I had to hire Ray due to a not so wise choice that was made some time ago, due to the nature of it, I will not post the details on a public area but I will say that Ray is top-notch. Professional, courteous, Non Judgmental and he is available to answer questions about your case if needed. His rates are more than fair/reasonable and there are no high-pressure tactics to hire him " or else" you'll get screwed by " the system" as some of these big firms do. I was initially facing 30 days in jail for a misdemeanor issue but was able to negotiate with the prosecutor for a 2 day sentence which is basically one along with a class to satisfy the court order. No loss of job and I have a professional career so that was relieving. I highly recommend Ray's services, he is highly knowlegable and does his best to get your best outcome.
** Always remember folks, stay out of trouble with the law, the " system" sucks and is not on your side, lol. In all seriousness, Thanks Ray, Job well done.

Jimmy cook told me to sign for ten thousand and that I could beef up that number if I got injections in my neck when my hip hurt. They would ignore my calls for months at a time and they're was a time Kelly hung up on me then texted me five minutes later after I said who I was. My chiropractor told me to contact them to sign the HIPPA agreement after three months of treatment letting me know they hadn't communicated for three months at all. They told me to quit the physical therapy that they would get me one closer then ignored my calls for months only to call back and say so you're done treatment. I would say no and would be ignored for another few months. They told me to sign for 10k three years ago and when I didn't they passed me to another firm that got me 85k they want to get paid now when I should file for legal Mel practice considering I recorded all our interactions.

I will always be so grateful for Henry Beam , he is the most patient person in the world. He fought for me for three years and got me the best deal for my case . I almost gave up the first year cause I didn't trust anyone ever , and Henry showed me that he is trustworthy , and once I felt let go and could let him make decisions cause he knows what he is doing , everything fell into place. it was a feeling u can't imagine. I personally would of told me , beat it lady I quit. I was a mess and because of him, I am a better person and him wining my case gave me another chance to live a good life.

I would highly recommend attorney Henry Beam as he did a great job with my case! Not only was I pleased with the final outcome but he assiduously stuck by me for the almost 2 years while my case was closed and re-opened due to results not coming back on time. He is very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of past written laws as well as newly enforced laws and policies. I love that he is very straight forward with facts and options and does not sugar coat anything or beat around the bush. Thanks to him I recieved the very minimal for my DUI and got a whole other charge completely dropped that could have been detrimental to my record.

Henry Beam is an amazing attorney! He gtook my case and had alot of confidence. He reassured me evrything would work out to my best interest and he would fight for me. I was devastated when I got a DUI in Scottsdale last Thanksgiving. I did my due diligence and spoke with 10 different lawyers. I decided to go with Craig Penrod, and have no regrets. He was honest straightforward and available to me for any questions I had. He did exactly what he said he would do, and for warned me of any possible outcomes. He even accomplished several of the tasks he did not promise he could do. I really appreciated his honesty and his working knowledge of the system prepared me for a realistic outcome. His fee was reasonable and there was no extra charges for phone calls or consultations. Incidentally I live out of state so if you are in that circumstance I highly recommend him.

I had two DUIs. They are nearly impossible to beat an I know that so I wasn't expecting that and it didn't happen. What happened was Craid saved me 6 months in jail by appealing the first ruling while getting blood tests thrown out of another, taking a plea and closing both cases as FIRST OFFENSES! Without this strategy I would still be in jail. Just an FYI, I'm sober now and after 2 DUI I realized I had problem and sought help.

I was involved in an altercation and was ordered to appear in court. After getting nowhere talking to the prosecuting attorney Slade was recommended by a family friend. Slade kept me up-to-date on everything and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on matters concerning my case. The case went exactly the way we had anticipated, with NO surprises!!! Christopher J Palmisano Law took all the stress away from dealing with the insurance company of the person that caused the accident. He and his team acted quickly and did not stop negotiations until Geico agreed to cover all costs and more. Chenique is the only person in this firm who treated me and my mother with thoughtfulness, professionalism and respect. If the words Cook Law weren’t next to her name i would swear i was dealing with my best friend or a close family member. She definitely made my mother and i feel important. I got stuck with this scheister lawyer when I filed a motion for a change of counsel and was met with consent verbal condescending, chastising abuse during our calls. He said, the reason you got me was because, you had issues with other attorneys. My other court appointed attorneys screwed me over by not getting my phone where I had evidence to clear my charges and circumvent me to take a plea. When I realize it would ruin my life, she would not undo the plea which I found too late I could have. Another Lawyer, dumped me off on her investigator who told me the system was not fair. That women got away with ruining your life. How they lost a really strong case. If I did not trust them, to get another team. He says, obvious they did and they withdrew and I got appointed." No, I motion the courts three weeks before my previous attorney withdrew and had to remind her to withdraw from my case.
Kyle patronizes me saying, I have been doing post-conviction relief for eight years, nine years, something like that.' You are the first client to call me to know about your case two days after I gotten it. "This is not my first rodeo." So, my case is like a circus or a rodeo to him. When I ask questions about my charges he said, “If you have a problem with the classifications an offense, take it up with legislator. Don't take it up with me.” I get ridiculed for calling him first.
He had my case for a month and he did nothing. I motion the court again and was denied and stuck with him. My previous team had an investigator who were going to look into other angles for my case. He refused to get one. I had a free consultation from another attorney which I could not afford who told me all my lawyers were giving me in effective council and all Kyle did was read the report and replied he saw nothing wrong. However, he said, if I did not sign a plea, you would have won at trial. Kyle put in no effort in my case and was vindictive not to withdraw and the courts made me stay with him I was not able to represent myself.
I am glad I am the second person in a month who has submitted a negative review on Kyle Green and others will come forward.

