(Beware) All the reviews are good but thats useless when Sean only showed up to 1 or 2 of my court dates in cherokee county and now a year later and over 20 times in court alone, now i have to find another lawyer to start all over. After paying sean almost $5k ive got nothing to show for it. No evidence no communication no lower plea deal not anything to show. Ill be filing comments to the state bar and hopefully save someone else from this horrible nightmare.

I had the misfortune of being cited for aggressive driving. The charge could have resulted in loss of employment. I wouldn’t have been able to survive this ordeal, without losing my sanity, after getting my first DUI at 55, without Sara's guidance, expert advice and super quick responses. Sara Gheesling is the most amazing attorney. Detailed guidance from day one, staring with the first time we spoke, she made me feel at ease, then supported me every step of the way, guiding me on how to be prepared, what to get done before the court date, how to respond to the judge, how to follow-up and the list is never-ending. My questions were endless, but Sara was so patient and helped me calm down and also answered all my questions. This was my first time ever getting a DUI, at 41 and with a CDL it was a BIG NO and a eye opener, but with the help of Sara Gheesling and her team from Lawson and Berry Attorneys at Law, my life and my situation definitely got handled, specially my DUI got reduced because I was instructed to do all my classes and community service ahead of time. This is and will be a once in a life time mistake for me and I’ve learned a lot from it, but the situation got handled in the most professional ways and I did not have to do much but follow simple instructions. I am so happy that I had Mr. Swank as my attorney. I received a ticket for an accident that was not my fault. There was not any contact with my car. The ticket was a civil and criminal matter. I called the right one to handle this case. Mr. Swank and his team were knowledgeable and took care of everything from gathering all the information and being stellar in the courtroom. We won our case and I received no points on my license. Mr. Swank cares and he will do his best to not only fight for your case, but he is patient and thorough in all that he does. I was a mess and scared because I am a teacher and was concerned about my license, but Mr. Swank took everything in account and did what was best. I highly recommend Lisanne she’s absolutely awesome. She was there for me when i was at my worst in my life. I was pushed in a corner with my back against the wall facing a serious aggravate assault & i almost lost everything i worked so hard for until i met Lisanne. I had the bad luck of being in the right place at the wrong time! A total miscarriage of justice began on that major Holiday weekend (remember Holiday, no judge, no Bond) putting me in jail…a “scared straight-type experience”!! The recommendation of a close friend put The Don Turner Legal Team, of which Attorney Lisanne Edelman is a key player, in touch with my wife, and Don showed up at the earliest possible moment that the judicial system would allow. Don assured me he would do everything in his power to help me, and he immediately did. Don was a familiar face with a strong and solid reputation with the Magistrate & Prosecutor, and he secured my immediate release.
When I went to the law office, Don & Lisanne explained exactly what I had been charged with and we reviewed some scenarios, all while they reassured me that they truly believed the outcome would be favorable. In the months before my court date, if I had a question that one of the staff members couldn't answer, Lisanne would call me very quickly. Lisanne Edelman is a terrific attorney who doggedly pursues the issues to their ultimate favorable resolution! Don’s office staff, notably Ashley is a fantastic administrator, who “keeps all the plates spinning” in the office!!! Hired Martin on two separate occasions regarding family law matters - divorce and child custody matter. The initial matter went extremely well and both parties found a workable solution. Unfortunately, sometime after resolving initial matter, I had to re-engage Martin regarding an adjustment in custody arrangements. And consistently provided efficient and sage advice on all matters. I strongly recommend.
One must also consider he works diligently and efficiently with his support team. Thus, his fees are reasonable and holistically worth every penny.

Martin without a doubt is the most impressive attorney that I have ever met. I separated from the military several years back, and had a very difficult time adjusting to civilian life. I had issues with DUI, reckless driving and speeding. Martin not only helped me with my legal matters but completely eliminated them. Not to say I wasn't accountable for my actions, but I was represented in such a a way that I felt confident leaving the courtroom with my head held high. I have turned to Martin several times since my initial consult and he has made me feel as if I am his only client. Everyone in his office was more than helpful in my time of trouble. After paying a 10k retainer for my divorce, this attorney did nothing for me. I caught him in several lies and eventually had to fire him. I couldnt help but to think that somehow this was my fault, because, after all, HE is the legal professional, and knows what he is doing. Right? Wrong! I picked up my "file" from his office and took it to my new attorney. She said, "This is it???? Where is everything???" I had no idea how bad it was until I saw my new attorney go to work. She handled my case in a matter of WEEKS, not months or years, and earned every penny of her retainer. She actually got me more than what I thought I would get. After mediation, the opposing counsel even remarked that this attorney did absolutely nothing for me. I think it is only fair to end this review on a positive note. This attorney did refund a small amount of my money after I complained. Maybe he knew deep down that he fell short.

Patience is a virtue. Covid created excessive delay problems for all concerned. Communication with all lawyers is meh...slow and at times non existent, BUT Olga did everything she promised and agreed to. Be patient stick to the plan, let them work.

