I contacted the office to discuss a real estate transaction. Mr. Tamburino was extremely patient dealing with me, as this was my first home purchase. The realtor was so eager to close the deal she was not protecting me. Mr. Tamburino stepped in and took my back. I was so impressed by his compassion not to to see me railroaded. And he made a house call for my aging parents who needed to have their wills done as well as a medical directive and power of attorney. Micheal Calabro was my attorney, my friend and my solace in my most desperate time of need. I was involved in a case where I was facing 42-48 months, 24 of those months were a mandatory sentence. I was incarcerated for 3 months and then released on pre-trial probation. Mr. Gatlin is a superb lawyer who exude a lot of strength and character. He was upfront and matter of fact in my mom court case. He was able to get a very serious traffic violations dismissed. He gave my mother battling with early onset of dementia something we take so much for granted. Although she barely drives, she will still be able to make her Sunday trips to Harlem for church. I retained Rachel in reference to a unique landlord tenant issue. This issue was caused because the initial landlord accepted tenants rent but neglected to pay mortgage on leased property. The rented property the went into foreclosure and the bank wanted the tenants to vacate as there wasn’t a current written lease agreement. Rachel was able to negotiate with the banks Attorney and prove the tenant had the legal rights to remain in property. She was able to maintain a high level of professionalism during this process all the while showing grace and genuine concern for her my well being. My father paid this lawyer $50k for my brother. He went to trial and was found guilty on some accounts and not guilty on others but he said he would do his appeal for free. The appeal was filled and he missed the court date so they threw my brother appeal out! No update on anything from this con artist but broken promises as if he didn’t get paid. Why offer to do something and you’re not going to do it . Seems to me he stalling for time. Anyways don’t trust this man. I pray he still not in practice.

He attempted to have me undergo anger management without my knowledge as part of a deal he made with the prosecutor. Neither he nor the law firm returned my calls, and he failed to appear in court when required. He lacked communication skills and legal knowledge. He seemed more interested in cutting deals with prosecutors than defending clients' rights. I eventually had to hire another lawyer who could highlight the inconsistencies in the false charges against me, resulting in the dismissal of the case.
