Words cannot express the gratitude, the heartfelt obligation she provided for me during my fight for justice. She is the best.
I was wrongly accused of a violation of the law that I did not commit.
I was extremely emotional, I dealt with anxiety and panic attacks. She did not judge me, she comforted although I was having emotional breakdowns. I was able to rely on her judgements, her sincerity and her efforts to fight.
She reassured me my fight was her fight, and even helped me breathe though when I felt like I was an emotional wreck.
What matters the most in the event when I lost one of my twin baby’s to death she made sure she made appearances and decision that benefited me.
I love her whole team because of the whole team put an effort to fight we had case law that was unstoppable and won our writ of mandamus. I am forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone that experience the injustice that I had.

Emily is an Amazing Criminal Defense attorney! Emily will see through all lies and deception. Emily's closing arguments are incomparable to any other attorney. Emily is the ONLY attorney I've ever seen make a DA mad, because Emily's knowledge and comprehension is way above that DA here in San Joaquin. Remind you she did nothing insulting or rude.
Emily is completely fair across the board and will not sugar coat things for you. She has told me im wrong for doing certain things but corrected me and gave me advice rather then shunning me.
Pricing? abnormally cheap for an attorney.
I cannot explain how good she is with out talking about my case. If you're interested in results look up " CR - 2022 5346 "
But to sum things up. She beat a case that would normally be seen as unbeatable.
I have given her business card to multiple of my friends. We will be contacting her again soon to help my friend gain citizenship.

I am a control freak and when it came to my babies, I was panicked at the though that my soon to be ex-husband would take them from me. Finding Jacob was the best thing that could have happened. He and his staff walked me through the entire process, they answered every single one of my emails and phone calls and questions (and believe me, I called a lot!) The best part was when I got my bill, Jacob had "No-Charged" many of those calls and emails! He didnt nick;e and dime me, he didnt BS me, and he and his staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt like my needs were important to them. In the end I got joint legal custody and primary phyiscal custody of my children and I am very happy with how things have gone with the visitation. I would call Jacob in a heartbeat if I ever needed any other legal represenation and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who asked.

Mr. Traverso puts his whole self into getting things done. I had a hard time communicating with my ex husband and Mr Traverso took that over for me. I started off my divorce process, thinking that I could handle it without a family law attorney, even though my ex-wife had hired one of the most notorious divorce attorneys in our area. This ended up being a big mistake on my part and all I did was dig myself into a big hole. I had a restraining order filed against me, the custody of my child taken away, and was facing potential jail time. But thank God a good friend of mine referred me to Mr. Traverso and he was able to pull me out of the quicksand. He coached me through the mediation process and did everything necessary for me to regain custody of my child and avoid jail time. Anytime I had a question or a concern about my situation he was there to push me in the right direction with his advice. Divorce is a serious process And if your ex partner has legal representation I strongly urge that you give Mr. Traverso a call to reassure that you are not being taken advantage of. Without his help I don’t know where I would be , or what I would’ve ended up with in the whole divorce process. Thankyou Mr. Traverso!!!

Ellen will always be the kindest person I encountered during my three months cumulative time incarcerated over two sessions since October 2015. She is very intelligent, respectful and compassionate.
My first arrest resulted from an assault charge against an officer amongst other charges. I do not recall ever striking an officer in the heat of the moment during an incident at a downtown Stockton business. Jail is a cold, hardening place and following a fight (my only ever real fight) in which I participated against corrections officers (didn't tell me where we were going and I was afraid), I was assigned an all red outfit like other allegedly violent people.
Ellen is someone I originally met in court and she ALWAYS treats me and others (regardless of status) with a level of respect and care one may give to family and colleagues. She offers a hand shake, eye contact and actual interest in helping serve and bring justice to our community and its citizens.
I consider Ellen a friend as we both exchange kind words with each other and am very appreciative of her ongoing support in court and in general. She chooses to use her talent and power to fight for our area's integrity and the quality of life of some of its most isolated, vulnerable people; inmates.

Ellen has saved my life from many harsh situations over a period of about 15 years. I have a history of mental illness (i.e.; bipolar disorder) and Ellen has always treated me with respect and generosity of her time and expertise in this area of "criminology". Dru Hunt has been amazing from the get go! I actually contacted him in a Sunday over a holiday weekend and he answered my questions and made an appointment to meet with me on that following Tuesday. He was always available to me anytime, any day. He worked very hard for my family. What we were facing was scary and potentially detrimental for my family. Dru was recommended to me by a friend, and I needed him to appear for a short hearing to avoid trial. With little to no previous information Dru was able to review my case in 3 days and knew exactly what I wanted. Thanks to Attorney Joe Coimbra, I now have a SECOND CHANCE at life. I was on that miserable S.O. registry for decades. I visited other lawyers to try to help me, but none of them had a clue. Mr. Dombois is a very upfront, honest and professional attorney whom I hired for my boyfriend who had criminal charges n San Joaquin county. He walked me through the whole process and not only did I feel comfortable after I met with him I also felt confident that everything would turn out good. I appreciate attorneys such as Mr. Dombois. A year and a half ago i was facing 30 plus years in prison. Count them, 30! In front of a judge who wasnt the least bit interested in justice. A D.A. that is known for dealing out 20 plus year sentences for basic a 211. His henchmen/women who were at every court date co-signing from the peanut gallery, waiting to stick a fork in me. I hired an attorney who's name i will not mention for the simple fact he has no business being mentioned in the same breathe as Mr. Dombois. I was charged with a 211 with a gun enhancement, possession of 11 fire arms ( 4 of which were assault riffles), 4000 plus norco pills, cocaine, marijuana, stolen property, etc. All of my drug charges were for sales and all had the dreaded gun enhancement attached. The first lawyer i hired, as well as the PI who he suggested, were actively trying to sell me up the river. so much that i reported him to the bar association. Luckily i was able to post bond after sitting in jail for 5 months. I done extensive research on attorneys. Who could save me from an unrelenting, unjust, and unbeatable rigged game they call a justice system. Who would take this fight that either no one wanted, or were to afraid. Who would fight for me the way i would fight for myself? Markus Dombois not only took the fight, but he took the fight to them! He systematically attacked, dismantled, and rendered the prosecution and judge powerless. On our first day in court Markus stood up to the almighty judge and openly put them all on notice that he will stop at nothing to ensure his client gets a fair trial! He held their feet to the fire and they gave in. They gave in because they knew he would not! He is one of the best attorneys in the state of California and he is hired and defends all over this great state. Today i walked out of court with all charges dismissed and a new lease on life. Markus Dombois turned 30 plus years into ZERO! He is not only one of the greatest attorneys alive. He is a hero!

Markus is the right one. Honest, no bull, straight up and will FIGHT the bad guys. My neighbor accused me of disturbing the peace. Neighbor also worked for the DA in the passed.. He works for a large law firm Mayhal Hurly in Stockton. He tried to use his lawyer powers to BULLY my family and myself. He pulled out the RACE CARD and tried that route. He tried to put me in jail for ten days, I was booked. WHY was I booked???? Justice?? I was GUILTY before I had a chance to say my side of the story. My side of the story never came out. Markus took us to the readiness trial and the BAD LAWYER NEIGHBOR and his DA buddies dropped the charges. Bad Lawyer neighbor was not able to hold up his end, of his fabricated lies . I wanted to bring to your attention a concern regarding the service at your office, specifically regarding the secretary, Maritsa. The level of service provided by her is below satisfactory. It is challenging to reach someone in the office, and when phone calls are finally answered, there is often a noticeable negative attitude.
