Older man next me lost $120K from $210K saved all his life. Please, go & talk to them free. They have a license legally rub us. Please, do not rush, do your homework. Upon first meeting with him, he listened carefully to why I needed help from a professional. He never rushed me into hiring him or making a decision, in fact he suggested I wait and handle a few other personal and more important issues first. Full disclosure, the attorney you are reading this review about just happens to be my husband. I have consulted with him, effectively hiring him to do anything and everything legal, financial, real estate related and otherwise. This is not a "please consider my husband" testimonial, but rather a synopsis from a former practicing attorney in the field with an objective view as it relates to the kinds of deals Jason Kapit handles.
I know firsthand how difficult real estate transactions can be. Having practiced family law for almost a decade, much of the focus was concentrated around the division of assets, ultimately requiring the household residence to be sold. Having Jason Kapit handle these types of sensitive deals, with not only a keen understanding of real estate but also a legal perspective (contract language, negotiation), especially in the fraud-filled South Florida environment, was a welcomed sigh of relief for clients who were emotionally drained during such an arduous process.

Anthony Genove is a great Attorney and has a great team working for him, I would even go as far as to say he is one of the best in south Florida. A lot of Attorneys say they care about you but Anthony dose, he may not be able to take you call right then and there but he will call you back in a timely manner. I had used Mr Kantor is the past and had been satisfied. However, recently I retained him to handle two cases. I learned he did not show at the hearing on the first case. The 2nd case he had still not filed for a hearing and the deadline was less than 8 days away. I requested a refund. I did not receive a response, an apology for not appearing at the scheduled hearing., or a refund. Extremely disappointed.
