Just had a wonderful consultation with Bob. I am very worried for the DUI arrest I got myself into, he put me to ease. Received a traffic ticket (Radar/Laser speed trap) and hired Phil to defend me. I gave him the details of my case and after delaying the process (which was intentional), Phil personally met me in court to defend me. He prepared me in advance what to expect and prepared me for testimony. Once trial began, his questioning of the officer was top notch, and was so effective, not only did he get the case dismissed and my ticket refunded, he impressed others in the court room waiting for their case to be called (they actually came up to him to say so outside the courtroom). I highly recommend Phil for his professionalism, communication and results!

When she is in the courtroom, she is in her FLOW state, and everything she does is very well calculated and delivered with precision with such a natural ease like a well-conducted symphony orchestra, but for your defense in the courtroom and the best sounding symphony you've ever heard! I am a business professional who made some mistakes in my early 20s, and now I am older into my 30s had some minor civil issues and Louisa is my go to person for a reason, she's worth every penny. Whatever it costs it's worth it for the piece of mind you will get knowing you have a VETERAN of the courtroom on your team. On the worst day of my life I was cleaning my gun when it went off accidentally and mortally wounded a 12-year-old family friend who was walking by in the kitchen. He was shot in the left arm and chest. I panicked in fear and ran out of the house. I learned the police were looking for me and that I was charged with 1st Degree Murder. I was facing life in prison. Attorney Louisa Pensanti drove to my location, picked me up in her car and took me to detectives for a voluntary turn in. I could not afford both an attorney and bail so I stayed in San Bernadino County jail for 8 months awaiting trial. At trial, Attorney Louisa Pensanti convinced the jury that it was an accident and I was only found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. I was given credit for time served and then released. I authored this when I heard that someone had written a defamatory review and realized that I had perhaps been negIigent in not posting a review myself. I learned a great deal about this womans character as she plead my case to a jury of my peers with my entire future at stake. She has an abundance of moral courage and a strong belief in humanity and forgiveness. Obviously the jurors agreed with and were greatly moved by her. I am forever grateful.

I took a troubled teen into my home and was charged with 15 counts of child molestation. I was facing life the way that I was charged. It was risky and nerve wracking but I took it to trial. I was and am innocent. A jury agreed. I went to trial with Louisa Pensanti was found not guilty. She's a class act.

Will not beat around the bush. He is a little rough around the edges but makes up for it with his straightforward no BS attitude. Will not con you out of your money. Went in for a free consultation and he ACTUALLY took the time to CONSULT unlike other criminal defense attorneys, and he did this free of charge I might add. Doesn't have the most expensive fees but not the cheapest either. Worth a visit fir a free consultation.

I would recommend George to anyone in need of his services. He helped me out on my DUI case in 2013. My dui charge was dropped. I did not have to go through the hassle of attending dui classes, AA meeting, lengthy hours of community service, SR-22 inaurance. I filed for divorce from my ex spouse without an attorney , my husband hired an attorney and eventually, I was forced to get assistance, but my finances were limited. I retained the paralegal Elite Legal who also offered attorney services. Ayinde Jones was the attorney who represented me. The first initial over the phone conversation was polite, I gave him some insight about my divorce. He scheduled a virtual met and confer with my then husbands attorney. I immediately felt under represented by Mr. Jones. While my husband was making demands about documents I needed to provide about my finances, pension, etc. Mr. Jones didn't counter. In fact after the met and confer he never followed up with me. I eventually spoke to him after calling several times and he told me if I didn't like his services that I could go else where. I felt ashamed, embarrassed, vulnerable, and horrified that someone would speak to me in that unprofessional manner. I hadn't done enough research and was ignorant about everything that had to do with protocol and attorney. I also didn't have the resources obtain anyone else. I contacted Elite Legal to complain about my experience with Mr. Jones and my complaint fell upon deaf ears. I also didn't realize that every court appearance from Mr. Jone's would be $400. I was lead to believe that lawyer representation was included in the entire amount I paid. Mr. Jones was horrible, he only should up virtually in court which really made it hard for me because if I had questions I was unable to ask or if I didn't understand something I didn't have him actually present. The reason I decided to get representation is because I didn't understand court proceedings. He never called the night before court to counsel me. He never followed up with me after court dates, when I would call I went straight to voicemail. We had a settlement agreement date set by the judge for a Santa Monica location which Mr. Jones declined which pushed our date back and changed the venue to a location further away which made me have to travel further. He never called me the day before to discuss anything regarding strategy or explain what I should be prepared for, so I didn't know what to expect. He also should up 45 mins late. I felt very much alone during the negotiations, it was as if I was alone and Mr. Jones and the Judge were just trying to get me to agree to anything so that they could end the day. In between negotiation Mr. Jones would go out in the lobby and talk to other clients, or precede virtually in court for his other clients, and I found myself having to go out into the lobby to retrieve him when the judge would ask for me to return to her office. The entire time he and the judge had conversations in front of me regarding how expensive it would be for me if I decided to go to trail. It was insulting, and the used manipulative tactics to scare me into not going to trail. He made me feel alone in the entire process. He was unprofessional and he did not do his job, he didn't even take out the time to go over the settlement agreement. It was emotional and overwhelming, the process was rushed and Mr. Jone's not advocate for me that day. He should have taken time to see if I had concerns, or questions, about the agreement and he didn't, nor did he follow up, so a lot of concerns, and questions never got answered, because after that count date he never contacted me until he needed me to sign off and I then listed the concerns, but Mr. Jone's had already received his $1,500.00 for one day , and would assist me any further. Don't use him as an attorney at least not if you are poor, and ignorant about the law . I plain on reporting his misconduct to the board, I don't know if that will encourage him to treat all his clients with dignity and respect no matter how much money they have.

In 1985 after receiving my 2nd DUI in 9 months I called my friend Nat Weiss in NYC for a referral. Call Harry Weiss he told me. After meeting with Harry I'd call him for an update and he'd say "Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it." after about 7 or 8 months the same response. Boom no DUI no nothing.
Years later I needed an attorney for a much different reason. Sammy was able to make a deal with the PA's Boss after arguing with the PA for 2 hours. The PA was so mad that I slipped through his fingers he was beet red and sputtering when I accepted the deal.

Eric Shevin is hands down one of if not the best most well respected criminal defense attorneys in LA. I have used Eric on several occasions most recently on a criminal case. We were facing serious felony charges for manufacturing a controlled substance(cannabis oil). Eric and his team defended us and we achieved the result we were looking for. No jail and at with the completion of probation we were able to work a deal for a wobbler. I can't recommend Eric enough. Great guy and an incredible lawyer.

I am an innocent man but went to prison because Ryan De Ambrosio and the Shevin law group do not have a clue what they are doing. They wouldn't believe I was innocent so they had me take a polygraph which I passed with flying colors. Then Ryan FORCED me to take another polygraph for the D.A. which my entire family advised against but I followed Ryan and Eric's direction. Worse mistake of my life and I paid for it.... I spent 2 years of my life in San Quentin because of my forced decisions to follow their direction. I have the worse record and cannot even get a job because of Eric's firm's ignorance of their clients. If they say this post is from a spammer then I can gladly post the freaking receipt when Shevin took my $$$$, Do not hire this firm unless you enjoy prison.

Eric helped me get out of a little jam I had. The first deal offered was 7 years jail, with Eric and his team our final deal that we accepted was 1 year probation. Thought about using him again for a more serious matter a year later but his main defense strategy was for me to become a informant. This wasn't going to work for me, so i went with someone else. But for marijuana cases he's great!
