Truly horrible experience. Wasted $5000 on a laywer that wouldn't answer or return my calls. Service began decent and under the impression it would be handled by one attorney, and was handed around between 3 different attorneys without notice until landing with one. Once the last payment was received quality of service immediately declined. Could not get ahold of my attorney for weeks at a time despite trying to reach out through phone AND email. When I questioned this I was responded to in the way of an offended child, a lot of unjust finger pointing and a total lack of anything even resembling accountability. My experience was entirely opposite of the mission statement on the website. I have accomplished more headway in just ONE court date with a public defender than in 7 months with this law firm. I would suggest weighing options heavily before working out a large sum of money to a group of attorneys whose only concern, in my opinion, seems to be financial gain and not the wellbeing of its clients. I wish you all better a better legal experience than I had.

I would strongly warn anyone against hiring Silver Law Firm. My family hired them for my case, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster.
Initially, Attorney Keenan promised to handle everything, including my bail. He visited me in jail and assured me that bail would be processed. However, on the court date, he suddenly changed his strategy, claiming filing a motion would be better. I agreed. But two days later, his colleague, Marshall, informed me they wouldn't file for bail at all, without any reasonable explanation.
What's worse, Keenan completely ignored my family's attempts to communicate with him, despite me giving full consent for them to discuss my case. They were unresponsive and unprofessional throughout.
This firm is deceitful -- they promise the world to get your money, then fail to deliver. After taking my payment, they backed out on filing the bail motion, leaving me in the lurch. I understand outcomes aren't always in our control, but they didn't even make the effort they promised.
Avoid Silver Law Firm at all costs. They prey on vulnerable families, take your money, and leave you stranded with no real legal support.
Wish the tool could let me select '0' rating cause that's what they deserve!!!

My wife and I recently decided to set up a trust after discussing it for a few years. Part of the reason we were dragging our feet was because some topics are really difficult to discuss when it concerns what happens after one’s passing. The Nieves Law Firm is exactly who my father needed to help settle his case. It started with our intake person Aaron and quickly moved to getting assigned an attorney, Michael Levinsohn who is well qualified to handle restraining order cases. It was great to know his years of experience and being bilingual.
We hired the Nieves Law Firm based on our research and many days/weeks looking for a Law Firm that would be willing to help with my father's case. My wife and I were dealing specifically with a claim for restitution in relation to a hit pedestrian in a DUI case. Admittedly, the $250 fee for a phone call struck me as odd as none of the other firms seemed to be requiring the same upfront cost. That said we wanted to cast a wide net in terms of attorneys and kept the meeting. Givelle was probably the 10th attorney we spoke to regarding our situation. Our frustration through the process was that many attorneys seemed intent to just handle pretty straight forward DUI cases. From our novice perspective, these attorneys did not seem to have a good grasp on the nuance of more complicated DUI cases and were for the most part not able to help us. Luckily, we were able to connect with Givelle. 5 minutes into our conversation, we knew that the $250 was going to be well spent. Our understanding of the situation by the time our consult was over was light years ahead of where it had begun. Givelle ended up not being the specialist we needed for the case in front of us, however after giving us much better insight in terms of what to expect from the courts she immediately connected us with an amazing attorney that has expertise in this niche arena. After spiraling for a bit, we finally feel like we are headed in the right direction thanks to Givelle's guidance. Prices are only expensive in the absence of value. That phone call was probably the cheapest $250 we've ever spent. If you're in a tough spot, this is a phone call you need to make.

I hired Mr. Daley of the Innocence Legal Team last year (2012). My case was quite unique as there was virtually no case law relating to my situation. Mr. Daley was in constant communication with me in regards to the approach we had to take in order to resolve my issue. He explained to me in detail every aspect of what had to be done, how it would be done and other avenues we may have had to take if our initial case argument wasn't given merit through the case law available at the time. Mr. Daley did an outstanding job of finding pertinent case law that pertained to my situation and was proficient in representing me in court. The outcome was favorable for us and I can not thank him enough for his hard work.
I found Mr. Daley to be honest, communicative and extremely capable in his profession. I have dealt with several other attorneys who were unwilling or unable to provide the same high level standard I expect and received from Mr. Daley. I was apprehended during a public gathering, disoriented and extremely unprepared for jail, my family hired Mr. Rudolph as my attorney. Court day came, I met him for the first time. His presence was a huge relief. We had a short convo about my info and asked me what did I want? I simply told him a burger, he promised me he'd get me a burger by that night. 3 hours later, got me through the judge and got me released on my way to my burger. This may seem silly, but he is one of the few attorneys that will actually treat you like a fellow human being and not as a client or defendant.

