeping their drivers license. Philip's rates are very reasonable. When hiring a traffic attorney, you're decision should not strictly be focused on the cost of the attorney. You have to evaluate their rate based on the potential worst case scenario for your court case.
When evaluating an attorney based on the outcome, Phil is worthy every penny. If anyone I know told me that they have an upcoming a traffic case at the Wheaton Court house, I would highly recommend Philip Nathe.

Mr Boston took my case on extremely short notice, he had less than 1 full business day to prepare for my court appearance monday morning. Not only did he put my worries at ease stating that he would help me but he was able to properly and effectively represent me on such short notice. I 100% recommend the counsel of Mr Boston and his associates and if I ever am in a similar situation again I will absolutely be using his services again no questions asked. I got a class b misdemeanor last year, and I was referred to Dean by another lawyer. Dean was amazing he handled everything for me and he got my class b misdemeanor down to supervision and he was able to present my case without me being present since I couldn't get out of work that day. Dan is a great listener, honest and very methodical. I know the courts move at a snail's pace for most cases but every step of the way Dan informed me of what was happening and explained all the different roles of personnel involved in my case. I had a serious traffic matter and I needed help from an attorney. I want to Bob Heap for advice. He was extremely cordial and put me at ease immediately. We discussed my case, and he told me what the law was, what I could expect in pursuing my case, and how he would handle my representation. Bob did an excellent job for me. There are a lot of attorneys in the area he practices but I seriously doubt that many, if any, are as competent how is Bob. As things turned out, we negotiated an extremely favorable plea. I how can I say thank you to a man who you meant so much to my family and me. When it comes to fight for custody of your child most custody battles go to the mother. Paul saw that I good dad who cares about his daughter and want what's best for her. I would strongly suggest hiring Adam stillo for any legal matter your facing. If it's not something he thinks he can handle, he will let you know. We had requested a thirty minute consultation to determine the feasibility of our case in person. It went over to an hour long, which we were fine with paying for that extra time. What we were NOT fine with is that we were not consulted on any pre-meeting billable hours nor had we approved any pre-meeting billable hours. What turned from a small consultation fee turned into a nightmare of him sending us a bill for hours of "service" on the topic that probably took no more than 15 minutes for him to write up, totaling up to over $1,000! I have visited with several attorneys in the past on consultations and no one has EVER tried to bill me in this proposterous manner. I would never never hire or recommend this individual. Luckily, we fought that bill and sent him a check for the consultation fee amount which is what was the AGREED upon fee, after all, we did not HIRE him to do any research. IT WAS A CONSULTATION.

The worst experience I have ever had by far. Hired him to mediate maintenance issue. After paying for the initial consultation separately and then paying a retainer he never produced. Would not return phone calls. After his lack of professionalism I requested a refund of retainer, it took him three weeks to provide that and a billing statement where he had double charged me for the initial consultation and marked it half price and charged for bogus hours looking over paperwork related to the case. Took two weeks to get a response from him where he reconciled the double charge and reduced his hours billed. It cost me two months because I was referred here by a friend. Do not go here, you have been warned.
