I wish I could give more stars. I am honored to express my gratitude, appreciation, and experience with Mr. David Cohen and his team. About a year or 2 ago, a family friend of mine went through a very difficult period. We were fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Cohen and have him represent my friend during a helpless time. As a graduating law student, I want to share my experience with Mr. Cohen as I sat along side my family friend throughout the proceedings. I don’t think I could ever put into words the kindness, sympathy, intellect and professionalism that these attorneys showed to myself and my family. Cory Forman and David Cohen were literally life-savers. To give a brief background, my mother was stuck in Europe after she mistakenly traveled on an expired permanent resident card. I thought that she would be stuck for months alone in the midst of a broken immigration system, with delay after delay to her documents. Cory and David somehow knew exactly how to solve this situation and immediately made all the calls necessary, spoke to the right people, filed the right things and pulled off nothing short of a miracle. My mom was back home safe and sound on American soil within days. She was treated with the care and attention by this entire firm as if it were their own mother stuck in some foreign country. Safe to say, there is no where else I will go for all immigration concerns from here on out. 5 stars is not nearly enough for the great job these guys did. A true class act all around, we are forever indebted to them.

By far the best in the business! Cheryl and her amazing staff helped me both physically and mentally handle the closing of my childhood home after my parents passed away suddenly. I met Ali Benchakroun outside the criminal Courtroom. I did not have an attorney due to an extreme time restraint, 24 hours. Ali, took the time to represent me in front of the Judge. At the following hearing he presented my case and statements of events, and was able to work with the prosecutor and Judge to have the charge dismissed, completely. Ali is very knowledgeable, attentive and prompt, and compassionate to his clients. I would highly recommend him as being at the top of his field. I greatly appreciate his help in this matter.

I hired Ali for my father who was arrested at the airport for a warrant that was from another state. We were on our way to Europe when my father was pulled out of the plane. We had no idea what the warrant was about, but my father was arrested and we were told by a legal aid lawyer that we had to wait for my father to be picked up by the agents from Florida. They told us it can take 2 to 3 weeks. We hired Ali the same day and we could not believe what he did. Ali managed to work out an arrangement with the judge and prosecutors and they agreed to release my father with low bail and to turn himself to Florida on his own. My father got out the same day and we returned to Florida to clear up this mess. I could not be more appreciative for what Ali has done to our family, he picked up our calls, responded to our concerns, and just went far and beyond until my father was out. God bless him

I highly recommend Attack that Ticket for handling moving violations. I drive fast cars and invevitably get 1 or 2 tickets each year for speeding or whatever. This used to cause me a lot of stress. Now I just e-mail a copy of the violation to Attack That Ticket and send them a check for a few hundred bucks. They take care of everything from there. Although there are no guarantees they always manage to reduce the charge so that I don't get any points on my license. Sometimes they get the charges dropped completely! I don't have to waste time and energy going to court and dealing with all the bureaucracy. Getting tickets is a drag. But whenever I use Attack That Ticket I feel like I'm investing in my peace of mind. For the cost of a dinner my ticket woes are eliminated.

Let me start by saying, take a deep breath, you will get through this. I fully understand the feeling of shame and desperation in having to confront any sort of legal issue. I can assure you that you have come to the right place and those feelings will eventually fade. Take it one day at a time. There are lawyers who sugarcoat and others who fear monger you into hiring them. Beware! But John is none of those things. John is very direct and is about taking care of business. At the same time he is very caring and works very hard to get you the best possible outcome. Every situation is different and you should not have false hope — but in my situation, he got what could have been a very complicated case (DUI) dismissed. I was very fortunate to have found john. He is extremely busy but always finds time to connect and answer any questions. Even on Sunday nights! Hiring a lawyer can be expensive but john offers very competitive pricing. Quite frankly, he should charge more after seeing him in action. During my case proceedings, I witnessed other lawyers who could care less about their clients, some of which I even spoke to during my research. And those guys were charging me way more than john. I got very lucky finding him. I appreciate everything he did for me and I can assure you he is the right person for your case. I am happy to have met him even though it was under unfortunate circumstances. Everyone has 20/20 vision in retrospect and I can assure you that I made the best decision hiring him and so will you. John is the man! Good luck with the process, take care of yourself, and remember, it will go away eventually.

Mr. Raimondo is impressive. When I first reached out to him to take on my son's case, I was utterly distraught. Mr. Raimondo took the time to listen to me explain the information surrounding my son's case. The genuine interest he took gave me hope. Throughout the case Mr. Raimondo made himself available to keep me up to date always taking the time to fully explain the facts to me. On one hand he demonstrated patience, understanding, and empathy which I truly appreciated. On the other hand he remained professional and up front with me about the case which I also appreciated.
