I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Casey and utilizing his services during one of the roughest periods of my life. Mr. Casey has represented me during a rather emotionally turbulent divorce proceeding. He has always demonstrated the qualities of integrity, skill, and professionalism beyond reproach. He is a man of intelligence who is skilled in his craft as a litigator.
I happened to have one of those "he said, she said" sort of scenarios with rather significant allegations. Mr. Casey was not phased by the task at hand. He was the best champion for my case I could ever ask for. His attention to detail was impeccable, and was able to illustrate for the court the inconsistencies in the testimonies of opposing counsel's witnesses.
Mr. Casey has two rules: be kind and polite to his office staff, and be honest and forthcoming with information. He will not judge you. He WILL be your advocate. However you must realize he cannot effectively do what he needs to do without honesty from you as a client. He cannot know to much about your case. Even those parts which you might be ashamed of or embarrassed by.
Mr. Casey has been a champion for my cause, a confidant, and a source of stability for me when my life was chaotic. He has held my hand as I wept both tears of joy and frustration. He has helped to not only improve my legal situation, but helped nourish my soul as well. He gave me one of the greatest gifts I have ever received; he reunited me with my children.

I would hire Valerie Cavitt again without question. Sunday is hands down one of the best lawyer I had the privileged of defending me. She was very open with her communication and knowledgable in the criminal defense space. I spoke with many lawyers and after speaking with Sunday, she was the clear choice. All the other lawyers were money hungry and didn't seem to care as much as Sunday did. Sunday walked me through the whole process and helped get my case dismissed all together. Hopefully, I would not be in another position to require a lawyer but if I were, there's no one else I would even consider.

She is an extremely talented attorney, I was blessed to have found her and her firm. My court case is still ongoing but our first day in court she kept opposing counsel on his back foot. So much so that after constantly being objected to and having every one be sustained when the time came one was not he carried on as of it was. Truly amazing! She is well prepared in court, she came with everything needed digitally and hard copies in case the judge wanted paper in hand or there happened to be some technical hiccup. She concentrated on what was important to the case now and what could wait for later. So far I've been able to get what I've asked for and managed to keep custody of my 4 children, which were most important to me. I had Jay Smith and my husbands attorney Randy Grimes was really taking advantage. I went to the courthouse and asked the secretary who beats Grimes...she secretly showed me three names. All women. I said now who is the bulldog out of the three and she circled teresas name. Teresa was considerate to my situation ... she saw and knew the tricks of my exes attorney. Scott was able to sift through all of that with ease. Every single time I spoke with Scott, I was listened to thoroughly and treated like a person and not a criminal. Not only will these folks treat you with respect, they will 100% fight for you to get you the best possible outcome.

Winnie Bates “let me go” as a client after I questioned thousands in charges for time that simply and clearly was not spent, and time that undeniably did not need to be spent.
For example I was charged for her time to send me an email requesting I reschedule a meeting that SHE missed (no call no show). To top it off I had already rescheduled that meeting two days prior. I was billed for both her time and her paralegals time simultaneously through mediation so she could openly work on other cases to the point that she wasn’t even effective in mediation. She didn’t say a single thing in 3 hours that was either relevant to the conversation or to my feelings.
She did however share all her personal and professional correspondence via email, and instant message during those 3 hours because she was sharing her screen. Even after she was warned it was all coming up on my screen she continued to forget I was even in the office. She bad talked multiple in the process, shouting it across the office. It was a show to say the least.
After seeing it in person it was obvious why we had to have the EXACT same meeting 3 different times, not including consultation where we addressed the same facts. It was obvious why the process took 3 times longer than it should have. It was obvious that I wasn’t going to stand beside this bunch while the fate of the most important was decided.
I asked them to stop putting time into my case immediately. Once I had time to look over the charges I requested a meeting to talk about several particular discrepancies, she directly responded by dropped me as a client, no explanations. More than a month later, I get another bill from Winnie. She won’t stop making up things to bill for, and apparently forgotten who I am again, but she’s willing to write off that last bill if I remove my reviews.

We have been working with advocate David Beinke over the past 5 years. After having several issues with my son’s school including the school harassing us daily and refusing to provide any services to my son. David was able to defuse the situation and get my son's education back on track. Since his intervention we have been able to get my son the education services he needs. He participates in all of our yearly ARD's to make sure my son continues to get the help and educations services he needs.

I think we're all in the same pond. Jeremiah I believe has gone far and above what most attorneys would have, especially in my case. In a contentious situation most people overthink and overlook the outcome sooner rather than later. Unfortunately this was my mistake and I felt incredibly emotional and unsure (doesn't everyone?) Really there isn't much to it once you see what goes on behind the scenes. Dolores is wonderful too in that she is a great assistant to Jeremiah. I'm incredibly thankful to have Jeremiah as my attorney. Not everyone may feel the same, but as the old saying goes "don't hate the player, hate the game" and trust in the process. It'll all work out, I promise.
