This man did absolutely nothing to help me. He ignored all of my calls. Made me beg for responses and belittled me for not understanding how court went. Rui has been an exceptional attorney since I first hired him two and a half years ago. When I first consulted him about my separation and divorce I was not anticipating the high level of conflict my divorce would have. Rui was there for me every step of the way offering his extensive legal expertise, support, compassion, and the hard truths of the family court system as necessary. He was able to get my children and I out of an abusive situation and obtain an advantageous divorce agreement both financially and in regard to custody arrangements. When my ex has attempted to drag me back into family court Rui and his team have been there to assist me quickly and with excellent results. Rui is mindful of his clients’ time and money, and is a caring and honest person. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone in need of a family court attorney.

I highly recommend Tom and am confident in his expert representation for any legal matters. From the first call, he was on top of my needs. Attorney Thomasian provided an exceptionally smooth experience. I reached out to him as soon as I could which unfortunately for me was not a weekday during normal business hours. To my surorise though, he was able to reach back out to me and listen to my problem. He let me get as much off my chest as I wanted. The man really listened. (I apologized a few times when I had realized how long I had been talking but he had no problem at all with it.)
He told me calmly and confidently what he would be able to do for me should I retain him to represent me. At various stages of the process he continued to calmly and confidently reaffirm what he would be able to do for me. Being treated like a member of humanity really helps people hold it together when they are going through tribulations. I felt that Attorney Thomasian was gifted in such a personality trait.

Good day. Approx. 3 years ago me and my service dog were attacked by 2 pitbulls that were loose. My dog was almost killed and I sustained serious injuries that kept me incapacitated for months.
The dog's owner had no home owner's insurance and he would not cooperate. D'Oliveira and associates refused to take the case because there was no insurance. Attorney Morse took my case out of kindness and he did a fantastic job. He didn't have to take my case and I am eternally grateful for his help and insight. He is a class act and deserves any accolades sent his way.

Greg was better than I could have imagined. My case came up just a few days before I was supposed to leave the country and he handled it perfectly. He talked with the judges and prosecutors to move my court dates earlier so I was able to travel, explain my situation and worked out a solution that allowed me to continue my plans as if nothing happened. Even while out of country he has been in contact with me for resolutions on all matters. Everything in my power will make sure I never need a lawyer again, but if so, or if someone I know needs a recommendation, I will not hesitate to give them Greg’s contact. If more than 5 stars were possible, I’d give 10.

I hired Gregory Hoffman to represent me in a civil case against an ex-partner of mine in December of 2020.
I will start off by saying that every case is different, and therefore, every outcome is different. Below is an account of my unique case and experience with Gregory Hoffman.
My case was kind of a two-parter and because of this, Mr. Hoffman and I had to appear in court a couple of times. Both times, Mr. Hoffman was incredible enough to travel over an hour from Rhode Island to Massachusetts where my case was being heard, and both times he wasn’t just punctual; he was early. I’ve heard horror stories of people waiting for their lawyers to show up for hours, and I’ve even heard some where the lawyer doesn’t show at all. Rest assured, Gregory Hoffman will show and he will be there on time, if not early.
Mr. Hoffman, himself, was quite professional. In court he was well dressed, articulate, calm, confident, and when it came to knowing the “rules of the game”, as they pertained to Massachusetts law, he was very well versed. What really speaks to the professionalism of any lawyer, though, is what hopes and dreams they try and sell you about your case. Please be aware that any good lawyer, will not attempt to sell you a single one. A good lawyer will not give you any false hope, nor make any promises nor guarantees as to the outcome of your case, and Gregory Hoffman was up front about this with me right from the start. He also didn’t compare my case with any other, either. He treated my case as its own unique entity and that’s exactly what I was looking for in representation.
Mr. Hoffman was also very compassionate and understanding when it came to me and the details of my case. Again, I’ve heard horror stories where lawyers will not walk through things with their clients because they don’t care, don’t have the time, or both. Once again, rest assured that Gregory Hoffman has a heart and actually cares about his clients. He was always readily available to answer any and all questions I had, he explained things clearly so that I understood, and he even made time after the second hearing to talk to me and give his opinion on my then situation, which I appreciated and valued very much.
The Court’s decision after the second hearing did, indeed, result in victory for us.
