I hired another attorney several years ago to handle my divorce and subsequent modification...I wish I had heard of Evan back then!! Upon first meeting with him, he listened carefully to why I needed help from a professional. He never rushed me into hiring him or making a decision, in fact he suggested I wait and handle a few other personal and more important issues first. He advised me as if I were a friend and not a paying client. His team also treated me with professionalism and handled all my questions with priority and urgency. Evan was always a straight shooter with me. He was clearly interested in doing what was best for me and my family, and not his bank account. Full disclosure, the attorney you are reading this review about just happens to be my husband. I have consulted with him, effectively hiring him to do anything and everything legal, financial, real estate related and otherwise. This is not a "please consider my husband" testimonial, but rather a synopsis from a former practicing attorney in the field with an objective view as it relates to the kinds of deals Jason Kapit handles.
I know firsthand how difficult real estate transactions can be. Having practiced family law for almost a decade, much of the focus was concentrated around the division of assets, ultimately requiring the household residence to be sold. Having Jason Kapit handle these types of sensitive deals, with not only a keen understanding of real estate but also a legal perspective (contract language, negotiation), especially in the fraud-filled South Florida environment, was a welcomed sigh of relief for clients who were emotionally drained during such an arduous process.
There is no shortage of Real Estate agents, but having an agent such as Jason Kapit, with this unique background is a major benefit to many clients I have represented in the past and it only stands to reason that any home buyer or seller would be hard-pressed to find someone comparable when it comes to assisting in residential real estate sales.

I can not express how deeply grateful I am for these attorneys. The odds were stacked against me for an allegation that i did not commit. No one believed me, until I hired these attorneys. These two attorneys have spoke to me numerous times about my case and were always available especially as i was overseas and still was able to answer any questions I had. For all that its worth, Michael and Alexandra Waddington will treat you with respect and hear what you have to say with no judgement. I can not express how deeply grateful I am for Mr. Waddington. The odds were stacked against me for an allegation that I did not commit. No one believed me, until I hired Mr. Waddington. He constantly checked up on my case and was always available especially as I was overseas and still was able to answer any questions I had. He explained to me all my options and was straight forward with all outcomes. I believed I had a 0.1% chance of being retained let alone getting an honorable or general discharge. However, Mr. Waddington was able to provide a powerful defense. The most impactful thing that stuck out to me the most was his incredible opening and closing argument. I don't think any other attorney would have been able to pull off such an incredible defense such as he did. When I heard the board state that they are retaining me in the military, I just completely broke down as I know if any other attorney was assigned to me, I would have lost. But I am glad I stuck to my decision in hiring Mr. Waddington and would do so again. He ultimately was able to give me a chance to show that I was to be believed and I can finally move on with my life. Thank you for everything.

Dana is an excellent lawyer and excellent person. Majority of FL lawyer do not give a sh….. about you or your family. They would make you homeless. Older man next me lost $120K from $210K saved all his life. Please, go & talk to them free. They have a license legally rub us. Please, do not rush, do your homework. Anthony Genove is a great Attorney and has a great team working for him, I would even go as far as to say he is one of the best in south Florida. A lot of Attorneys say they care about you but Anthony dose, he may not be able to take you call right then and there but he will call you back in a timely manner. I had used Mr Kantor is the past and had been satisfied. However, recently I retained him to handle two cases. I learned he did not show at the hearing on the first case. The 2nd case he had still not filed for a hearing and the deadline was less than 8 days away. I requested a refund. I did not receive a response, an apology for not appearing at the scheduled hearing., or a refund. Extremely disappointed.
