I retained Mr Walker for a case that my son was involved in recently and was initially nervous based on the fact that we did not have any experience dealing with the legal system and the process seemed long, drawn out and uncertain.
But during the entire process, Mr Walker was calm and consistent while walking us through the process. As we got closer to the end of the case, Mr Walker’s strategy became more apparent which decreased our stress level and led to my son’s charges being dismissed.

Let me start off by saying this, Mr Walker is a life saver.
I'm 34 years old and have never been in any sort of legal trouble until April of this year. I spoke with several attorneys prior to speaking to Mr Walker and decided to rock with him because the consultation seemed more genuine.

My husband was caught with distributing drugs and was facing a mandatory of 24 months in jail. We have two little girls and I automatically assumed my life would turn upside down. I have been dealing with both Anita and Sharon for a total of twelve years now. They both have represented our son in different legal matters ! During our tenure they have not only been very professional, but have at times had conversations with my son as if he were their child. As a mother, a worried mother who initially was very confused simply because I had no knowledge about the Justice System, and how it functions. They made me feel very comfortable as well as confident by simply stating that they had Reggie, and everything would be ok. I hired Abigail in January 2023 to handle my divorce. I was told that, given the circumstances, it would be a fairly simple process and anticipated it would be completed within 90 to 120 days. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I often found myself trying to contact her for weeks without receiving a direct answer about the status of my case. Abby frequently excused the delays by claiming it was because I wanted to minimize costs. While it’s true I was mindful of expenses—as a single mother of three working two jobs—I still expected the work to be completed efficiently.
Abruptly, at the end of October, Abby informed me that she was “winding down the divorce portion” of her practice and told me I needed to find new counsel. By this point, she had depleted my retainer and most of my additional payments, leaving me with no choice but to spend more money on hiring new counsel.
When my new attorney reviewed my case, they found that Abby had done nothing but file the initial complaint during the entire time she represented me. Furthermore, Abby had “highly” recommended I accept the support amount offered, even though it was lower than appropriate. She had advised me to request APL (Alimony Pendente Lite) but failed to mention that accepting the proposed support amount would reduce payments due to the assumption that the children’s father would have custody 35% of the time. This was despite me explicitly telling her that he had no interest in being involved with the children.
Abby not only severely misrepresented me but also left me in an unethical and difficult position, forcing me to scramble to find the funds to hire new counsel.

Extremely disappointed. I spoke with Mr Beck and was very excited to work with him. He asked me to send over some information via email and he’d get started on my case. I followed up via email, in a week to see if he needed anything else from me. No reply. I called the office and left a message. I Wanted to be sure my email didn’t go to his spam or anything. No call back. I then Called 2wks after that call and spoke to another partner, Paul. I told him it’s been over a month and I hadn’t heard anything. I also mentioned if Mr. Beck isn’t interested in having me as a client, that’s ok but please let me know so I can find another lawyer. I’ve now wasted a month. He took my info and said he’d deliver the message. That was a week ago. Since 7/3 I haven’t heard anything back from Basil Beck. At this point I am now looking for another license lawyer. I am very disappointed with the outcome of this situation. Basil Beck had great reviews and specializes in exactly what I need for my case. It’s a shame.

I initially was unsure weather or not hire an attorney to represent me in my support and custody case. The first few hearings I spoke on my own behalf and it was horrible! Nothing was being ruled in my favor and I had serious concerns of losing custody of my 3 young sons. Luckily I found Diane and I am so thankful! She has gone above and beyond and her attention to detail is immaculate. Her knowledge and understanding of the law shows her years of experience. But the quality I appreciate the most is that Diane has a heart but is not afraid to sink her teeth in and fight to the bitter end! Denise (Luz) Negron-Bennett made all the difference to me in the way she handled my divorce case. She answered every question I had along the way, and took the initiative to research relevant case law to put my mind at ease more times than I like to remember. I hired Denise for what should have been a much simpler divorce process, since my husband and I had no children together and the asset division seemed pretty straightforward. Yet when my husband made things difficult, Denise did everything to both counter his -- and his lawyer's -- games, and to protect me proactively re: assets, property access and distribution, anticipating court actions, and strategizing for my case. A warm and caring person by nature, Denise showed great compassion to me during what turned out to be a much more complex legal process than I had expected. She asked the right questions and knew when to stand her ground — even with me when I could not, at times, accept the reality of my own case or the ambiguity of some aspects of PA divorce law. Mr. Saraceni handled my wife's automobile accident injury with professional advice and compassion. I sent her a notarized divorce document on mid October and Kim did not respond to me until December 5 and still the divorce agreement is not filed. Poor communication. Questionable ethics. Substandard legal representation.

