I hired Atty Grayson for 2 traffic citations. One was when stopping for a red light on a wet road, my car skidded into the car in front of me despite the ABS system kicking in. I was cited for failure to reduce speed, which he was able to get dismissed. The other was for speeding, which he was able to get reduced to a non-moving violation. The outcomes exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

My wife, her parents, and I were hit by a drunk driver. The accident resulted in the death of my mother-in-law, the premature birth of my son, and serious injuries to the rest of us. We hired Mr. White to handle our insurance claims. He was professional and compassionate, even showing up to support us at hearings for the criminal case against the other driver.
Mr. White negotiated with five different insurance companies to get us the maximum settlement. Our medical bills amounted to over $150,000, but he was able to settle with our insurance for around $12,000. On top of that, he also secured a settlement for our minor child that was over and above the limits of our policy.
Throughout our case Woody kept us informed of what was going on and always answered any questions we had.

As a mother who has been in the trenches both professionally and a mother fighting the war on drugs, found herself with a son who for over a decade fighting prison and addiction. I did just exactly that!! I was scared to death!!! But this time I knew I could not do it alone!!! I found Woody White. I thought he would be just like all the others in the past! Although he told me his office does not do evictions, David took the time to give me direction and told me many attorneys do not do evictions. The forms are readily available at the office of the clerk of court and are not a terribly complicated process so that individuals can do it themselves. he said to call him if I ran into any road blocks and we could do a consultation then if necessary. I consulted with numerous lawyers concerning a scenario that was ongoing. I hired Bruce Mason after reading about his selection to Super Lawyers for several consecutive years, and meeting with him. My situation compares to being lost in the jungle only to find a lion who becomes my aegis. I no longer suffered from noctambulation or constant worry because Bruce Mason was superb. He is breviloquent and eloquent simultaneously and has substantive work ethic and integrity. He is also well respected by his peers, and I suspect his intellect far surpasses that of most lawyers. If you have something going on that is incredibly important to you, I suggest hiring him. He can handle difficult cases with ease. He certainly left me in a better place after winning my case, and the only thing I would change about him is not having been in the situation I was in to begin with to need someone like him. I wish the world had more people like him in it.

Sarah went above and beyond on my intense high conflict child support and custody case. She explained things thoroughly without making me feel silly about being so stressed and worried. When my daughter needed a lawyer in Wilmington , she chose Melissa Collins to represent her and I'm glad she did. Her case, which included multiple charges thanks to the over eager downtown police, were able to be taken care of with a voluntary dismissal after a year. I first met Dawn a few months ago. My case involves separation, child custody, and soon to be divorce. After first reviewing my case she hit the ground running. She informed me of all my options and remained flexible while I made my decision on what course I wanted to take. Even when the opposing counsel attempted to claim constitutional grievances against me, she remained calm and professional. She cited how the opposing counsel was incorrect in their allegations and the judge had grievances thrown out. While Dawn has not been practicing law for several years, she has the knowledge of an attorney who has been practicing for over 20. Along with her vast knowledge, she has the passion and drive of a junior lawyer who thrives on success. You can see that she truly cares about your case and will work very hard to obtain the best possible outcome. She is a true professional and respects the attorney/client relationship. I was frantic because my court date was for a particular date and I was flying out of town that morning. I had gone to courthouse to try to speak to someone about getting it postponed or handled the day before no one would talk to me until the scheduled court day. Mr. Bolton not only had my charge dismissed, but was able to keep me from doing any jail time, which was completely expected in my situation. However, with a baby on the way-Cooper was able to get every detail of my case and present it to the DA and judge in a way that went 100% in our favor. He was beyond prepared on the day of court. He was ready to go to trial and prepared for hearing, which nobody else was ready for! So the case was handled that same day without a trail.
