I met Ms. Loochkartt at the recommendation of another client 24+ years ago and she coddled me through a long treacherous divorce and child custody battle. Long before the internet! Her kindness and grace and caring were none to be compared. She moved mountains to be fair and accommodating and to help me through the hardest time in my life. All these years later my son went to her to file for a divorce she has been there every step of the way, nights, holidays, weekends, questions like you would never even believe. Always a smile through every obstacle you could possibly imagine, her unremarkable knowledge of the law and her personality, caring and abilities have always shown through. The pandemic didn't stop her form letting us know she was always here for my family. A true "bulldog" when she needs to be (I am an animal lover so I don't say this with malice about a breed of dogs) and she never gives up. I would recommend Ms. Loochkartt to anyone. There truly are no words to properly thank her for being the smart and down to earth person and attorney she is. This combination is not always that easily found. Kevin M. Unger is an exceptional attorney who skillfully defended me against a ridiculous ticket issued by an unprepared police officer. The fine was slightly more than Kevin's fees, but it was a matter of honor to fight these money-grabbing officials who ticket at any chance. While riding my electric scooter on Miami Beach, I was fined for using the bike path. This is absurd—these officers should be chasing real criminals instead of targeting law-abiding citizens. Kevin's expertise and dedication were invaluable, and I highly recommend his services for anyone facing unfair penalties in Miami Beach.

I got my first speeding ticket a few weeks ago and my friend recommended the ticket wizard. The whole process was extremely quick and very easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they explained the entire process and what I should expect. I never had to go into their office, everything was over the phone and the paperwork was e-signed. It was also very affordable. The attorney, Mr. Unger, got my ticket dismissed and I didn't get any points! The best part is that I didn't even have to go to court! I highly recommend hiring them!

Our daughter was attending school in Florida when, unfortunately, she was involved in a motor vehicle accident. It was a incredibly scary time for us. We live very far away and are so grateful that Robert Solomon's name was passed along to her. Robert, Rosana and his staff were so very caring, hard working for her case and always, always available to her and us whenever we needed to touch base. After waiting for eight years for a visa number to become available to find out my next steps in the process to receive my green card, I finally received an email on March 9, 2015 informing me that my case was ready. I was so happy. I instantly called my girlfriend at the time to inform her and as expected she was extremely happy.
Everything was going great until I received an email from NVC informing me that I would have to do my immigration interview and medical in Kingston, Jamaica. My girlfriend instantly said that she did not like the idea because she have heard of cases of people going back to their home country to do their interview and get stuck for one reason or another. After informing my parents about what was going on they told me that everything was ok because they did all of the paperwork correct. My girlfriend at the time was still not happy. In fact, she was adamant that we should consult an attorney. After searching and reading up reviews about attorneys online she sent me a link to Mr. Loblack on Facebook. After setting up a consultation with Mr. Loblack and explaining my situation my worst fear became reality. He told me that if I should go I stand the chance of getting bar from reentry for a period of roughly 10 years because I overstayed (Base on what my parents told me I didn't knew that I overstayed) a period exceeding six months.
My unhappiness gradually began to go away after Mr. Loblack informed me that I can go to the interview in Jamaica but I would have to have a waiver. As a result, I hire him as an attorney.
After following everything that Mr. Loblack and his team (Nadia, Sue, Danielle, Wolf, Rachelle and especially Rose) told me to do I was able to receive a waiver after roughly four months in January 2017.
I leave for Jamaica on February 5 to do my medical at the St. Andrew's Hospital on February 8 and my interview on the Jamaican Embassy on February 24.
While in Jamaica everything went smoothly. In fact, I was able to return to America roughly two weeks after my interview.
In closing, I must say that as a result of the great job that Mr. Loblack did I am now an American resident. Also, I would recommend him without hesitation to anybody with an immigration problem. He and his team is the GREATEST.

Last year my family and I experienced a very traumatic event and we needed a lawyer who could help us through a difficult time. My mother has always been skeptical of attorneys in general, because she has always feared that they would only be looking out for their best interests, so she wanted to make sure we met with several different firms before we made a decision..
When we called Ariel, he came to our house and ended up staying for four hours, including dinner. He was able to connect with my mother in a way that others couldn't, and he walked her through the entire process. When it was time to go to court, his performance was flawless and we walked away with a settlement that we could have never dreamed of.
Things are very different for our family now,, but as crazy as it sounds, in some ways for the better. We had a horrible situation that Ariel helped us through and I could not be more grateful. Even after the case was settled, Ariel still calls my mother every week to see how she is doing and her face lights up every time he calls. He genuinely cared about us and has changed our lives in a way that I never thought was possible.

MY LICENSE IS SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF THIS ATTORNEY'S NEGLIGENCE. He NEVER sent me a letter, email, text, or made a phone call about resolution for one of my tickets out of Broward and now my license is suspended!! Not to mention I have to wait 30 DAYS for an appeal and have to go to court!! COMPLETELY WORTHLESS, I got points for one of my 2 speeding tickets, I would have been better off just paying the fees and never hiring this guy! When I called him about this, he tried to blame it on the mail!!! And then he tried to blame me for moving, which I didn't? Totally unprofessional, STAY FAR AWAY.

Took my mother's custody case knowing grandparents do not have custody rights in Florida right after my sister passed away from an accident. Took $7,000 from my mother and did absolutely nothing for the case (he knew from the beginning there was no case, but took it anyway). I, and several others, witnessed him playing games on his phone DURING THE HEARING. Case was obviously lost and custody was lost, as well as the full invoice amount. Now, a year later, is claiming he is still owed $280 from his invoice and is suing my mother for $500.
- Takes cases he knows he can't win
- Plays videogames on customer's time
- Takes advantage of grieving clients
- Unorganized book keeping
- Sues his own clients whose case he loses

This man was a referral from a now ex friend/boss. We were promised a man who was moral, not just legal. We got someone who took us for several thousands of dollars and couldn't even manage to obtain temporary alimony! He tells the mediation people we can't afford mediation and they agree to waive the fees. THEN he claims we should 'prepare' and will charge me for court appearances, etc. all at great expense to us. That wasn't what we asked for AT ALL! Mr. Greenberg will handily charge his clients whatever Mr Greenberg wants and is only interested in Mr Greenberg.
