I found Mr. Modica very professional, excellent communicator, easy to work with and strives to get the best outcome for clients. My 19 year old had gotten a reckless ticket and Mr. Modica fought the case to get 0 points and court fees. I was given a dui in newark along other traffic offenses. I was looking at 3 months to a year of losing my license. Martin Knepper is wonderful. He helped us, with what we would call, a complex personal injury suit that evolved from a serious car accident on Route 95 in Delaware (we were hit by a truck). Unlike other lawyers that I interviewed, and one that I fired, he had a lot of knowledge, and expertise, that other attorneys we had spoken with didn't have.
His negotiation skills, his professionalism, his knowledge, and his fortitude allowed us to succeed in settling our case, in what we considered a fair settlement. A case that involved drivers and companies from multiple states.

Going through a custody battle can be confusing, exhausting and stressful. Especially, when you find out two months to trial the other side retained an attorney.
I decided it would be best to seek some form of counsel. I was referred to Mr. Tsakataras through another attorney. I immediately called because I had been praying for guidance, and this attorney gave him a stellar recommendation. I did my own research while awaiting the consultation meeting. His reputation was incredible! He has EXTENSIVE experience in custody matters. He has state / federal contracts in the family court system. This man has earned the respect; and you only do that by working hard! So, everything in me said “THIS, is exactly WHO you need to talk to!”
Fast forward to the Monday we were meeting, we ended up rescheduling because an emergency hearing was the following day he had to prepare for. I was timely notified by Steven (his paralegal) and informed of what was going on. How could I even be upset? That’s the type of person you WANT on your team. Somebody who is DEDICATED to your case and will FIGHT to see the best outcome.
Finally, it’s the day of the consult, he called me in a timely fashion; and he let me know how the process works; 50 minutes, i had already sent all my documentation to him- so even though it was via phone; it was as if I was in the office.
He told me the retainer fees, and asked me if I wanted to be prepared, OR, if I would be able to pay the fee. I opted for preparation as trial is set for next month and the fees as a result was going to be very high.
During this consultation, he outlined in details which factors are the factors I should be focused on, how to highlight them, how to present them to court. He gave me valuable information that you really can’t put a price tag on. Once the 50 minutes was up, he did not rush to get off the phone. He made sure I was able to take very detailed notes, giving me dates, telling me how to get things admitted into court and before the judge.
I feel very confident in my case, however, he has made my confidence level boost while fright of the attorney has diminished.
I 110% recommend this attorney and I am so glad I had the opportunity to speak with him. It’s evident that he cares a lot more about the people he HELPS than he does about the money; I can only pray he continues to have great success in all paths of his life and continues to be blessed.

Mr. Lyons is the best lawyer I have ever met or ever used. I have met 100’s or lawyers due to my field in Information Technology and used a few in my personal life. I can say without a doubt that Dan is a skilled attorney and a man who cares about his clients. I called other lawyers before Dan and they were ready to swipe my credit card before knowing anything about the case. Dan called me and insisted we speak in person, explained the facts, looked through the details, and set my mind at ease. A second DUI where I had confessed to smoking, given blood, and had every right to be pulled over. During the entire process Dan kept me informed, gave me the most likely outcome, and then got me off of ALL CHARGES! I didn’t even get a driving citation and didn’t have to go to court for a trial. Kevin is the best lawyer I ever had. When you get into any kind of legal trouble you want a lawyer that will tell the truth and not just what you want to hear. I had dui case 10 years ago and forgot to do the last part to restore my license. I got pulled over and got 4 tickets. One of them if found guilty I would have to serve jail time. Kevin was so knowledgeable about the law and the process that he was able to work a defense for me that got almost everything dismissed. The important thing was I was not going to jail. Kevin is a staight shooter and a fair priced lawyer. I would recommend him to anybody that fine themselves in a criminal case.

I had to constantly call or reach out as much as I could to get an update of my case or else they won’t reach out. Most times I find it very difficult to get in touch with Peter or someone from the office. I would call day by day and no one would get back to me it felt like I was being ignored or avoided. I felt less important. From my point of view Peter was not honest and helpful. Not exactly satisfied with their work. Experienced discrimination. I couldn’t go back to work since my accident. My accident attorney did not help me for the financial hardship or any medical assistance. Not even a referral for other specialists that could help or anything. I asked him to help me with pain and suffering due to the complications, constant ER visits and going through a long difficult recovery. Peter told me he doesn’t work with pain and suffering cases. I asked other attorneys for assistance they told me to confront Peter for help since he was actively working on my case. To hear that he has helped other clients with pain and suffering and other compensations would mean to me that I was lied to as a client. Due to my injuries and financial hardship I had to get special therapy done that was needed for my treatment that was very expensive. I was told I could add it to my settlement and Peter told me no. He told me he “ doesn’t do anything of that or there isn’t no money. “ I never meant the attorney of my case. It felt like it was all a scam. At the beginning of the case, Peter seemed so confident and assuring that he would fight for me. I’m so disappointed. All concerns I had would not be explained in simple or favorable terms. After a long difficult recovery I found out I have a personal permanent injury. I asked Peter if I could re-sue and get pain and suffering and he told me no because he told me he doesn’t work with personal injury cases. I have a traumatic brain injury and other injuries from my car accident. But I most definitely feel like I was being taken advantage of because I have a head injury and I’m very young. If I were you I would look for other places that absolutely care to get the best outcome and care for their clients as possible throughout their time of need. I was so scared and I thought I was going to die from all I’ve been through. This was a terrible experience.
