Honestly I can't say enough about this Lawyer I've had my share of lawyers but by far never had one who not only allowed me to make payments but gave me a reasonable fee for what ended up being a 3 different court probation violation I never saw 1 minute in jail...(which everyone knows the first thing that happens on a PO Violation is that your held) Paul held me responsible, he is a straight shooter very upfront n honestly about what to expect never once guaranteed no jail time but definitely after watching him in all 3 courts without question I feel very confident to have Paul as my go to Lawyer for anything criminal!! He's worth every cent you pay!! Paul also gave me a awesome referral to another lawyer for my sister for a NH case it's really to bad he doesn't do NH Law!! I had a minority shareholder working for my company that was just not performing up to our company’s standards and actually blocking its growth. I offered to fairly buy the shareholder out and we came to an agreement and shook hands on it over dinner. A day before the shareholder was to sign she backed out. John Andrews was recommended to me by a trusted adviser of my company, and what a great recommendation it turned out to be. John handled the case perfectly and efficiently negotiating a very fair buyout, without litigation, in a matter of months when these types of situations can easily last years! He handled everything so I could run my company without the distractions these type of situations normally produce. He concisely explained all my options defining the pros and cons of each important decision in a non-legalese way that allowed me to understand them so I could make the important decisions. I found John on Lawyers .com and he was the only lawyer to call me back promptly, as I only had 1 day to find a lawyer before my court date. He listened to my problem advised me that i should meet with him that day, due to certain issues i could not and still took my case anyway. I meet John for the first time at the court and I knew right away I hired the right man for the job!!! He told me the good and the bad that could happen and in the end with only one more court appearence my case was over in my favor and I could not be happier with the results!!!!! CASE DISMISSED!!!!

I had reason to need a lawyer not too long ago and John made what could have been a very painful experience into one that I could handle. John went above and beyond to make sure no one else took advantage of me or my situation. I feel that anyone that requires a lawyer should do themselves a favor and hire a lawyer that is very approachable for the client but aggressive when it comes to fighting for his clients rights. I met Attorney JJ Sears at Salem District Court Holding Cell at a time in my life THAT I JUST ABOUT givin up ON LIFE. Besides my SON being KILLED on August 23th 2014, in Peabody MA. My entire Mother's side of the Family had Convinced my Son's Father that I must of had some thing to do with it. Sure why NOT! Besides the FACT they DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ME, and as for my SON, HE NEVER EXISTED ON BIRTHDAYS, HOLIDAY'S AND EVERY other SPECIAL day's. They're the kind of FAMILY that ONLY CALL'S when they HAVE NO ONE ELSE to BORROW $, or BASICALLY NEVER, pay you back. TALKING TRASH behind your back. No matter HOW MUCH YOU HELP them. A Family inbarisment to all the other people that ACTUALLY WORKS HARD enough to NOT end up JUST LIKE THEM. Besides the once in a while run into,"Hey how's it going" every once in a while, kinda relationship. The night in questioned, Baby Daddy and I were together that entire weekend. Some kinda Father he turned out to be. My Son & I stayed clearly away from the TROUBLED FAMILY members because of the situations & stealing and lying they did. Longest Story in Short.

I was charged with 4 felonies Burke was appointed to my case. From the beginning He knew I was innocent and he assured my family and I that he wouldn’t stop until he proved my innocence. After getting me out on bail he continued to fight the court for over a year until all charges were dropped! Throughout the case he kept me informed on everything, was professional, and answered all my questions honestly. If it wasn’t for Burke fighting for me, I’d be in jail for several years!

Pay him for a bankruptcy in full. Took a while, but didnt have to file after
all. He would never provide a detailed bill of hours worked on my case. I asked him over and over for it. Communicated a few times mostly by email , all of which I kept to send to appropriate agencies. He finally , (after chasing and chasing him) sent me $300. ! 1/10th of what I paid him!! For a case he basically did a credit report on and gave it to secretary. I had to find all debtors and what was owed, etc. I dont know what he did for $2500.!?! But he didnt earn this Money I foolishly gave him. You can do better if you are looking for an honest, good, fair, competent, human being!
