In 2010 I found myself being charged with 6 felonies. I had never even had a speeding ticket and didn’t know the difference between a felony and a misdemeanor. I literally chose Attorney Smith at random out of the phone book. He not only met me for case discussion but also made sure to keep every meeting and/or scheduled meeting with the police, as well as attended every court hearing. In the end, my original charges (6 felonies) were all reduced to 1 Disorderly Conduct, a 4th degree misdemeanor. To say he is anything but a Godsend would be an insult. I will recommend Attorney Smith to anyone who is looking for an attorney and I will not hesitate to call him if need be in the future. Thank you for genuinely caring for your clients and not just practicing for a paycheck!

Ross represented me years ago for a criminal case and to say the least he got me a deal that i thought was impossible!! During that case he even went to lisbon and got a driving charge dismissed for nothing!! This man ran into my mother and sister and she had her 2 children with her at apple bees he came over said hello to them as a professional does then when my mother went to pay the bill she was told he had paid it already!! I would recommend him to anyone i know that needs the best and hes the only attorney i will use !! Hes a beast and cares about his clients and their families!! 2 weeks ago I got pulled over for a minor infraction just to find out I had a warrant for my arrest in Trumbull County from 6 yrs ago. It was Friday night and everything was closed! I couldn't for the life of me figure out where these charges stemmed from. The next day, after a night gripped with fear, I decided I'd better at least try calling some law offices and maybe God would lead me to the right one and someone would answer or call me back. The 1st message I left was with Ron Yarwood and he ended up being the only attorney to call me back the very next day on Sunday! I couldn't believe it. I didn't retain him that day because I thought these charges were going to be a mistake and I was trying to save money, but he heard me out and didn't cut me off. The next day I called the magistrates office and the Police Depart, and found out I was facing a Felony. I was sick to my stomach, sitting at work suffering in silence and fighting back tears. I asked for a personal day and went home to search for attorney that I could afford because I didn't have that much money and I was still holding out hope this would just get dismissed. It had been almost 6 years and no crime was actually committed, it was just an attempt to commit an offense. I called tons of attorneys, and if your reading this you'll know what I'm talking about when I say they only cared about the money, not about me. Long story short, I found an attorney(not Yarwood) and things went downhill, fast. He wouldn't listen to me or do any research on the facts I was giving him. He was dismissive of me. At this point, I new I was in trouble and I knew it was time to search for another attorney. It's 8am Monday(3 days ago) on my way to work, leaving msgs yet again. Once again only Yarwood called me back! I told him my charges and what has been happening this far and I had a hearing scheduled this Thursday. He said let's meet today so I took off work(again) and drove to his office. Ron came right down to meet me and led me to the conference room. At this point, I was exhausted, not sleeping and not trusting anyone. Atty Yarwood didn't sugarcoat anything for me and got right to the point. He looked at all the facts and right away went in to what his defenses would be.(thats right, i said defenses, plural!) I tried not talk much because I wanted to hear what he had say and I didn't have time to waste. Immediately, he picked up on crucial details that I had been begging my attorney(at the time) to look at to no avail. Even though I had not hired Ron Yarwood yet, he didn't hold back one bit of what his defenses would be. Atty Yarwood said it is important that we become a team, which resonated with me because I never heard an attorney talk like that before and that we need to trust each other... And that he's not a hand holder lol(which I didn't need)...however, I needed someone who will fight. After an hour meeting, which he never looked at his watch 1 time and I never felt rushed, I knew he was the one. My feelings were that he was honest and became an attorney for all the right reasons, so I googled him immediately. Everything he told me was true. Yesterday morning(8/16) I ran him over a check at 730 am. We talked for another hour and I just expected him to take my money and I'd be on my way. Not Ron, he pulled out a white board and went over exactly how this process would go and went over every possibility of how this could play out. I left feeling great and confident he had my back and I really could trust him. Fast forward 24 hours later...I'm sitting in the courtroom at my preliminary hearing, sick..again. Ron pops in just let me know he's there and he'd come back in shortly. 30 to 45 minutes later he grabs my dad and I and tells us to follow him outside where he tells us the charges are going to be dismissed! What!! Ron came in prepared and ready to go all the way for me. I am so grateful to him and I couldn't wait to write this review! Thank you Ron!!! Call Ron Yarwood!!

Attorney Yarwood could not be recommended more highly. He represented me in a DUI case, and the amount that he was able to get the charges reduced was nothing more than a miracle. I knew from the beginning that he genuinely cared about me and the outcome of this case. My fiance hired Rhys for an assualt charge which they wanted jail time but he fought with the prosecutor and was able to get it down to probation and fines which he was happy with. He fought for him and was more than willing to go to trial if they didnt give him a fair deal. He was also always on top of things. Super nice guy, highly recommend him.

In December of 2015, my daughter made a mistake. She got involved with the wrong person, and ended up accused of a felonious assault and theft. I found Atty. Jones's number in the phone book, called his office, and he saw me that afternoon. He also introduced me to his associate, Atty. Ron Yarwood, and the two of them took care of my daughter's case. They immediately took steps to get her out of jail and released on bond. They informed us of her legal rights and liabilities, and kept us informed of the progress of her case. They educated us from the beginning on what my daughter's risks were, and negotiated hard on her behalf. From the outset, they told us that they had no fear of going to trial, if that was what her defense demanded; but in the end, they were able to negotiate her sentence down to 2 misdemeanors, with her punishment being only a year's probation.
I was very gratified over the fact that they quoted me a fixed fee at the beginning, and never asked for any more fees as the process went on. I also found them both to be very accessible. I contacted them by email and phone on numerous occasions and they always replied the same day or the next. I always felt that they had my daughter's best interest at heart, but they also never let her forget how serious the trouble was that she had gotten into. I am extremely grateful to them for their time and expertise as well as the outcome they were able to negotiate for my daughter. I fear that, with a less competent team, the outcome could have been substantially worse.

