My husband and I have just had the absolute BEST conversation with Lawrence from Moran Law Firm. We got ourselves into a big situation and Lawrence has went above and beyond for us. He’s answered all our questions, dug deep for us to ensure that we could file chapter 7 and is making it all happen! I’m telling you, if you are struggling and you are needing to consider filing for bankruptcy this is the place you want to go!! I’ve called around to a few in the state of Michigan and I will tell you not one of them EXCEPT for Lawrence went above and beyond for us and that right there earns our business! My family and I hired Marcel as our attorney for a case involving the wrongful death of my mother back in 2020. As a 21 year old kid have never dealt with anything like this before; I can tell you it was very stressful, and I didn’t know how I was going to do it! Marcel was the best attorney to have supporting us throughout the last four years! Anytime I would call or text I don’t think I ever had to wait 5 minutes for a text back, and I don’t think I ever got his voicemail when calling. He made sure to keep me in the loop with everything he did and/or filed in the courts, he went the extra lengths to get information he needs, he made chapter books of notes to present to judges . It was something so amazing to see someone who wasn’t family fight so hard for us. Yes it’s his job I get that part but it was deeper than that and I could feel it with Marcel. My Life Includes some horrible decisions, like drunk driving, but one choice I’ll never regret was hiring Jonathan Jones to guide me through the Legal System! Facing a 3rd DUI, I was a wreck, scared of everything I was up against, until I met Jonathan. Not only did he provide some calm , I actually really liked the guy!! One doesn’t get into this position without being a full blown alcoholic, he knew it , got me on the road to sobriety right away, and encouraged me to use this situation as a bridge to the rest of my life. He’s totally experienced, knows his way around the courts and provides no nonsense answers to the countless questions I had. While in court appearances, I would compare him to other lawyers and was proud he was mine! His staff is a reflection of him, caring, helpful, especially Carolyn, who walked me through a Zoom court appearance, again putting my mind at ease! If your roaming around the internet for a criminal attorney, you know you your up against it!!! I hired Randy because I was facing a 1st DUI charge. He was honest about the facts of my case(the good, bad and the ugly) from start to finish. He combed through everything: audio/visual, roadside test results and certifications, background, etc.
He is a great communicator and was readily available to answer any questions I had...talk, text or email- he was there.
I ended up with a reduced charge and NO probation. Highly recommend!

Without boring you with the specifics.. I was looking at a mandatory minimum of 2 years in prison. It all stemmed from a road rage incident FROM THE OTHER GUY. I defended myself from harm and even called 911. However, the man was most likely connected with the law enforcement community as there were 3 Michigan State Police cars outside my house when I arrived home. Needless to say, I was a little concerned. I needed a reputable criminal attorney that knew their stuff. I maintain my innocence, but try convincing the State Police and Prosecutor’s Office of that when they KNEW THE GUY (in my humble opinion.) I instantly hired Derrick George. I think I visited his office twice with information and statements about the incident. Now, I don’t know HOW he did it but Derrick George, Magic Man, stopped everything BEFORE the Prosecutor’s Office even looked at the incident. No trial. No pre-prosecution diversion, NOTHING! I even got a phone call from the State Police saying everything was fine. Mind you, that was after the original meeting when 3 state troopers were sweating me hard and searching my house, etc. I believe to this day that the phone call from them was a form of an apology for being overzealous. Without Derrick George on my side, who knows what might’ve happened. He is friendly, knowledgeable and most all CARING. His connections are undeniable. If you find yourself in a jam, don’t make a terrible mistake and hire a subpar attorney, hire somebody that has your back. Thank you Derrick. You are a life saver. Footnote: I fully support the Michigan State Police and all law enforcement in general.

I have had a few different attorneys over the years and Dean actually has helped me a few times and has even stopped charges before the police filed them. He is not like some past lawyers who just wanted to be paid and did not care about what the best outcome was for me.
Dean is actually very crafty in negotiating and finding loopholes in charges and getting a better than outcome then I expected.

