Had gotten a DUI at the end of junior year. Was having many concerns because I had gotten an internship across the country in a state were I needed to drive to work every day. He was able to push my court dates back until senior year, so I would be able to have my license for my first internship. This gave me peace of mind! And my internship never found out about my DUI.
Come senior year, he was able to get me ARD and my license was only suspended in PA for less then 6 months when it was supposed to be more. Considering all the substances (CLASS I included) in my body at the time arrested, this was great news.
Ronald Saupe then took care of my expungement process. I graduated from college and considering I travel for work a lot, Ronald Saupe has been very patient with me and how long I take to respond sometimes. He said he mailed me my expungement papers (at my mother’s address) but they were returned to him. I did see that email the same day and gave him a new address (and offered if he can scan them and email them to me), and I still never received them. I will contact him today again via email and ask for them again. This is the last important thing I need so I can forget about this incident.
This was all done for a reasonable price too!

Ron helped me with a very very complex business deal that had many moving parts. I was extremely impressed with his promptness, professionalism, and knowledge. Having no experience with the criminal justice system and being in our mid 60's we asked our Farming organization for a referral and hired an attorney in Harrisburg who did not communicate with us and did not know the law and certainly did not know the Centre County justice system. After being fed up we looked at reviews and Tim's stood out. We asked for a consultation and in minutes Tim understood the issue and formulated a strategy. Tim spent an entire hour with us and would not charge us. However, Tim did not take our case because we were in the process past the preliminary hearing stage. I wish we would have found Tim from the beginning. He offered great advise that our attorney would not take and he offered to talk to our attorney if he would call him for advise on the Centre County personalities. Hire Tim, he knows the system, has great strategies, returns calls and explains everything. We wish we would have known what to look for in an attorney but we were scared so we took a bad recommendation. Now my husband will be pleading guilty for raising animals in the wettest year on record in a natural way that face book people found offensive and we simply can't afford to go on with this criminal justice process that is anything but just and is unbelievably expensive and has put us under incredible stress, worry and fear that has harmed our health and well being.

A lifesaver may seem to be a strong word, but it is not when you are facing a felony record for life any potential jailtime. When facing a serious case which could have resulted in a felony record, out of talking to at least 10 lawyers, Mr. Masorti stood out the most. His intelligence, grace, and dedication will protect you all the time at any time. He will do work without ever giving you tension, with you not even realizing the work he is putting into the case. Out of multiple charges that would have made me a felon, Mr. Masorti was able to get everything downgraded to one single misdemeanor charge, that after one year of the ARD program (pre-trial invertion, probation) that only required a court check in online once a month, would get expunged. He stands out in my mind as THE most impressive lawyer I have ever met. You cannot go wrong and will never question your decision in choosing Mr. Masorti.

I recommend Joe to anyone who needs legal assistance. Joe not only was a great lawyer and extremely successful in my case, he truly cared about me as a client and did anything and everything he could for my case. Unlike other lawyers, he even accepted phone calls at night and on the weekends. In 2013, I was arrested for public drunkeness and we walked out of the courtroom with a verdict that I wasn't even expecting. He was also able to get it expunged off of my record. He helped me more than I could have even asked for, to say the least. Being a penn state student, I was very worried about how this was going to affect me academically, and Joe was able to give me a clean slate. I am more than thankful for Joe and what he did for me, and I would not reccomend any other lawyer in the State College area.

As an undergraduate at PSU I received a citation that required legal guidance. I reached out to Joe for representation in a time when he had much larger cases on his plate.....despite this, he took the time to call me, take my case, and explain the road ahead.
When I had my day in court, Joe stepped up to the plate and we left the court room with the verdict I desired. Joe dedicated his heart and mind my case...despite it being on a much smaller scale than some of his other professional cases at the time.

I have known many lawyers in my day, and not one has been so impressive as Julian Allat. You have never seen a case like mine, this I guarantee you. I was charged by an overzealous, politically motivated Attorney General 12 years ago. That's right 12 years! I knew that the facts of the case did not support a conviction, however, no one would listen. Several other attorneys failed me and I was losing faith in our judicial system. That is until Julian came to the rescue. Twelve years after being charged, and represented by these other attorneys, last month (March of 2019) Julian was able to get the Superior Court to overturn a wrongful conviction, and he is not finished yet. Not many lawyers would even attempt to go against the Attorney General on such a protracted mess of a case, but Julian did and succeeded where others failed. He is a very bright and very aggressive attorney who fights for his clients. He knows the law and likes to win. He takes the time to understand the case, negotiates when he needs to, but most importantly fights like hell when that is the only option left. Julian is comfortable in front of a jury, and just as impressive in the appellate courts. If you make the mistake of going to trial without Julian and find yourself convicted, don't give up! Call Julian and let him review your case. If there are issues for appeal, he will find them and fight to overturn that conviction. Hopefully, you never find yourself in need of an attorney. But if you need one, hire the best! Call Julian.