Attorney Cartright-Jones was able to find major flaws in my dui case and was able to get the suspension and dui dismissed in a month. Had I not hired this attorney, I would have unnecessarily been charged with a dui. I can now go on with life. This attorney may be the best defense attorney in the Youngstown and surrounding area.

People who complain about her pricing, truly mind-blowing! People should NOT bargain shop when trying to fight for custody of their children, the outcome will be less than desired.

I ran into trouble when people that I barely knew jumped me and then filed a false police report. There was eight of them at the scene and me. I had no proof besides my word. I was charged with criminal tresspassing and assault on a minor. Mr. Cassese met with me for a consultation. He listened to me, and made notes. We appeared in court and all charges were dismissed. I highly recommend this man to represent the accused.

Basically I had some friends that werent friends and put me and my family in jeopardy. I was facing prison. Mr. Duffrin said "Dont worry, we got this." I felt comforted. Attorney Lanzo is a very professional Lawyer who will not lie to you . After meeting him i hired him to represent me for a DUI case in 2007. I was young and i took the breathalyzer test and did not know any better. He told me if i had not taken the breathalyzer test he could have had the charges dropped because i passed the field sobriety test. He also got me everything i asked for no points on my license minimum fines and no DUI on my record. Ive know Attorney Lanzo for some years now and i would not hire anyone else. Hes intelligent well spoken very personable and will go to war for you in the court room !!!

Counselor Czopur was extremely helpful to me when I needed help with an Ohio traffic ticket in a court five hours away from my home.
I was in the middle of an 9 hour drive from the hospital at which I am an attending, to where my family was gathering for Thanksgiving. On the Ohio turnpike, a massive snow squall suddenly dropped an inch of wet sloppy snow in about five seconds. Fortunately, I was able to slow gently - but still ended up sliding into a ditch. The highway patrol was very helpful, but still issued me a 1 point ticket for sliding into the ditch (apparently that's standard Ohio turnkpike practice).
The officer explained that I could contest the ticket, and was told that, given the circumstances largely out of my control, that it would be straighforward to do so. The problem is the court that corresponded to where I slid into the ditch, was five hours away from where I was living. So making a ten-hour round trip to come to court repeatedly, to go through the motions of contesting the ticket, was not at all practical.
Instead, I looked up (on this website!) traffic lawyers, and called the office of DeGenova & Yarwood as the nearest high-rated lawyer. Counselor Yarwood actually picked up the phone personally and was very helpful, and referred me to Counselor Czopur. Counselor Czopur was extremely helpful the entire way through, kept me completely updated each step of the way, was extremely polite, respectful, and informative, and took care of the whole thing for me, including multiple court visits over two months, for one flat rate, successfully reducing the one point ticket to a no-point, non-moving violation fine.
It was annoying to get a traffic ticket for sliding into a ditch because of a sudden snow squall, but I got excellent help taking care of this annoyance. I would fully recommend Counselor Czopur. Thank you very much, Counselor!

Let's all remember how she left the Struthers court in embarrassment when she refused to peacefully accept defeat calling the Republican chairman claiming a fraudulent election took place. The 28 electors who filed suit and then dropped their claim on her behalf should be ashamed of themselves. Jennifer Ciccone should of never been considered for Struthers judge according to her own party chairman and many others. The people of Struthers have spoken with her considerable defeat for Struthers judge. Any one who cannot accept defeat and in this case Jennifer Ciccone who in their right mind would want her as judge anyway. I myself strongly do not recommend her to anyone for judicial representation.

Don't waste your time. I called them because my past employer was breaking labor laws (they still are, star extruded shapes). I did get a call back which was nice, but unfortunately the attorney is too busy. And the lady I spoke with on the phone wasn't helpful at all.

I was super impressed when my phone rang after leaving a message knowing it was 6:20 Ohio time and it wasn’t a messenger but Attorney John Ams himself. Although he couldn’t take my case, he wanted to make sure I understood why and exactly what I needed to know and to expect that will be taking place. I have called all around and this was the first attorney that went out of his way for me to give me information and I couldn’t have been more impressed. He is a doer, that is certainly easy to tell. Stay away from Rauser & Associates! Waste of your time and definitely your money. Took my money then asked about my income. After all this the kept my return for almost a month. After keeping 25% of it for doing nothing. The only reason I am leaving a bad review is because I called another law firm, and the first thing they asked about was my income and told me I made too much. That they couldn't help me and wouldn't waste my time. So if you have any other options I would not use this company. I wouldn't have given them a star but I couldn't leave the review unless I gave them one.

Stay away from Rauser & Associates! Waste of your time and definitely your money. Took my money then asked about my income. After all this the kept my return for almost a month. After keeping 25% of it for doing nothing. The only reason I am leaving a bad review is because I called another law firm, and the first thing they asked about was my income and told me I made too much. That they couldn't help me and wouldn't waste my time. So if you have any other options I would not use this company. I wouldn't have given them a star but I couldn't leave the review unless I gave them one.
