We are from out of state and recently purchased a condo in Brooklyn. Since we had no experience with real estate in NY our broker suggested a couple of lawyers to choose from. Milan A. Reyngach, Esq. of Reyngach Law, firm impressed us the most, and I'm glad we chose him, he was very knowledgeable and efficient and extremely quick to always respond to our communication. I am honored to express my gratitude, appreciation, and experience with Mr. David Cohen and his team. About a year or 2 ago, a family friend of mine went through a very difficult period. We were fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Cohen and have him represent my friend during a helpless time.
As a graduating law student, I want to share my experience with Mr. Cohen as I sat along side my family friend throughout the proceedings. I could not have gained a better insight into the real life practice of a criminal defense attorney. From start to finish, Mr. Cohen was persistent and fought for his client - providing brilliant legal strategies and responses to anticipated opposing counsel arguments.
As a student, law school serves a (great) purpose - learning the law. But real life work is a different adventure altogther. Observing Mr. Cohen practice and successfully represent someone so dear to me was nothing short of inspirational.
The firm went above and beyond what could have been expected from legal counsel. They were prompt, available at all times, and provided unwavering support which instilled a very much needed sense of confidence.

I don’t think I could ever put into words the kindness, sympathy, intellect and professionalism that these attorneys showed to myself and my family. Cory Forman and David Cohen were literally life-savers. To give a brief background, my mother was stuck in Europe after she mistakenly traveled on an expired permanent resident card. I thought that she would be stuck for months alone in the midst of a broken immigration system, with delay after delay to her documents. Cory and David somehow knew exactly how to solve this situation and immediately made all the calls necessary, spoke to the right people, filed the right things and pulled off nothing short of a miracle. My mom was back home safe and sound on American soil within days. She was treated with the care and attention by this entire firm as if it were their own mother stuck in some foreign country. Safe to say, there is no where else I will go for all immigration concerns from here on out. 5 stars is not nearly enough for the great job these guys did. A true class act all around, we are forever indebted to them.

I met Ali Benchakroun outside the criminal Courtroom. I did not have an attorney due to an extreme time restraint, 24 hours. Ali, took the time to represent me in front of the Judge. At the following hearing he presented my case and statements of events, and was able to work with the prosecutor and Judge to have the charge dismissed, completely. Ali is very knowledgeable, attentive and prompt, and compassionate to his clients. I would highly recommend him as being at the top of his field. I greatly appreciate his help in this matter.

I hired Ali for my father who was arrested at the airport for a warrant that was from another state. We were on our way to Europe when my father was pulled out of the plane. We had no idea what the warrant was about, but my father was arrested and we were told by a legal aid lawyer that we had to wait for my father to be picked up by the agents from Florida. They told us it can take 2 to 3 weeks. We hired Ali the same day and we could not believe what he did. Ali managed to work out an arrangement with the judge and prosecutors and they agreed to release my father with low bail and to turn himself to Florida on his own. My father got out the same day and we returned to Florida to clear up this mess. I could not be more appreciative for what Ali has done to our family, he picked up our calls, responded to our concerns, and just went far and beyond until my father was out. God bless him

I was in desperate need of top notch legal counsel and representation, and that's when I found the deservedly top-rated law firm of Raiser & Kenniff.
Mr. Kenniff is, like me, a veteran of the armed forces, having served honorably in wartime Iraq. He is also a former NYC prosecutor who was the GOP's 2021 nominee for the powerful office of Manhattan District Attorney. So Mr. Kenniff had the perfect background and mindset to be of invaluable assistance to my case.
I had never been in such a daunting situation. I survived being victimized by some deranged street lowlife with a criminal record 10 times as long as this review only to be victimized by the NYPD, and the Bronx DA's office. After figuring out what had happened, both rogue institutions became hellbent on seeing me finish my life in some upstate gulag where I would be surrounded 24/7/365 by people as bad or worse than the animal whose sudden violent attack I had successfully fended off. A heavy-hitter like Mr. K was needed to defend me from these enlightened despots.
The DA's office should never have filed charges against me. Besides the rank injustice of such an unnecessary and mean-spirited action, they had no evidence capable of meeting their evidential burden, even though that burden has gotten frighteningly lighter in recent years. Indeed, their only evidence was languishing in a solitary confinement unit on Riker's Island - where he should have been the night we met - and they had nothing but that maniac to go to the grand jury with. But the bitter old saying, "You can indict a ham sandwich" is true, especially in frightened Gotham, so it seemed likely I would still be put through the expense and ordeal of a full-blown criminal trial at some point down the road.
And I surely would have if the assistant DA didn't know who was representing me: the notorious and feared legal gunslingers Raiser & Kenniff! When “the People” noticed who was representing me, they realized they would have many, MANY hours of work ahead of them, and in the end would STILL lose. Thank God I had the great Tom Kenniff in my corner, and that meant there was no point wasting a lot of time and resources trying to railroad me into the clink. Four months after my arraignment, a mealy-mouthed, assistant DA requested the judge dismiss all charges against me. It was all I could do to exit the courtroom without twerking!
If you are in big trouble like I was don't fool around or shop around. Hire these well-known terminators and like me you'll be damned glad you did. :)

