If you have been accused of something please do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with Tom. It is overwhelming to go through this experience, particularly when you have never been accused of something in the past. From the first second I sat down with Tom, it was obvious that he truly cared about me, and I felt that I had an ally in my fight. For the rest of my life, I will never forget Tom and the compassion he showed me. He inspires me and restores my faith in humanity. I should added a review years ago this man is older he does his job and he will take care of you he took me and my brother's inheritance case when nobody else would our case was very complicated and we were very poor and he guided us through the process and took care of everything even though there was complications and problems they always call you back and they explain the process this lawyer is worth your time and they are very much worth going through for probate. They also have connections and relationships established for dealing with all the aspects of probate and it made the process a lot easier on us.

Byron got my first offense DUI closed and essentially all I had to do was pay a $500 fine no other punishments. And I didn’t even have to show up in person to court. The judge was super easy on me because Byron set me up to have all the requirement finished prior to the hearing.
Overall an amazing experience, Bryon was extremely helpful, friendly and always available over the phone.

Byron went above and beyond my expectations. This was my very first time dealing with a criminal case and as such knew absolutely nothing. The PD’s office did the least possible to explain or help us understand the ins and outs regarding my nephews charges/case. Byron spent over an hour on a Friday night explaining things in detail and making sure I understood what he was explaining. Although Byron was unable to directly represent us in this case, he directed me to a very good known lawyer for further assistance.
This dude is legit hilarious and tells you stories to empathize as well as to help you understand what he is explaining. As we know all the legal mumbo jumbo can get confusing without the proper education.
I have no doubt Byron would have been an amazing person to represent us. Unfortunately, we reached out a bit too late.
Thanks Byron for all the info and the laughs. Definitely needed during these tough times.

“Lee Hotchkin, Esq., recently represented me in a complex DMV felony case related to my hotly contested divorce, regarding a title transfer issue, related to attempting to repair a vehicle that I had purchased new in 2003 with community income… that was involved in a minor accident that the other driver admitted fault, mutually trading insurance information.
Due to COVID restrictions and courthouse closings, Lee Hotchkin was able to postpone the hearing for almost 3 years (with my approval) while strategically negotiating with the DA to plea bargain a trumped up felony charge that was filed by two of my older children, who were given my 50% proxy community interest in our estate without my consent, who never invested a single dollar in our LLC’s, nor the vehicle that it was titled under, all at the prodding of my soon to be ex-wife.
The complexity of combining a ridiculous exaggerated felony charge, with a seemingly never ending divisive divorce, involving over-emotional older children, was a potential recipe for a disastrous outcome… that Lee Hotchkin ultimately worked to our benefit… by pleading only to a minor misdemeanor, thus avoiding a felony trumped up charge and a time consuming trial…!
Although, my attorney Lee Hotchkin and myself BOTH believed that we would have prevailed at trial had we decided NOT to settle… I realized that this legal episode was not worth the resources, emotional toll, nor the expense, to prove our point and innocence while possibly bearing the potential legal liability and outcome of having to go through a jury trial… and by taking Lee Hotchkin’s professional expert advice, we were able to obtain the best possible resolution… for the least expense… whereby by pleading “No Contest”, I also avoid being sued in the future… and in one year, Lee Hotchkin will “SEAL” my criminal record… as if this nightmare never happened…!

I would definitely recommend Lyn. I had Lyn file a motion for an early termination of my probation after I was told by parole and probation I wasn't going to be able to be released early. Lyn was very nice and very professional. She had my motion filed very quickly and about a month after our initial meeting she had already recieved the court order terminating my probation and dismissing my charges. Her price was very reasonable. She was very responsive and kept me up to date on every aspect of my case. If ever in the future I am in need of an attorney, Lyn would be the first one I would call.

My dad passed away and my brother, two sisters and I had no idea where to start as my father left no directions. John has been my lawyer for at least a year now assisting with my stressful divorce. He is an honest lawyer who won't act on a request simply because you ask; if he believes it’s not the right or fair course of action, he will not proceed. He fights for what’s best and just for his clients, especially when children are involved. Although I wasn't 100% satisfied with the outcome of my divorce and custody battle. As he mentioned in every litigation, you can’t get everything you want. I trust that John’s expertise and understanding of the judge led to a fair result. He doesn't just do what you want to charge you more or unnecessary; he adheres to the law and ensures that actions are fair.
I recently hired John again for a motion that my ex and I couldn’t agree on. I chose him because I know he will act in the best interest of me and my children. John is not the type of lawyer who will simply charge you for actions without sufficient evidence or necessity.
