When picking an attorney to represent you there is alot of things you want and need to see in them. Lance checks all the boxes. He is confident and realistic. I had a consult with R.J. yesterday because I was concerned how my current divorce lawyer was handling my case bec she seemed a bit too friendly with my ex's lawyer who she knew. R.J kindly gave me his time and listened to my concerns and told me that he would gladly accept my case, but he thought my lawyer is doing the right thing by me and my kids. Now, that is a response from a highly intelligent, fair-minded attorney. If anything does happen with my current lawyer, I will be retaining R.J. because he's honest, straightforward and cares about the children involved in high conflict cases. I've interviewed at least 25 lawyers over my case and R.J. definitely stands out in a very good way.

There were days I didn't want to leave my home because my family and I were being followed, I felt as if I were being harassed all because my husband an Osceola County Deputy was wrongly accused of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, theft of government funds, and aggravated identity theft in a scheme to obtain fraudulent federal income tax refunds. I felt as if my life was ending. These great men looked my husband and I in the eyes and said we will fight until the end. Titus we Promise you we will fight with all of our being and they did. On December 5, 2015 at 8:09pm 13 jurors walked into the courtroom with their heads held high and came to an agreement that my husband is Not Guilty! Not Guilty was read 3 times and all could hear in the room was my husband Cry Out Before The Amazing God We Serve Thank You God...Thank You God! Judge Walker could have stopped reading and asked my husband to end his Cry however he zoned it out and continued to read Jury instructions, thanked the jury, and the attorneys. My husbands friend sat next to me as I cried and mumbled Thank You God over and over again. As you know here are only 12 Jurors during a Federal Trial however during my husbands week long trial my father passed away! Kibbey and Jason remined me that my dad was going to be the Angel in the room as the jurors deliberated. I say my dad was the Foreman. Thank you daddy, I love you for giving your life so my husband can be Free!

I would recommend Attorney Chris Baehman. I had a misdemeanor possession charge for marijuana under 20g and it was a first offense for me personally. I have never had a criminal history and I was looking for legal counsel on my case and looking for someone who was going to help me make the best decision for my consequences. I met with multiple attorneys and I explained my situation and after speaking with Attorney Baehman, I felt that he was going to be fair and honest with me as his client. Although my case was a misdemeanor I felt that he took his time to look into other cases similar to mine and he explained to me what my possible outcomes would be and he never once guaranteed me any possible outcome, yet he was able to direct me to what was best for me and my family. He was very professional and he truly invest his time into his clients. He listens to his clients and shows empathy for their situation. I was not arrested, but summons to court and through the representation of him I was able to take a plea deal of no probation, plus a fine, court cost, substance abuse course, and adjudication withheld. My husband Gary Hoskins and I had a very difficult case involving our granddaughter and TPR.
It is not easy for grandparents to win a case involving TPR and children. Grandparents do not have any rights to their grandchild in the state of Florida.
We went through the most difficult and extremely serious battle and I thank God to Bill Hess who fought for our grandchild as if it were his own.
When choosing Bill Hess, we had spoken with several ( 7) other attorneys that handle these types of cases and every single one of them gave me the SAME EXACT info and informed us of our rights and what they could do in court for us, which was actually not much.
We were given Bill Hess's name by someone who knew him and watched him in court..they told me, if...IFFFF YOU WANT TO WIN, YOU MUST GET WILLIAM HESS!
He knows the LAW like NO OTHER ATTORNEY OK!
everything we were told by all 7 attorneys prior to him was VERY WRONG and, in 2 weeks Bill Hess had us a party to the case( which all 7 attorneys told us was impossible by the way) and he ran the case and court room!
He saved a 4 year olds LIFE!
I'll be honest with you...Bill Hess is pure integrity and he pulls no punches! He never gave us false hope..and we were doing well in our 3 day trial and still...he gave me a 51% chance to win! I couldnt even get 52% from him after a great day in court and he said, "we had a great day today in court"
He will not tell you you're going to win! But lol lol lol HESS DOESN'T LIKE TO LOSE AND THOSE WORDS SAID IT ALL TO MY HUSBAND AND I..WE HIRED HIM AT THAT MOMENT!