I've gotten myself into some situations. This year my dad died and my grandma entered a hospice facility. You name it and I've gotten into it. Well let me tell you. There isn't a better criminal attorney in Alameda County to do what needs to be done when the wheels come off in life. Phil Vaughns has stood tall on my behalf when most bay area attorneys would have been more interested in collecting a check. By his reputation, his intergrity, his knowledge Phil has truly helped me.
In case you didn't know James Phillip Vaughns was a Deputy District Attorney for Alameda County before becoming an AUSA(Assistant United States Attorney). If you were a secret service agent or an FBI agent who positively wanted to send someone to prison for a very long time and you were in the bay area, I suspect you worked with Phil to dot your I's and cross your T's.
I can tell you this. I have never regretted a dime I've paid Phil. I was never ever disappointed in the resolution of any matter Phil addressed on my behalf.

Atty Joseph Jung was most efficient and effective in resolving my collision case. His most favorable attributes are that you actually hear from him even after working hours (5pm) . He cares and listens. This is most evident when you have unanswered questions or concerns. Least favorable: When a settlement is made would it be possible to receive direct deposit so as not to have funds lost through the mail (did not happen in my experience).

Jennifer helped us in our disability case for our disabled adult Son. She was informative, intelligent, attentive and honest. Before we met Jennifer the social security system had become extremely frustrating and discouraging. On our own we had already applied and appealed and had been turned down twice as a result of lack of medical records that were not being sent by the Hospital and Doctors offices. After failing to be approved for disability submitting my own case twice, I retained Ms. Solomon who organized my massive amount of information,culling the most relevant facts and photographs. She helped me understand exactly what we needed to prove and verify to win approval. She always responded promptly to my calls or emails, and was kind and supportive. I was a bit unnerved when we arrived in court and the photographs of my very red swollen auto immune rashes had been printed in black and white, and the final report had a few inaccuracies which I had not had a chance to review and correct. The bottom line is that we won the case anyway, and I don't think that would have been possible on my own. Overall it was as good as this type of experience could be.

Truly horrible experience. Wasted $5000 on a laywer that wouldn't answer or return my calls. Service began decent and under the impression it would be handled by one attorney, and was handed around between 3 different attorneys without notice until landing with one. Once the last payment was received quality of service immediately declined. Could not get ahold of my attorney for weeks at a time despite trying to reach out through phone AND email. When I questioned this I was responded to in the way of an offended child, a lot of unjust finger pointing and a total lack of anything even resembling accountability. My experience was entirely opposite of the mission statement on the website. I have accomplished more headway in just ONE court date with a public defender than in 7 months with this law firm. I would suggest weighing options heavily before working out a large sum of money to a group of attorneys whose only concern, in my opinion, seems to be financial gain and not the wellbeing of its clients. I wish you all better a better legal experience than I had.

I would strongly warn anyone against hiring Silver Law Firm. My family hired them for my case, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster.
Initially, Attorney Keenan promised to handle everything, including my bail. He visited me in jail and assured me that bail would be processed. However, on the court date, he suddenly changed his strategy, claiming filing a motion would be better. I agreed. But two days later, his colleague, Marshall, informed me they wouldn't file for bail at all, without any reasonable explanation.
What's worse, Keenan completely ignored my family's attempts to communicate with him, despite me giving full consent for them to discuss my case. They were unresponsive and unprofessional throughout.
This firm is deceitful -- they promise the world to get your money, then fail to deliver. After taking my payment, they backed out on filing the bail motion, leaving me in the lurch. I understand outcomes aren't always in our control, but they didn't even make the effort they promised.
Avoid Silver Law Firm at all costs. They prey on vulnerable families, take your money, and leave you stranded with no real legal support.
Wish the tool could let me select '0' rating cause that's what they deserve!!!