Mr FOGLE recently did my husbands and my will and living will. We had considered legal zoom, but other cheaper legal websites didn't protect us as litigiously and thoroughly with other states and likely wouldn't have held up in court. His hourly charges on my bill was a little more than doing it via the internet myself, but for the hours and time he put into our wills and the pages upon pages covering all our assets and last wishes were above and beyond any other lawyer in the region. He's also helped us with family members who needed criminal counsel in court and won every case including my divorce iwhich included a PFA, child support and the full custody I sought and won thanks to him when he represented me with in court (and won my cases), before doing our wills once we were eventually married were worth it. His cost for the hours he spent on the phone 24/7/365, in person meeting us in the office, as well as coming to our home with just a few hours notice to him and the hours he spent prepping before and in court were above and beyond our expectations! I would recommend him to any and all family and friends without hesitation for both my civil needs and family criminal cases rendered were worth every penny. He saved my life and worked with me on payment! He's the best lawyer and not your typical uncaring, money digging lawyer most lawyers typically are these days!!! He reminded me of the rainmaker! When you need a lawyer, a lot of times, it's because you're in trouble. I have used her (and have sent everyone I know to her) on more than one occasion throughout the years, and decided to join the other people on this list in saying something about her!!!! Though I haven't always used her for trouble, the first time I did! I remember being on the stand, and SO nervous and scared, I just froze. I looked at her, and I was in such a panic!!!! I will NEVER forget her just looking and me, and she just gave me a big smile, a wink and a nod to go on, and I immediately relaxed and just told my side of what happened. At that moment, I felt like my best friend had my back, and everything was going to be ok!!!! And, miraculously, IT WAS!!!! That was my first experience with her. My next, was my divorce. She absolutely understood the difficulty in it, and though I wasn't really up to the fight, she was!!!! It was almost like a mother lion protecting a cub!!! LOL!!! Though I didn't realize it at the time, I needed just that!!! Thankfully, she realized it though and took care of business!!!! Next, she represented one of the most important people in my life. My 83 year old father, and did it as if he was her own father- and for that, I can never thank her enough! I was so upset and she was just like....a Pitbull (or AGAIN, the mother lion) for no other words!!! She looked out for him EXACTLY the way I would have been in protecting him!!! My father was a Sergeant in the Marine Corp., worked the same job for 50 years, and has been married to my mother for 64 years, and is my absolute hero. When someone hurt him, I brought him to her, and she didn't take that lightly. She has ALWAYS gone to bat not only for me, but my family and my friends as well, no matter how big or small the issue was. I was referred to Mr. George M. Griffith Jr. to handle my first criminal offense case by a good friend. He is very efficient especially responding back to left messages and emails. This self-proclaimed criminal lawyer is in fact a lawyer CRIMINAL, and will soon be held to account for the wanton crimes and violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct that he's committed against his own client(s). Write to me and I will provide you all the evidence and transcripts you need to confidently avoid this fraud like the cancer that he is. This man is so astonishingly incompetent, lazy and derelict that he will literally single-handedly get you convicted of any imaginary or false criminal accusation.
When it comes time to account for his incompetence in court, this man will openly lie and commit perjury in order to fabricate bizarre, blatantly false and slanderous evidence and allegations against his own client just to make the client look stupid or guilty, solely designed to deflect blame and accountability from himself for his own monumental dumbfounding and bewildering errors and omissions comprising his "INEFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE OF COUNSEL." If you're going to use this man anyway, you need to fully research this quoted term, because you're going to need to be fully versed in it.
It is highly unlikely that this man has actually gained a law degree by virtue of his profound lack of skill and common sense. Instead of preparing for your case, Koschier will remain at his apartment, by himself glued to his gaming console. I speak from experience. This man is a complete fraud, despite his enigmatic overconfidence in the skills and capabilities which he simply does not possess. If you have NO OTHER CHOICE but to hire this man, then I highly recommend as a fellow American citizen, that you just go to court alone and try your case pro se, because that's going to be your only chance of a positive, just outcome short of hiring a professional. Not only will Christopher W. Koschier destroy your life, but when the opportunity arrives for him to be able to correct his own mistakes and get you out of prison, he will not only abandon you but will overtly sabotage your efforts at getting a false conviction vacated.
Be warned my friends, Christopher Koschier is NOT a professional, ethical or honorable man or attorney. He is a lonely self-proclaimed "gamer" with no friends or colleagues, plain and simple. An analogy that was proffered to me in retrospect by a real lawyer: If you were going to have brain surgery, would you really select a doctor fresh out of school with no meaningful experience, or whose first few cases ended badly? Chew on that as you ponder whether you really want to risk your entire life, reputation, career, family, fortune and future by allowing this man anywhere near you or your case. I wish you all the best with your case. Please, keep researching elsewhere. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that I didn't do everything in my power to save another person (you) from being this dolt's next victim.

Mr. Koschier is one of a kind. He is seriously intelligent, and very passionate about his work. It really shows with the extensive efforts he makes in a case. He does not sugar coat the truth, and is fierce in defense tactics and absolutely thorough. Mr. Koschier is always prompt to respond to questions and offers clear, helpful advice. I would not hire anyone else. He is unbelievable in his skills and the work he puts forth. He is also very easy to talk to, as he does not exert any arrogance as some attorneys tend to do.