David was really great during our immigration process. Always responded to our questions (not the norm for most lawyers to be honest), great at explaining what we needed to do in a clear way and reassured us every step of the way even if the case looked complicated. We had multiple lawyers in the past for other processes and they were all really bad. They would be nice only before we hired them, and then once contracts were signed they wouldn’t even get back to our emails..
David was completely different, helpful all the way through, and very honest on what we needed him for and what we could do it on our own. Honest and helpful, that’s how I would describe him! Thanks David for getting us to the finish line!

My experience with Zackary Meyer was incredible. He made me feel comfortable in explaining my litigation matter that had been going on for over 5 years. You can’t imagine the frustration I’ve been dealing with for that long period of time. 2022 began with so much hope and excitement. It was my daughter's senior year and we were preparing for her prom and applying to colleges. We were also planning a huge graduation celebration. On May 27th everything came to a screeching holt. We received a call from the police. They told us the night before that our vehicle was involved in a major accident and that the driver left the scene. Our response was "no way"! She told us her car wasn't working and we needed to come pick her up. When we arrived there was no visible damage. After repeated efforts to drive the car home and fail, we called for a tow. So we told the officer that this must be a mistake. Our car is in our possession and our daughter is safe. The officer went on to explain what happened less than 24hrs before. You can imagine the shock we were in to hear our recently turned 18 year old was possibly involved in a hit and run. They wanted us to come in for an interview immediately. We did not know what to do as my daughter was facing criminal charges for being involved in a possible hit and run. I called everyone I knew and my brother gave me Mark's number. I had spoke to two other friends and 1 attorney before finding Mark. From the moment we spoke to him, he immediately was able to calm us and put us at ease. I remember so clearly one of the first things he said was "don't worry, your daughter is not going to jail. I can guarantee you that". He patiently listened as we described the details of what we knew. He was meticulous and clear. He was so reassuring and confident that he will be able to successfully represent our daughter. He shared that he has a daughter that graduated from a college in the same town as our daughter was going to. I felt he could relate to me. He explained things happen and people make mistakes. He once again reassured us that he would make sure our daughter would not see any jail time. I asked him about his fee for the 2hr long phone call and he said that all he did was share some good advice and that doesn't require me paying him. Jokingly he added but if you higher me then we'll discus my fees. I remember after hanging up from the phone call saying "I think we found our lawyer". Months passed and we did everything he advised us to do. Sure enough as he said he would do, he successfully represented our daughter. Her future hung in the balance and now things were back on track. We didn't know what was going to happen. God sent us an angel and we are so thankful and grateful for Mark. If you ever find yourself in need of a lawyer I would definitely recommend him. He's very experienced and knowledgeable about the laws and the way the courts work. We are beyond overjoyed and satisfied. Thank you once again Mark. You're a life saver.

I am extremely grateful for Mr. Pollard’s services. After getting arrested three times within the same year, Mr. Pollard was able to negotiate and reduce two possible felony grand larceny charges and one misdemeanor into no jail time or probation. During the entire daunting court process Mr. Pollard kept me on a possible outlook leaving each court date with a plan of action set for the next date until officially closed my case.