Mr. Hess isn't afraid to go up against this corrupt system. His overall knowledge of how DCF operates gave us the first glimmer of hope since my grandson had been kidnapped by DCF on 2/27/14. The public 'pretender' did NOTHING to get my grandson back even though DCF committed perjury to remove him. As soon as Mr. Hess came on board, he got the ball rolling and left no stones unturned. If it hadn't been for his expertise & 'plan of attack' I'm not so sure we would have gotten my grandson 'saved' from this very corrupt system. He was truly a God send!

Kind of a late review but about eight years ago , I had the opportunity to speak to Thomas Colter while I was a young kid in my early 20s working in a restaurant.
I’ve made a lot of bad mistakes and I was really stupid and I guess I just didn’t really care about the outcome back then. I forgot exactly what it was I did, some thing about falling asleep at a red light with no license, and unfortunately what could have been my second DUI at the time.
After speaking to this man, and telling him my story, a young kid with not much money , he decided to help me for free
I did everything this man told me to do to get my license back in order and I did….this guy proceeded to fight for me and got my charges dropped.
I’ll never forget the care he had, and didn’t see me as just some screwup kid and actually wanted to invest his time into me.
Well, it did take me messing up one more time a few years later in 2018 but ever since then I have had a wake up call.
I cut out every person in my life that wasn’t doing anything positive for me, and I moved far away as I watched all my friends day from afar. I got myself a nice career in the flooring industry, and a beautiful baby daughter I raise myself. I love the life that I live today. I guess I’m just simply here leaving a review to thank you for the care and help poured into me, and it truly has made an impact on my life and how I thought about things in the future. Kind of like every time I know I’m doing something I shouldn’t do I think about this man who still up for me when I was completely wrong because he knew I had a future. Even when I didn’t think I had one.
I also used to go to high school with his daughter, who has always been a pretty amazing person, and from what I could tell a very good friend to others.

Mr. Galante and Abby were very compassionate, patient and helpful in my divorce. They understood my angle of wanting to offer reconciliation first and were willing to try my ideas while offering very sound advice and experience. I hired Christian in my domestic battery case and he had assured me early on that my sentence would be reasonable. I went 13 weeks at one point with him not accepting one of my calls while I was incarcerated. He also missed multiple appointments during my time incarcerated. Despite my reluctance to follow his advice in hiring a psychiatrist and paying $1,500.00 for an evaluation I did. Christian said verbatim "if you pay the fee the psychiatrist will say what we need him to". Once the psychiatrist completed the report I was advised by the psychiatrist office that Christian never even followed up on obtaining the report. At my sentencing after Christian failed miserably to have my felony withheld he walked out of the courtroom without even saying anything to me or discussing an appeal. He is a poor excuse for a lawyer and should not be in litigation.

He does NOT represent me, and will not return any emails, or answer his office phone, as HE DOES NOT HAVE TOO. This is coming from a worried mother, our child is being exposed to awful events. Mr. Rogers does nothing but allow his client to continue to put our child in danger. If you want your child safe DO NOT CHOOSE HIM. His assistant Brittany, makes personal calls to my child's father, expressing her opinions of me and how she thinks things should go, not to mention including the flirting with him. That's just disgusting and unprofessional. She hangs up on me, she will not listen she just wants to argue. I am truly lost and I pray god heals him and reminds him why he is a family law attorney including a criminal one. Does a criminal attorney usually allow his own client to commit crimes ? Kind of a late review but about eight years ago , I had the opportunity to speak to Thomas Colter while I was a young kid in my early 20s working in a restaurant.
I’ve made a lot of bad mistakes and I was really stupid and I guess I just didn’t really care about the outcome back then. I forgot exactly what it was I did, some thing about falling asleep at a red light with no license, and unfortunately what could have been my second DUI at the time.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Bowdish and their team. Not only was Bowdish consistently rude, but their lack of knowledge about the law was glaringly evident. I felt neglected as a client, with little to no updates on my case, and their staff displayed an unacceptable level of disrespect, outright stating that they didn't have any obligation to assist me.
