I hired Kevin facing a serious crime, but where the State hadn't done its due diligence and didn't have all the information. Kevin did exactly the right thing, tactfully negotiated with a local prosecutor, and avoided a costly trial with serious repercussions. If you're looking for the best possible outcome, I would retain Kevin.

I was going through a difficult time in my life which led me down the path to meeting Kieth. I had worked with previous attorneys and was very disappointed with the way I was treated and represented. Keith was a completely different experience. His office staff was very friendly I was always put through to him if I called and he was in the office, if not he always called back very promptly. I didn't feel like just another number and he actually took the time to get to know me.
He was absolutely amazing in court. His knowledge of the system and how best to approach things was incredible. When he cross examined the cop he spent at least 30 minutes and left no stone unturned. It was like watching an episode of Perry Mason. Because of how detailed and though-rough he was we ended up winning the case outright. I have been given a new lease on life thanks to Keith and firm he represents. All I can say at this point is Thank you! I would recommend him to anyone and will for sure use him again should the need ever arise. If you are reading this trying to decide. Stop now and call his firm. Best decision I could have made.

I was in a car accident and worked with Mark on a settlement with the insurance companies. Mark went out of his way to make sure that every question was answered. He was extremely responsive, and made sure that we communicated as needed. He was very thorough in the information he received, and presented it very well to the different companies. He had my best interest in mind, and took the time to make sure he got the best settlement possible for me. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone who wants to have that personal touch, and to have that communication made throughout the whole process.

I was injured in a car accident, I wasn't sure if I was going to contact an attorney to help me with my case, however I am so happy that I did and that Mark Ethington helped me with my case. He is very professional and his assistant Tessa is amazing. Every time I had a question or sent them an e-mail, they responded within 24 hours. Im a little behind with this review but I needed to give credit to the amazing team of attorneys from this firm that helped me get the most fair settlement from my car accident injuries. Insurance companies are never fun or easy to deal with but I’m so grateful that I had this team behind my back to assist me with this battle. John was always so extremely helpful, always had the time to answer all my questions and concerns, and most importantly ALWAYS believed in my case and pushed for more even when I just felt like giving up due to what felt like gaslighting from the insurance.

I met with a handful of other Lawyers before I settled on Hundley and Harrison. I really felt like this was the best fit for me. I was in over my head with Insurance companies after an accident, further complicated by my own medical insurance coverage. I found that I was kept in the loop, and things were handled professionally and costs were negotiated to significantly more reasonable rates. I needed to set up a trust additionally, and they were able to help with that as well. I'm honestly pleased with this, I felt like my concerns were heard and I was offered sound advice. Hopefully, I don't need a lawyer again but if I do, I'm giving them a call.

Came across this law firm read up on him. He seems like a good fit for my son‘s case when I called to set up an appointment to see about hiring him for a serious charge that my son has the lady was not trying to help me kept telling me that he already has an LDA and that it would be a lot of money to hire him for the seriousness of the crime as if I didn’t have money. I told her that wouldn’t be a problem on saying I could check the price for you if you would like me to!!! Unmmm thanks have a nice day definitely won’t be using them it was clear as day they had no concern for what was happening to my 17 year old son and was only concerned about the money which by the way I do have

Charged me $225 for sending one email that took no longer than 10 minutes to compose. Tried to convince me that my divorce decree needed to be revised even though my ex and I agree on it. I would not recommend him.
- take his response as proof. He mentioned a case completely unrelated to the review. Just another attorney who’s hungry for your money and will tell you that you need an attorney for the simplest of things.

I hired Lindsay about two years ago for an incredibly complex aggravated assault charge (2nd degree felony, up to 15 yrs in prison). There were countless serendipitous events that led me to fire my previous lawyer and hire Lindsay, but I am so grateful that I did. Lindsay challenged me on specific issues that she saw with the case and provided me with sound legal guidance regarding the concerns that she had. She was also able to negotiate several different plea options for me with the prosecutor, all of which would have provided me with a much better outcome than the penalties I was currently facing. Ultimately, I decided to take my case to trial, which was a substantial risk. Lindsay was clear about the consequences that I would be facing if I was found guilty and she provided me with her final recommendations. I accepted full accountability of the outcome and we went to trial from 10/7 to 10/9 of 2019. Lindsay was an absolutely amazing litigator. So confident, articulate, calm, collected, direct, aggressive, and kind (all at key moments), in order to drive home specific points and guide the jury to the correct conclusions. After a 3 day trial, the jury deliberated for only 25 minutes before reaching their "Not guilty" verdict. Taking one's case to trial is not what I am recommending. Lindsay has such great relationships with other attorneys and prosecutors that she can likely provide her clients with plea options that are both fair and equitable for all parties. However, if a jury trial is insisted upon by the client, then I can't imagine anyone doing a better job representing the facts than Lindsay. I am infinitely grateful that I found her and that she represented me for this case. 5 stars and the highest of recommendations.

This review is not because of the results of my case. The issue comes from loose ends. As soon as I paid the remaining balance, my attorney stopped being responsive and terminated our contract, stating that the case was closed. However, I received paperwork indicating there was something wrong, and I was basically told "Its no big deal." Several months later, after speaking to other attorneys, I figured out what needs to happen. I reached out to my case attorney to get it fixed, and he has become unresponsive or unwilling to help finish the job he was hired for.

He not only showed amazing professional skills as an attorney, but truly cared about my son and his life. His staff sent reminders to my son and myself for every court date, place and time. He helped my son with multiple cases. I remember the first consultation with a staff member (Bart) and he said "we need to save this kids future". They treated and fought for my son as they would have for their own child/young adult. When I first hired this firm I was helicoptoring because I thought they needed my help. They didn't lol. My fiancé hired Mary Bevan to help her with a custody matter. After the first hearing we had concerns with Mary's approach and confidence in the court room, after the 2nd hearing we realized she was as good as having no legal counsel. She has no control whatsoever in the court room and she allowed the apposing lawyer to walk all over her. It got to the point where it seemed like Mary didn't believe my fiancé and constantly kept telling her to be honest in order for her to be able to help. My fiancé never lied and was honest from the start. We ended up firing her and hiring a new lawyer. It took the new lawyer 1 hearing to get the case resolved, Mary had 7 months and didn't do anything.

I found Pearson Butler via MetLife legal plan. Connected with Russ to get our family trust in place. Straight forward to complete, no complaints there. Reached back out to Russ about a completely separate matter unrelated to estate planning. His response was "I do not practice law in this area and thus, have not idea." I guess I just had more expectation than a lazy response with typos. Too much to ask if there's someone he can put me in contact with? I will be moving on from Pearson Butler and find another firm to do estate planning in the future.
