Best lawyer you can get without a question. I was charged with a 2nd offense DUI tier 3 and was facing a lot of jail time. Evan got it down to a tier 1 and just some house arrest. I am beyond thankful and blessed. He is worth every penny he asked for and more. Do not hesitate to hire him.

I hired Alex for my husband drug case. Seemed like a decent guy at first. Talked a good game. 5,000 in his hand from day one! He became the worst attorney. He was very rude and arrogant. yelled at me more than the DA. No motions was put in. We waited 6 months for notes of testimony from the preliminary hearing. Which my husband requested day one of him being hired. Gave him 6500 just for to make it seem like he got the best deal possible when he did no work. Would not recommend for a criminal attorney. He was selling my husband out to the DA the whole time in my opinion. He will take your money!

Alex was able to deliver the best possible outcome in my traffic case. Without going into details, I was facing a minimum of a six month license suspension; we were ultimately able to plea down to charges that did not result in any license suspension.
I couldn’t be any happier with the level of support and ultimate resolution I received relative to the cost of Alex’s services.
Should I require legal services in the future, Alex will be my first stop, and I would gladly recommend him to friends/family.

I cannot say enough positive things about Curt. He responded to me the same day I called, while he was on vacation. Curt was understanding, kind, compassionate, reassuring and resourceful. Attorney Miller assisted me and my family with a Landlord//Tenant dispute and resolved our issue. Upon my first consultation with him, he listened to my case/grievance and jumped right in to help me. When I met with him in person for document review, he gave me a "firm" hand shake, which shows a person's sincerity and integrity, and Attorney Miller has both.
I recommend Attorney Miller for any Landlord/Tenant case, as he fights hard for justice for his clients.

Dan HANIFIN did an amazing job helping me with my case. was able to get felony reduced to a misdemeanor and that enabled me to get back into school.He made the whole process very smooth and easy to understand every step of the way. I was looking at 7 points and $1700 in fines which is bad for a tractor trailer driver. My attorney Mr. Daniel Hanifin was able to negotiate on my behalf and got things down to NO POINTS and $900 in fines and was able to get me a payment plan. WOW talk about getting the job done! I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney in Pennsylvania.

Joel is very knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, and articulate. He guided me through a challenging period in my life. I had 2 DUI's and I contacted Joel. After we discussed my cases, I hired him. Joel was very responsive and always got back to me if I had questions or concerns. He was able to show the court that indeed I was an intelligent, productive member of society, who had psychiatric and emotional issues that lead to drinking. Furthermore, due to the DUI's I had a large insurance company come after me and Joel handled that challenge swiftly and carefully, and convinced the insurance company to drop their case.

Caroline and her team represented me for a DUI I was charged with back in 2021 where the state trooper lied about everything from why he charged me with a DUI, because I was not intoxicated, to the reason why he even pulled me over to begin with which was unlawful. Caroline, Mary, Donna, and everyone who was on my case actually listened to me, believed me that I was telling the truth and proved it with video and by catching the trooper on the stand lying. This past over three years have been probably the toughest of my life, because of this stopping me from moving to Phoenix, and the care and compassion that Caroline showed toward me and what was right is incomparable and priceless to what I've seen from any other attorney that I've worked with. She didn't sugarcoat or bs anything and that was very much appreciated as well. Caroline and her whole team are amazing and I definitely recommend her if you want things done right.

When I walked in there I needed direction I was so confused . Didn't matter when I called matt made time for me with a smile. I know it's not always easy to deal with some one who doesn't understand all the legal know how but it didn't matter matt and Evan explained the same thing to me ten times. I recently had four drug charges pending against me, and thanks to the exceptional work of my trial attorney I was acquitted of all charges. Steve answered every question I had and I genuinely felt like he cared about the outcome of my case. A so call person name Joelle Shanesy said she is a partner with this law firm Lamb McErlane but she is not you can go onto the website and see for your , this not so honest person worked for three law firms in the year and now she is here at Lamb McErlane ready to steal more money but this time I did not follow her to this law firm.
She promise to call me back and she don't, kept telling me that she is going over my case and she didn't but bills me for time that she wasn't working on my case and I have all the proof to show it.
For 5 months Joelle didn't even get a discovery done for a simple divorce case but billed me $2600.00
So I will tell you , your friends and family to not hire her as your lawyer she will lie and if you lie you will cheat and if you cheat you will steal and she did .