I hesitate to write anything much identifiable about my case but I deeply regret hiring this lawyer. It was a terrible experience and outcome for my case. His office looked rather hoarders on first impression which is the least of my complaints, but of course this does not set a professional impression (wrinkled suit draped on chair). Both myself and my case were dreadfully mishandled by this law office and I can not endorse it. I was told that the case against me was weak by all attorneys I consulted with actually. This lawyer that I hired lost my case spectacularly fact and wouldn't do the things listed in my fee agreement to help me. I feel he sabotaged me and my case extremely which is not what you hire a lawyer to do. I paid in full. He was extremely rude, and even admitted this to me. It is hard to find a decent lawyer in this area but I would not hire this office ever. Scary experience.

Wayne was recommended to me by another personal injury attorney who wouldn't take my auto-accident case. My case was simple in that the defendant admitted to fault, yet due to interstate no-fault and other insurance-related conflicts, and tight timeframe, it was not straightforward. Also, the defendant was underinsured, yet Wayne respected my wish to not go after the defendant's personal financial resources. Wayne is personable and kept me informed every step of the way, always encouraged questions and answered them in a timely manner.
An advantage is that Wayne had work experience on the insurance side and understood their process. The only downside is that Wayne is somewhat technology-challenged but that did not seem to affect my out-of-state communications with him or other case transactions.
In the end, I believe that Wayne did what was necessary, even at his own expense, to reach a satisfactory and best outcome possible with the other party / insurance company. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.

I consulted with Faith about a house sale that was a result of my inheriting my father's estate. I had never been in this situation before. Tony seems like a nice guy, but I would not recommend him as an attorney. He is unorganized, often tardy, and almost never responds to emails, phone calls, or texts. He also does not provide copies of emails (which are few and far between) that he sends to opposing counsel, so you are constantly guessing on the status and details of your case. He did not instill me with confidence to guide me through the legal processes.
The final straw for me was when he failed to file some legal forms that he asked me to come into his office and sign. He said that he would file them 2 days later, but that never happened. I even texted him about a week later to make sure that the filing went as planned, and there was no response. Eventually, I went into his office after he did not respond to texts, emails, or phone calls, and his receptionist did not even know where he was. I got a cryptic response from him a couple of days later, indicating that he would call me at a specific date and time. That date came and went, and I never heard from him again. The lawyer that I replaced Tony with got my case moving and was able to accomplish more in 2 weeks than he did in over a year.

Andy really helped me out of a jam. It was a long 4 year process but he always kept in contact and up to date. He is a great lawyer he has the experience to tell you how a case might go and what your actually looking at. I was charged with 7 different felonies. Andy by somehow got that reduced to 3 felonies with no jail time. People always tell me that I must have had one the best lawyers. It is very true!! I highly recommend Andy he will not let you down! If one does homework on Mr Marshall he stepped down as Asst D.A in 09. Mr Marshall mishandled my case badly and spoke to me very badly in my opinion. I have to live with the repercussions of his mishandling and lack of advocacy on my case. You hire a lawyer to argue and advocate for you and it was said that things were not argued. I was harmed in my case, in the mishandling of it and in I feel how I was spoken to as well. My case was very sloppily and incorrectly handled and lost. I also felt intimidated as a client which is not something one wants to feel from an attorney hired and paid well to represent your interests. He did not argue on my behalf in my opinion and I feel pretty much written into the decision. The opposing counsels statements about me were practically complimentary in comparison to his "representation" of me. I have no criminal record and was a victim with circumstances flipped on me. Empathy and passionate advocacy would have been nice, but I wonder where one can find that with attorneys in this area. I feel it's often mostly about money and whether they like their clients or find them important. I've found that if attorneys don't like their clients they speak down to them argue with them and screw up their case. Mine was lost either on purpose or because of such a poor job. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone given my experience. Attorneys are in a position of power and with that should come kindness towards their clients and professionalism ideally.

We sought Lance’s help on a very difficult situation for our daughter which included domestic violence and issues that could have affected her career in the long run due to false allegations being made in retaliation for finally having her husband arrested. Lance was responsive, fair and extremely knowledgeable about the laws. We found him to be honest and never gave us false hope but was able to always paint a clear picture of what the next steps would be.
