First I want to start off by saying Mr. Doud is truly the best around. I have 3 cases going on, & he’s on top of every single one of them! So far he’s won one case, & I do not doubt him for winning the other 2. Seeing him in action is a whole different ball game, because he’s going to blow the hats off others who stands against him! ...I would highly recommend Nicole. In my instance, Nicole provided input as to what was truly important to the Court and stuff that just I thought was important but would really have no meaningful impact on the outcome. Nicole used her experience to provide potential likely outcomes and options that I should seriously consider to improve my chances all while cutting to the chase and not just pandering to my wants and not echoing my wants and desires. Nicole made me feel better while involved in the worst situation that I had experienced to date. Nicole has law enforcement knowledge and near experience, she has practiced in Hernando County for a quarter century, she knows the “system”, the judges, the opposing counsels, and you just really need to let her do her thing and provide documents or whatever she is requesting. There are a lot of attorneys to choose from but Nicole made me feel like I was her only client. Do yourself a favor when your life turns upside down and retain Nicole to flip things back to a new tolerable normal.

After being heavily engaged with the Florida court system and dealing with multiple attorneys throughout the Tampa Bay area, I was made aware of Ms. Tuomey background. After consulting with her I decided it would be a good fit. I was right and my investment in her knowledge paid off exactly the way I felt it should. The problem in today's system is who to trust with your " legal dollars". This being said I now know after watching her navigate through complex issues on multiple govmt and legal levels that you would be wise to consult with her. I have wasted thousands upon thousands of dollars and countless hours trying to resolve a matter. When it comes down to brass tacks these days, everyone wants your money. The difference between lawyers is whom is actually going to put forth the effort to earn your hard earned money and trust. One thing that makes Ms. Tuomey a head above the rest, is the time it takes to listen and find the real issues to get to the bottom of your legal matters , quickly and efficiently. I personally have dealt with many attorneys throughout the Tampa Bay area. This being said, I know how difficult, it can be finding the attorney that will give you the time needed to seek out and understand the issues and how to go about solving them, correctly. I paid Sharon a $5,000 retainer knowing that it was a "non-refundable: retainer, She took my money and went on vacation the next day. I could not reach her, I had several legal questions, and ended up listening to a non lawyer and dismissed my case. She did nothing for the retainer and although there must be what is called "consideration" for a contract to be legal, she refused to return any of the money. Shortly thereafter, I decided to pursue the divorce; Sharon refused to represent me even though she still had my money. My guess is that she waited for some sucker to giver her the vacation money she needed and she no longer had the money to repay me. I know you may say, well it was non-refundable" and I would agree with you if she had a) done anything for the money and b) been reachable. Not only did she keep my retainer for doing absolutely nothing, she refused to provide counsel after she kept my money. Buyer Beware.