I was arrested last year for delivery/manufacturing marijuana. I've gotten in a little trouble a few times in the past, but by no means would I consider myself a criminal...and this was biggest trouble (and first felony) I had ever gotten into. At the time of my arrest I had recently, finally acquired a good job with one of the major car manufacturing companies. I knew that going to jail would cost me my job and take away my ability to support myself and my child in a secure and comfortable manner. When I finally went to my first court date and met Matt, he immediately made me feel comfortable by letting me know exactly what was going to happen that day and that it wasn't anything to worry about. I had a number of court dates over the next few months most of which were just formalities. Not only was Matt very knowledgeable about the legal process and explaining everything that was going on so that I could understand, but (and maybe more importantly) he also made me feel at ease by talking to me about normal life situations and topics. It was a very lonely feeling when I got in trouble, bc aside from worrying about the outcome and what my future would look like had things gone bad, I had to distance myself from my whole life style and most of my friends bc a lot of them were involved in the very thing I got in trouble for. Although most were doing it on a legal medical level, I didn't want any more trouble coming my way or theirs. Matt made himself available to me day or night with phone calls or texting whether it was a question about my case or just to chat about life or whatever. He showed true care and concern about the outcome of my case and was a friend when I needed one. And not just because he wanted a victory on his record, but because he took the time to get to know me, and my family, and my life situation, and really cared about what happened to me...and I truly believe that. I've had other attornies in the past for other instances of trouble I've gotten in. Some were hired privately, and some were public defenders, but none were there for me both professionally and on a personal level the way Matt was. I was convicted of the crime I was charged with, but I planned on plead,u guilty from day 1 anyway...but my case was truly a victory in the sense that on a 4 year maximum sentence I didn't have to go to jail for even 1 day. I would recommend Matt to anyone who was in need of an attorney, and I would definitely consider him a friend and someone I'm glad I met. The bright spot in a super stressful situation over this last year. I truly feel like he save my life. Thanks Matt, George.

Amanda represented me during my divorce and I am extremely happy with the final outcome. Any divorce is messy and scary - Amanda reviewed the facts of the complaint and then set about explaining the process and the steps that needed to be taken. Her obvious professionalism and knowledge were reassuring and provided the peace of mind I badly needed.
My divorce had some messy sticking points (I considered them unreasonable demands) that had to be addressed during Mediation; this is where Amanda really shined. She clearly demonstrated her ability to think outside the box and offered some very innovative alternatives to the demands. The end result was a settlement that exceeded my most optimistic hopes.

Marc Hart is a shining light in a world of darkness. I got my first DUI driving home from a party the next morning, was in a very irritable mood and was charged with super drunk and resisting arrest. I refused a breathalyzer, the police were terrible to me.. Marc got all of the discovery and guess what? CASE DISMISSED. He was so understanding with me. He really fought for me and told my story, and backed up with evidence and the way I was treated it got thrown out of court. He has deep ties as he was a former prosector himself. I highly reccommend him to anyone with legal troubles. Five stars.

I have known David for some time now and he has helped me with a few of my legal matters! The first interaction I had with David was back in 2013 when I needed to petition the Judge overseeing my probation to amend my probation and allow me to leave the state of MI. David was very professional and thoughtful as how to handle this matter. Prior to meeting David I had spoke to numerous counsel but after talking with David I felt there was no other choice but to retain him. The second interaction I had with David was to have a hold released on MI driving record, over the course of the process David did his due diligence to keep me informed and stay on top of my case. The day before my actual hearing David and I met and discussed the best course of action to make it through the hearing successfully. During the hearing David asked all the right questions of me and addressed all of the concerns of the hearing officer. I left the hearing feeling very optimistic the hold would be released. About six weeks later I received notification that the hold was lifted and was able to close a chapter in my life that hung over me like a black cloud for over 10 years. I would not recommend anyone else for legal matters and give David and his staff 5 stars for there amazing legal advice and actions! Way to go team Rudoi!
