George is a very dedicating that will do all his best to put you at the most favor condition as possible. When I had a couple of condition give in probation rules. There are couple of rules that he would like to get rid of for my sake as he knows I would be reliable to do no such things harmful. This was my first time getting into this area of criminal. My head was expecting nothing. I'm totally clueless about myself, what do I do, what I have to do or what do i need to do. For all my life I have been living good, I never thought I would be in such scenario like I did today. Thanks to George, he really takes your times to give you a lot of insight and did his best make the best result out of your case. He is very patience and communicate. I would strongly recommend to have him help your case. 100% for sure he will do all the best he can to make sure you are in a good place. Brandon Hellwig from Tom Anelli was impressive. The first few months I had so much anxiety, but each time I talked to Brandon my anxiety lessened. He guided me through the next steps I needed to take, regarding everything in my life that this case affected. He was honest about my options, what might be possible, and was clear that his honest professional opinion will only come after he reviewed all the evidence. My entire livelihood was on the line and everything that I worked hard for! Brandon listened to my concerns and worked diligently on my behalf. One day he called me with an offer that was the best offer and did not require further delay. When we arrived at our next court date, no one could believe what had just happened and I mean no one. I mean! everyone looked like what/how. So yes, I have earned the right to say, “Brandon is the Man,” and although I will never end up in another position where I will need Brandon, he is my go-to and if you want a good defense, he will hopefully your go to as well.
My initial consultation was warm, comforting, and welcoming. I did have an issue when I could not get Brandon on the phone right away, but Kaylee was awesome in delivering messages and listening to me vent, sorry Kaylee and I do appreciate you. I do, however, get why the system is set up in such a way. At the end of the day, he can work to get favorable outcomes if he is listening/talking to people like me all day with their anxiety at 150%. A bit pricey but worth your life and freedom.

I received a speeding ticket while driving a crew team to the Head of the Charles Regatta. I was trying to catch back up with the caravan and went to fast. I am from another state and searched the internet and found positive reviews for Mr. Ariza and decided to give it a shot. He was excellent and got my violation dismissed with a reasonable fine and a 1 hour online defensive driving class. No points or record of the offense. I was more than pleased. Excellent communication from their office through the whole process.

I was wrongly issued a ticket by a police officer who made a snap decision that was incorrect. I contacted Seth for help. He wanted to know the nature of the violation and my side of the story. He then told me to sit back as he would take on the matter for me. He updated me regularly as he communicated with the court, and eventually resolved the matter for me. His fee was reasonable and the results were excellent. I highly recommend him.

Went to court with 3 traffic tickets expecting to pay for every one of them. Matt Dotzler was nothing but incredible the entire time. My case involved some traffic offenses, and he was appointed to me by the court. This was my first time ever having to deal with a lawyer, and he made the process incredibly easy. I was pretty stressed out by the whole thing, and he made a concerted effort to work on my issue until it was done. Two of my charges were thrown out and one was reduced! A better job than I ever could have asked for.

Back in 2008, I got into some trouble with multiple DWI charges, in a few different counties. Another lawyer referred me to Dana, and when I called him he answered my call immediately. I ended up hiring Dana for all of my cases, and he resolved them all to my satisfaction. In fact, the outcome was MUCH better than I could have ever expected. Fortunately, I didn't need a criminal defense attorney again until 2016, when I got another DWI. I wasn't sure if Dana would handle the case, because it was far away from his office. I called Dana from the police station, and he answered the phone and was able to give me advice regarding what I should do. I followed Dana's instructions and hired him to handle the case. I was really scared about what would happen to me. The charges were serious, and I was going to lose my license for a very long time (maybe forever), if I was convicted of the charges. I was concerned about my job, as I travel extensively for work and, as a single mother, rely upon my job to support my child. During the course of my case (which was handled very efficiently), Dana was always available to meet or talk by phone to address my concerns. He has the patience of a saint! Somehow, Dana kept my license from ever being suspended and got my felony DWI charges DISMISSED! He saved my life and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing a compassionate, skilled criminal defense attorney.

When I appeared before the court, I had 4 outstanding traffic tickets that varied in severity. I was very nervous due to the severity of 1 of the charges , after consultation I retained Mr. Balduf . He was very direct and he laid out a clear directive for me to follow . I provided him any information that he requested in relation to DMV documents etc... In a very short period of time, Mr. Balduf was able to have all but 1 ticket dismissed , that of which was reduced to a traffic violation and a small fine .I couldn't have imagined a better outcome for myself. If I ever need an attorney again , I will call him first.

We have had multiple traffic matters that needed to be addressed. We faced the likelihood of high insurance premiums, going to court and possible suspension of a license. William Balduf took care of our traffic matters for a reasonable rate (we had called around). We did not have to go to Court and our insurance was not affected. I highly recommend him for your DWI and traffic concerns.

I contacted Craig 13 years ago and after speaking with him and meeting him to discuss Chapter 7 bankruptcy I hired him to handle the case. He did an excellent job and I can't tell how you how impressed I was with his service. Fast forward to 2013 as a result of divorce I reached back out to him for help and just like he did 13 years ago he was there to help me out and I am glad that I did. What sets Craig apart from other attorneys in the area is that he is a down to earth easy spoken straight up guy who you can feel comfortable speaking to. From the first initial meeting with Craig he walks you through everything explaining the pros and cons and develops a strategy that best fits your situation. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in his field and is always available if you have any questions or concerns. I have referred several people to Craig, who have unfortunately gone through similar situations that I have, and every one hired Craig to represent them. What impressed me the most is he's not you're stereotypical uptight lawyer, he's a real guy & you can talk to him without fear of judgement. I hired him because I trusted him & his fees fit my budget. He knew the process & was with me throughout as was his incredible support staff. Ray Dague helped me when I was falsely accused as the aggressor in a street fight. He literally saved me from even going to court and got my case dropped at the grand jury level. I was a kid and I was scared. He have me comfort and treated me like family. To this day I cherish this man and would trust him with my life. When I see him I treat him as a dear friend, as he is. I owe him more than he could ever have charged me, which was very reasonable.
He's mature, caring, slow to speak and quick to listen and has a very calming presence and he is a family man. Quite frankly the man inspired me when I was younger and still does. He obviously has my full recommendations with out any regard. He's as good an attorney as they come and equal in character.

I retained Mr. Oastler following an arrest for 1st Offense DWI. Chris did a wonderful job negotiating the closing on our second home as we were selling our first.
