I recently decided to look into bankruptcy, I started to Google attorneys and came across Lloyd Legal. I had already spoke to a few other attorneys so I had a feel for what the questions would be like. I made an appointment with Aaron Lloyd and he called me back, he asked me a few questions and I had some for him. Speaking with him and reading all the reviews, I knew I was going to go with him. This is such a stressful time, and I keep coming up with new questions, Aaron Lloyd responds so quickly and explains everything. Within 2 days of speaking with him my case has been filed and my meeting is scheduled. I am thankful I decided to work with Lloyd legal.

Attention all truck drivers!!! Everyone knows California law regarding speeding tickets is strict and unforgiving to everyone. Unfortunately, I got a speeding ticket of 19 mph over speed with a speed limit of 55 mph and I had lost hope of settling with the court. When I went to this law firm, they have a great team of lawyers with excellent experience. They made the ticket as if it never happened. I advise all drivers to deal with this great firm. I am really happy to deal with them

Michael Scafiddi is an amazing attorney who can flip a bad situation upside down. I got a speeding ticket on a road trip passing through Needles, CA that I really could not afford on my record and I live several states away. I called several other places too but this office seemed like the best fit because of the location and it was a reasonable price. This was my first experience hiring a lawyer to fight a case for me and wasn't sure how it would go, also the long waiting period up to the scheduled court date made me nervous. However J Brian Campbell's office had such great customer service whenever I called or emailed. They challenged the ticket for me on schedule and I finally got the best possible outcome- case dismissed!!

II came across this attorney several years ago; from the minute I expose him my case, I was able to feel a sense of being in excellent hands to look after your interests. He heads a small law office, which I find it to be of great benefit, as you get to talk and meet directly with him, EVERY TIME, and NOT with a secretary or a paralegal! He is the very first attorney who made me feel he cared about me, and NOT as to how much he would be able to earn from me! After resolving my case, I learned a little bit about him, among which, he is of the very few attorneys that have passed the BAR Exam on the first testing! Most attorneys accept that it has taken them more than one testing to pass the BAR Exam. If your in the market for a hands on attorney that puts your case first and considers every possible angle, Timothy Knight is your guy. I had a tricky case with many discrepancies. Not only was Tim always available to keep me calm no matter how worried I became, he really followed through on his claims. He is extremely knowledgeable which became vary apparent at a hearing I sat in on. He went so far as to drive out and physically see the location were the incident occurred. With his knowledge and tenacity, he was able to drastically reduce my sentence . I truly felt like I had a good friend on my side throughout the entire proceedings. I contacted Prestige Documents regarding our case. I explained in detail about the case and that an Answer to the Complaint needed to be filed within 12 days. That we were on a limited time frame and our daughter was going into the hospital so I needed to make sure this could be taken care of.
After a long conversation I was assured they have handled specific cases like ours and it would be $350 to do the Answer to the Complaint. We sent over our documents and paid the $350. Six days later while our daughter was in the hospital I received a phone call that they could not answer the complaint. Leaving us 2 1/2 business to try and find an attorney or paralegal firm to complete the paperwork. It also required my husband to have to leave the hospital 4 hours from our house so he could resend documents if need be.
16 days later, calls and emails and we are still waiting to be reimbursed, not to mention the $50 they are keeping for "review" of the documents we sent.
They made two already hard situations even harder and took our money.