I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know what information is relevant, what needs to be substantiated with evidence, or how I’m allowed to communicate in a courtroom under these pretenses. That’s why I hired an attorney.
I was assaulted by a man who lied to me about his identity. His true identity revealed that he is the author of a book that advocates for the assault of women. Obviously had I known that, I never would have gone out with him. There was an extreme amount of manipulation that followed the assault. The incident culminated with an altercation at my gym that prompted me to file a restraining order, which I was granted. I hired Kyle when the order was challenged.
I filed a case against this man with the local police. What I had to say was compelling enough that an undercover detective showed up to the hearing.
I got a delayed start to working with Kyle because his team couldn't even be bothered to ensure they put the correct name on the contract.
Virtually no information was requested of me prior to the hearing. When asked about text communication I did tell him there wasn't much- my communication with my abuser was months ago and I didn't remember the full extent of our conversation. A prepared attorney would have asked to see the texts anyway- the burden of proof is on the filer and he had literally nothing else to do to prepare.
When we got to the courtroom I noticed my witness wasn’t there, so I called him. He explained that Kyle told him he was going to confirm with him and that that didn't happen. Regardless of who’s error it was, I asked if he needed to come and Kyle said no. The hearing started very late and he lives right next to the courthouse and could have made it if I had insisted. I would have insisted had I known that I wouldn't be able to reference anything that happened at the gym that day without his testimony. I don’t understand why Kyle wouldn’t have communicated this to me knowing the impact it would have on my ability to address any part of that very scary event.
The fact that my abuser lied to me about his identity is far from irrelevant. Mesa PD are the ones who informed me of this- I had no idea that I would need to provide a witness from Mesa PD about how I arrived at this information. The judge did not allow me to say a single word about this. This is procedural information Kyle would have known as an attorney.
I failed to meet my burden of proof- or rather KYLE did. He failed to do his due diligence and look at the texts. He failed to connect with the witness, and failed to advise me appropriately when asked about whether the witness needed to come. He failed to provide evidence regarding the information I was given by the police on the true identity of my abuser, or to advise me appropriately
The worst thing happened- the protective order was dropped. Had I been doing this on my own without Kyle’s council I would have taken the due diligence to research what was required of me and I would have shown up more prepared than I did with him by my side. I seriously doubt a detective would have been in that room on my behalf had my account really been that unreliable or outlandish. The outcome of that hearing obliterated any chance I'll ever have of justice for the sodomy I endured.
It got much worse though, my abuser requested attorney fees and they were granted. Kyle decided it wasn’t important to communicate with me as his client before he challenged the order. I’m angry that he sent off the objection without so much as asking me about it or having me review the letter. Had he taken a single moment to talk to me, he would have known that I spent most of last year on unemployment, as I was forced to restructure my business.He completely failed to represent my interests, as he took zero time to understand

Jimmy cook told me to sign for ten thousand and that I could beef up that number if I got injections in my neck when my hip hurt. They would ignore my calls for months at a time and they're was a time Kelly hung up on me then texted me five minutes later after I said who I was. My chiropractor told me to contact them to sign the HIPPA agreement after three months of treatment letting me know they hadn't communicated for three months at all. They told me to quit the physical therapy that they would get me one closer then ignored my calls for months only to call back and say so you're done treatment. I would say no and would be ignored for another few months. They told me to sign for 10k three years ago and when I didn't they passed me to another firm that got me 85k they want to get paid now when I should file for legal Mel practice considering I recorded all our interactions.

I was represented by Kristina in both a federal case and a state case. Throughout the entire process she was very hard to reach by phone or email. Not to mention when I did have court appearances she would often send someone else to deal with me. I have dealt with many different attorneys and have never encountered this. I paid to be represented by her, I did not appreciate her sending associates, often her as well as her associates would show up past the expected time agreed upon. The biggest issue for me was her not following through with the duties I hired her to handle, along with being EXTREMELY FLAKY as far as handling communication with me as a client.

I have hired Lisa a couple times when I was doing crazy things in my life. My bf also hired her when he got into some trouble. I was facing 13.5 years if I went with a Public Defender. I spent 10.5 long hard mind in county jail, as soon as Lisa got my case she was thorough I was released 90 days after she got my case. My previous lawyer did nothing on my behalf, he was ignorant to my case but Lisa was willing to fight for me! And still is she was even upset about probation plea (we both felt was unnecessary due to lack of evidence). I should not have signed it but after almost a year I was unable to find strength to fight anymore I needed to get back to my life and Lisa understood this. She got me out of there and I am now on my way to completing probation successfully, I thank God for Lisa, I pray He send her many people innocently rotting in jail that need her as I did thank you Lisa for everything!
