Hired this law firm to help with my misdemeanor DUI charge. Talked to Bobby and he was very professional and friendly. UPDATE: After I received a notice from the courts that I had a warrant for failure of proof for something we resolved years ago, I once again reached out to My Rights Law Group. They immediately got to work trying to figure out what happened and why. They were able to get the matter resolved within a week, and now I am off probation! If you are scared and not sure what your next move is, definitely give this group a call. Even if your case seems hopeless or terrifying (as mine did), trust you will be in the right hands with these guys. Bobby also has been great about letting me know he is available should any other issues arise.
I feel very grateful to My Rights Law Group, specifically Arie, as they got my felony DUI case lessened to a misdemeanor. I was very scared and ashamed when all of this happened, and though there is no excuse on my end, I do feel super lucky to have found this firm. This was my first interaction with the legal system, and it will be my last interaction with the legal system! So, I was beyond nervous, but Rory was a total lifesaver! Ted Huang is an excellent immigration lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he responds quickly to questions over e-mail. It would have been very difficult to do all the paperwork to obtain a social security number and green card without him. With Ted's help, the process went very smoothly and quickly.

I’m going to leave - 3 stars based of my experience. The first time I retained them it went great I wasn’t charged that much and he really fought for me to get more time with my children and he went in like a shark it was good. The second time I retained them it was really expensive and false hope. And I felt we were really unprepared. Lack of motivation, maybe? Tried to file before my ex but lost that. Never talked about the case to prepare. Only a few mins before court. Lost time with my kids. I should’ve just agreed with my ex and taken my kids to Disney. Idk if I’m just emotional about the whole situation. But I wasn’t really happy the second round. Just my opinion.

This review is for Criminal Defense Attorney Michael P R Reed. I retained Mr. Reed in March of 2018 for my legal representation in a Felony DUI case. I was facing 3 years in jail. Mr. Reed got that reduced to 23 days. and a misdemeanor instead. Mr. Reed did an amazing job representing me and saving me. The case was dramatically reduced as were the penalties. My case was held in Ventura, CA which is notorious for never plea bargaining or reducing anything. Mr. Reed was able to get the case reduced to a misdemeanor. Mr. Reed is highly respected in the legal community. The prosecution as well as other lawyers came over to him many times inbetween court sessions and shook his hand and congratulated him on his other wins on other cases that took place during the week. Everyone on all sides showed great respect for Mr. Reed. It is well deserved too. Mr Reed had to appear over 12 x throughout my case. He always was on time and prepared. Mr. Reed always returned every call and text and always made sure I was prepared and aware of all steps throughout the procedure. He never made false promises andwas always very open and honest. Mr. Reeds price for pre trial was very low. He appeared 12x on my behalf for that 1 set fee. The Prosecution kept delaying the case. Mr. Reed was always ready and prepared, we never asked for a delay. Mr. Reed did and outstanding job. He is very pleasant, calm and cordial and very attentive. He understands the client is nervous and afraid and unaware of the legalities of court. He takes the timeto ensure the client knows all possibilities and all areas of defense. Mr. reed has an impeccable eye for detail and makes sure his clients are represented in the highest level. He truly deserves his outstanding reputation. He earned it. I give him 5/5 stars. I would highly recommend retaining this lawyer and his firm for any legal matters within heir scope. He is worth it.

Jacqueline was my appointed public defender/attorney by the Superior court of Rancho Cucamonga. I had was charged with violating probation and failure to complete classes , fine , and my outstanding jail time on a previous DUI violation. She actually took the time to go over the details of my case in person and also showed extreme empathy for what I was going through personally .. Jacqueline was able to convey all my positive attributes and actions taken to satisfy my requirements with the court. The Judge reviewed and verified the actions that I took to remedy my outstanding requirements to the court, and ruled my case as fulfilled and completed. I saved approxx 2 k in fines, approx 30 days of weekends jail time, and 2 years probation! I thank you Jacqueline for all your hard work and efforts ! At the capacity of Public Defender, they are commonly referred to as Public Pretenders. With that said, I was apprehensive and did not expect anything except the normal going through the motions for the paycheck. Miss Burgos went above the call of duty and was ready to fight for me all the way to trial. She stuck with my innocence until proven guilty. I was not found guilty nor railroaded with a sham deal. I recently retained Sherif Fathy to handle my misdemeanor case. Although it looked bad, Mr. Fathy felt that under the circumstances there were still several options open to me. At first, although a longshot, he attempted to get the case dismissed. When that didn’t work, Mr. Fathy told me he would work at getting the misdemeanor reduced to an infraction. I agreed to his plan and because I live out of state, he appeared on my behalf in all court proceedings. In the end, I was very pleased with the outcome. The charge was reduced to an infraction and I paid a small fine.
All Mr. Fathy's communications with me were timely, clear, concise and thorough through each step of the process. In addition, he was most candid in explaining all fees associated with representing me and I found them to be justified and reasonable.
I would recommend Sherif Fathy to anyone who is in need of excellent and thorough representation and counsel.

