I could not have been happier I hired Mr. Webber for an assault charge in the in the County of Wenatchee Washington. Mr. Webber from the very first conversation gained my confidence and trust in what was a pretty complex assault case. He took the case over from a previous attorney and got right to work with having to quickly present in court. His courtroom presence and confidence and quick thinking was stellar and well respected by the prosecutor(s) and judge(s) we had to work with. I hired Paul after I received a reckless driving ticket for driving excessively fast (over 60mph) in a 30mph zone on a motorcycle. I was never clocked at any speed, the officer only used his judgment from what he saw through his rearview mirror as I rode past him. Paul was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and compromised on a judgment of 2nd degree negligent driving and a $550 fine. The judge had even mentioned that usually the compromise consist of taking a driving class on top of the reduced charge but Paul was able to negotiate the terms without me having to do it. I was very pleased with this outcome as I could have faced jail time, higher fines and mandatory license suspension. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone seeking representation where you know an attorney will work for the best possible outcome in your favor.

I was in an accident where conditions of the road were primarily to blame. No one was hurt in the collision and a state trooper eventually showed up and gave me a citation stating that the vehicle was driven too fast for conditions. After I hired Paul he took care of getting all the necessary information from the police report, which he advised me was easily dismissed as the citation did not have any evidence whatsoever. Paul's advice was to contest the hearing and the citation ended up being dismissed. I was impressed with the reasoning and advice he provided through a couple of phone calls and was I'm glad I could rely on his experience and knowledge.

He is very knowledgeable about family law and knows the ins and outs of the court system in Yakima very well. He is to the point and usually can get things accomplished without heated difficulties with other attorneys. But, when that is not possible, he is able to present clear, concise arguments resulting in success in court. He is also very straightforward with his billing-There are no misunderstandings. Honest, dependable, exceedingly bright, intelligent, reliable predictions and recommendations, superb case law research, tenacious pursuit for a client-oriented result tempered with pragmatism which ultimately prevailed in proving our cause and winning our case with the favorable result and vindication we sought. If we had lost the case my recommendation for Rob would be the same. I don't think anyone can ask for more in their representation.
Ours was not a simple process. We felt our position was morally and legally correct and therefore we were not willing to compromise or settle. Rob stuck with us. Our case lasted 6 1/2 years involving lower court and higher court rulings, summary judgments, higher court appeals, poor and mistaken lower court rulings, and ultimately higher court rulings rectifying the lower court errors. Mr. Webster was incredible! At first his quiet tone, modesty, and nice personality intimidated me as using him as an attorney but I have learned that this is what made him a professional! Mr. Smith is a hard working advocate for when you need a good defense. I contacted him after I was charged with two class A felonies, from jail, and after speaking to him retained him.
Through diligent work on discovery and his experience with the local situation in Yakima County he was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss both charges.
But what really impressed me was that he refunded 75% of the money I paid him for a retainer when the charges were dismissed. I've dealt with a lot of attorneys over the years, and this last action impressed me. He could have easily kept the money and I wouldn't have said a thing. His professional ethics are unmatched.

My wife was involved in a car accident where she was not at fault but there was some definite damage to her vehicle. At first, we were unsure that we even needed to involve a lawyer. I had called 12 that once I got into my story and what was going on they said they didn’t want a part of it. When I went in for my consultation with Adam, I was immediately put at ease. Daniel was clear about everything, was reasonably priced and got my speeding ticket dismissed. Worth the money, for sure.
He didn't give me updates all the time, but though I had some anxiety a few times because I wasn't sure what was going on. But Daniel was on it. It's probably best to just put it in his hands and let him take care of it.

Blaine Connaughton lost a custody battle to a documented child abuser fresh out of a mental institution who was represented by a guy who eventually lost his law license. i payed him 2000 dollars and only was able to meet with him once to discuss my case and the deal he wanted me to take was worse than the dealmy public defender was offering me, before i hired him and the case was a cake walk for any defense there was literally no crime committed and video evidence to prove it.

Well the initial consultation was iffy, he really didnt discuss the charges nor looked at the possible sentence i was going to get based on my background, he is quite rude and blunt
But i hired him anyways, he is really hard to get a hold of and doesnt communicate properly through text or phone calls.
Doesnt call back when i leave a message takes more than 2 days to reply.
When i looked at his cases online, they are very different from what he recommended for pleading guilty he gave me 3 days in jail off of a 361 suspended sentence and also based on the type of background i had in coorelation to the charge i was getting i was very suprised.
Its kinda of funny he has a habit recommending deferred type sentences.