I hired Olga back in 2018, Olga is the best lawyer that she can be. Her dedication, her loyalty, her understanding, and her means to MAKE A WAY OUT OF NO WAY. She is not only a great lawyer but she is a great caring person in her personal life. Olga has answered many of my calls non related to my case, we have spent hours on the phone and even at times she would uplift me when need to be. Not many lawyers will do that! A lot of lawyers do their job have no connection to you and are there for a paycheck, Olga & Mr. Sabbak are not those lawyers. One thing Olga will do is TRY and she will do her best! That is all a lawyer can do. Her dedication and determination to help her clients is what I like about her the most. She fights for what’s right! My case has taken 3 long years because the other defendant has lawyers who are fixers and love to drag the case out and Olga has not given up on me nor my case ever and that’s another thing I like about her! While other lawyers will get tired, Olga puts in work, figures out what can be done. She communicates things with me well and is bluntly HONEST, she doesn’t tell me what I want to hear, she tells me what I need to hear! While other lawyers may give up on you when things get hard or difficult, Olga and Mr. Sabbak do not. That will forever be appreciated no matter the outcome of the case because all you can ever do in life is TRY.

I have to say that I really dont have alot of experience with Attorneys, never really needed one but when my son got in trouble she was recommended and we went with her. The first meeting she was great.... After that it was all down hill. I could have done what she did and not have to pay any money. I understand that everyone has problems but then you give the case to someone else....Now this was years ago but I seriously have considered going to the GA Bar Association and reporting her.

I have used Mr. Murphy for years and he has handled several ordeals for me over the years. When Mr. Murphy was hungry and still not that big he was great. Suddenly he has outgrown his former clients and is now dealing with bigger clients. Mr. Murphy most recently handled my divorce scenario and boy did he get me stuck with a pitchfork. Knowing very well that my business was going under, he left me out to dry and got me hung with ridiculous child support payments. Then on top of that, he basically quit communicating with me altogether when I needed him to look into some modifications to make life somewhat manageable. Finally after a long period of avoiding my calls and or text messages, he sends me a reply that says that "I am no longer a viable client and to find a new attorney." Seriously??? What kind of attorney fires a paying client? It is unfortunate that Mr. Murphy is now too big in his career to take care of the little people that helped get him where he is today. I would not recommend him for any divorce matters at all. From what I hear, he is a decent attorney for bankruptcies but even then with the kind of service he provides you may be better off looking elsewhere.

I retained Mr Sabbak for two separate misdemeanor charges that were a decade old. I live in Florida now, so I had to rely on online reviews to help make a decision on which attorney to hire for my cases. I decided on Mr Sabbak because he seemed charismatic on the phone. The first case he was able toget resolved, but on the same conditions that were presented to me 11 years ago when I had no attorney. He did get a warrant recalled for me, but then pushed me towards a resolution that I said from the start I did not want and leveraged the fact that I was out of state to get me to agree to the terms (a stark contrast to what he said he could accomplish on the phone). He did however represent himself and me well for the 2 sentences he said while we were in court. The lack of integrity comes in on the second case. He stated that he could not enter into representation on my second case since I had never been arrested and it was just a warrant. Thus, I had to turn myself in and make first appearance so he could represent me. Upon surrendering myself and waiting for my first appearance court, my charges were dropped. Since I had only received representation in one case, and I retained Mr Sabbak for two cases, I asked for a partial refund upon my release since I had paid in full for two cases. Mr Sabbak said that our retainer was a "flat fee" which wasn't indicated in the retainer and non-refundable. I was VERY adamant about my dire financial situation through our communications and had to borrow money to be able to retain counsel. I never received a response from Mr sabbak after expressing dissatisfaction about the lack of refund. Like I said very little integrity, I would never reccomend such an attorney.

I retained Whitney through another law firm she worked for in July 2021 to represent me with my first offense case to get expunged. I gave her the necessary paperwork she needed in order to represent me and my case. She put me on a payment plan to pay $200 since I couldn’t front the whole $2500 upfront. We did chat up until November 2021 (week before thanksgiving) and after that, communication stopped. I reached out to her in January 2022, then in March 2022. The first week of March 2022, I did pay off my payments. I emailed her and the law firm I hired her through, to let them know i did pay off my payments….still no response. I texted her cell phone, left voicemails, etc etc. still no responses. FINALLY, the beginning week of June 2022, she emails me from a brand new law firm email, saying she’s switched firms and she would like to set up a meeting. Cool..I told her I’m available anytime and have her number. Until this day, June 28th, 2022 I have not heard from Whitney Scherck. Now, I gotta save up money again to retain another attorney. I feel like I got scammed and now I gotta wait longer to become a RN because I have to get this expunged. I do not recommend this attorney to represent anyone. Do not give her your money, look elsewhere.

This man is a SCAM !
He is arrogant and all about money , he was suppose to be my lawyer but a sudden change happened with my court date and got switched last minute and so his services were no longer needed , He was sent money over the course of 1-3 months and refuses to send it back , he keeps making excuses as to why he hasn’t sent it and so fourth . DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! Very unprofessional , never answers phone calls or texts .

I hired Mr. Sherota to heo with a custody case. He never responded back until i would get stern with him. He constantly told me we were waiting for the courts to give us a court date and when i called the courts to verify they said they were waiting in him. He eventually stop responding to me and i never heard from him again. Never recieved any of my documents back. And NEVER got any results or my money back. Worst lawyer out there. Just wants to take money away from people. DON'T HIRE
