I hired Harry for a couple tickets I got out of Princeton, NJ. I happened to have an awfully unlucky week wherein I received up to three tickets within days of each other. One for an illegal turn, and the other two relating to an accident in which I received a cellphone and careless driving ticket. Harry helped me get out of all three with ZERO points. I hired her & her performance could not have been worse. Prior to hiring her she misrepresented her experience in the specific area of expertise pertaining to my case. It increasingly became apparent she was unqualified in that area of law. When the case came to Court she was completely unprepared, was visibly nervous & scared. She did not follow our plan as outlined prior to my hiring her. She deemed it unnecessary and abandoned the ‘expert witness’ and the ‘expert witness report’. She failed to communicate with me in a timely and appropriately often enough manner, would never use the telephone to contact me, or allow me to contact her by phone. The ‘only’ method of communication she used was email. She was ‘out of the office’ more than she was ‘in the office’. I was later to find out by pure coincidence that she had been in the late stages of pregnancy when I signed our contract, which wasn’t disclosed to me at the beginning which would have indicated to me that she would frequently be indisposed/unavailable in detriment to my case. This knowledge would have definitely resulted in my not hiring her.

She was very compassionate towards me because I was the suffering party and went all out to get me a settlement that I needed. She researched to quote previous cases where my kind of situations had won cases and went on hard to make sure I got my dues. If you like to be penny pinched and ruin your relationships with others.. you are welcome to use her services. When asked to transfer the escrow amount back to my bank account after a home sale - please see her response below.. remember this is my money she was holding in escrow and she wants to charge me to give me back my own money - who in this day and age will talk like this? Isn't there anything called customer service and keeping clients happy? The home buyer (her client) called and apologized for the Lawyer's (Seema Singh) rude attitude.
"You will have to pay for the wire transfer costs plus my time to go to the bank to send the wire. Let me know if you are willing to do so then I will deduct that amount from monies owed to you. I will also be required to go to the bank to sign the wire since they require me to go and sign it in person."
