My immigration situation wasn’t easy.
In 2016 I gave my case to a “reputable” polish attorney.
It was hard to believe but 8 years flew by with lack of any results which left me hopeless, depressed and sad.
Not only he did not progress my case at all, but exposed me to the higher risk of the potential removal proceedings.
I honestly doubted I’d ever become a “legal” resident.
Not to mention how terrifying it was to even think of possible permanent returning to Poland after 24 years in USA.
My case seemed hopeless until a friend referred me to Justin Burton's office. As soon as I met him I knew he was a true professional and expert in the immigration law.
Justin stands for his words and his work. I trusted him 100%. He delivers the discussed results, never sugar-coats, keeps clients well informed, and stays in touch with them. I highly recommend Steve Glink. He was professional, direct and to the point. Steve has a wide breath of legal knowledge - on more than one occasion Steve referenced legalise to other lawyers which they were unaware of. I had a very complicated case that lasted almost three years, included a school district, the state attorney's office, the police, and DCFS. It also included interviewing witnesses, reviewing camera footage and writing several briefs. While I was anxious and confused, Steve was an oak in a tornado. Steve did not offer his opinion carelessly, he treated everyone involved professionally, and, most importantly, he won. Alan was top-notch! From the first moment I met Alan, I was impressed by his willingness to listen to me and understand my issue.
Alan reassured me that he would do the best he could for my case. Though the price seemed a little high at first, I was willing to put my faith in Alan. I figured it was my life after all. I'm so glad I did because Alan was worth every penny. He was polite, humorous and very easy to get into contact with. He outlined everything I would need to have ready and do. From obtaining my evaluation summary from NICASA and miimal risk training to great recommendations for obtaining an MBAIID ("Smart Start") ignition locking device.
Ultimately, Alan was able to get my charges dropped to Reckless Driving with Court Supervision. This means that there will be no conviction on my record for DUI, pending I meet all conditions of the supervision.
I would definitely recommend Alan to anyone in need of a great DUI defense attorney.

I am writing this complaint letter to lodge a formal complaint against the lawyer whose name is Kevin Rosner. My complaint is that he failed to provide me with a satisfactory service when I hired him for my divorce.
My complaints are as follows:
He composed his own statement to the court without consulting me and did not let me know why. The statement did not reflect my position. He made unilateral decisions.
He received very important documents from the Petitioner and did not share or discuss them with me including the Petitioner's financial statement. As of now, I do not know what other documents he may have.
The judge ordered him to send me the Petitioner's financial statement. When he did not send it, I followed up with an email and he accused me of stalking him (I sent one email.)
He did not discuss strategy with me so when we went to court, I was shocked at the statements he made.
He did not communicate with me in a timely or professional manner.
Since he did not discuss strategy with me and knew little about me, you started giving me advice that was not sound. He told me if I didn't have any money, that I should go get a job. I have chronic diseases that do not allow me to do this. He also told me to get a roommate or a new man.
He never resolved anything.
The situation has caused me financial stress and stress due to having to find another attorney. My family has also been affected as they have been helping me as I am getting divorced. I have lost the money I have paid Mr. Rosner and am having difficulty paying a new attorney.
I believe a good resolution would be for Mr. Rosner to return my money to me ($1,500.00.)