Thomas helped me get a fair custody arrangement, I get to see my boy longer and keep him more nights.. Spousal, down to $0.

Going to court can be VERY stressful! Art Burga at Burga Law Firm eases that stress. It's hard to find a lawyer that will keep you updated on your case on a regular basis. He is a lawyer that answers, and returns, phone calls promptly (even with his busy schedule).
He has represented me in both Los Angeles and San Bernardino County. And from my understanding, he does work in San Francisco and out of state as well. So don't let location be a factor in choosing a lawyer.
I usually only Yelp if it's a great service or bad service (or product). I guess it has to stand out in order for me to take the time to yelp.
Take it from a satisfied client. Choose Art Burga for your Family Law cases.
(Oh yeah, I have also used him for a name change... I'm sure he does much more beyond family law and name changes, so call and find out)

This man did not put down all mitigating factors in my defense. I very well could have beaten my case had he put effort. I asked and told him my defense and he did not take it into account what I had said at all.
I would NOT recommend him WHAT SO EVER. He treated me like I was just a Mexican immigrant when I am a u.s. citizen who is just starting his young life out. My grandparents fought and served for this country during world war II. Terrible man who has no compassion.

I really wanted to like this law firm but unfortunately the first experience I got with them was just not it. I read so many good reviews and that’s why my boyfriend and I decided to reach out for a consultation. We reached out on a Tuesday morning gave some information regarding our case on wrongful termination. After doing so we were advised that we should get contacted back within 24/48 hours with a response. Before the lady hung up she said she would try to get us a response hopefully by the end of the day. 3 days past and never got a call so we decided to call back to get a follow up and were told that the person who took our information was going to have a meeting with the lawyer that same day to consult if the could take on our case. Once again notifying us that once the meeting was over they would call us back with a response. The day came to an end and never got a call back so called back Monday afternoon to follow up since yet still hadn’t received a follow up call. When we called we were told the person who took our information was on another call and would give us a call back in 30 min. Two hours passed and still no call. I ended up calling back and was told that now that same person who took our information was in a meeting. So the person who answered the phone just looked over the notes and said the lawyer decided they could not assist us with this case and we were given another phone number to call for assistance on this case. Yet when we googled for lawyers in wrongful termination came across this law firm and on their website states they assist with wrongful termination. Very disappointed in this kinda of customer service received with little to no communication showing no interest whatsoever.

I had battled my ex for 6 years in court to get divorced. After going from attorney to attorney, in hopes that they could help me with my case, I would end up frustrated and disappointed because they could not deal with the conniving, narcissistic, psychopathic persons that were on the other side. I hired Julianne and that was the best decision I made in this situation. Not only could Julianne convey very eloquently the status of the case to the court. She would not get sucked into the tit-for-tat with the very slimy defense attorney that would always lie to the judge and jab at Julianne saying he had not heard from her, etc. She would not take the bait and would focus on addressing the judge and presenting the facts rather than responding to him. Eventually, the judge saw through the lies and scheduled for trial herself because the opposition would always stall the case and even the Judge became fed up with it. I thank Julianne and her team for helping me get through one of the darkest moments (or years) of my life. She set me free from years of being financially and emotionally bullied in court, and for that, I am forever grateful. Wish I would have hired her from the beginning and saved thousands of dollars because she knows her stuff and is very efficient. There is no better divorce attorney.

Robert Little helped save my friend’s family. My friend’s wife called me in distress after her husband had a panic attack and it activated an underlying medical condition he was unaware of. The situation wasn’t handled that well. He ended up being arrested. I helped her find a lawyer in her area immediately! Mr. Little appeared to have the best track record, as well as being someone they could afford. So I retained him for my friend. He showed up to the jail the next day to meet with my friend. He showed up to the court the very next day to represent my friend and get him out of custody that later that night. From there he went on to get my friend the additional help he needed.
