Aber Law Firm is top notch. Jeremy is responsive, professional, and highly skilled in his profession. Most attorneys I've worked with in the past want to create custom agreements for every possible scenario. Jeremy has standard agreements on hand for common needs and tweaks them as necessary. In doing so, he may only spend 10-15 minutes on the phone with you, to talk through what needs to be tweaked. He also only bills for time actually spent. I have other attorneys that will drag their feet and try to keep me on for a full 30 or 60, when clearly the conversation has ended, then I get billed for it. Jeremy's billing transparency is almost unheard of. I'd recommend him 10 times out of 10 for any SaaS company.

Jeremy is probably the most responsive and efficient business attorney I've ever worked with. Possibly beyond law, to include all professional services consultants or firms I've worked with over 3 plus decades.
What I really appreciated is that he stayed on point and didn't ask a bunch of unrelated questions, or start the 'well have you thought about this' conversation - which most attorneys, experts or consultants try to pull to lure in a potential client on fear of unknowns and justify more billable time for some unnecessary advice or service that wasn't asked for.
If you need an attorney with Jeremy's area of expertise, run, don't walk to Jeremy. Your business will be better off for it.

Mr. Jewell was extremely helpful during a security clearance adjudication and subsequent appeal. A medical provider in the Air Force had rendered a harsh evaluation, and Mr. Jewell helped build, review, and submit responses to the Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DOD CAF). Although my clearance was revoked, Mr. Jewell continued working and engaging through the appeal process. He provided timely and accurate information on both the clearance adjudication and appeal processes. Developing a plan for a second medical evaluation and separate medical opinion, Mr. Jewell helped my case be successfully appealed and my security clearance reinstated. He was always responsive when called or emailed, even through roughly 20 months of the clearance adjudication and appeal process. Although military members can self-represent in the process, Mr. Jewell backing my response submissions gave me great peace of mind, especially when it felt that I was being outcast by the entire base medical community. I also felt that my leadership took my case more seriously when notified that I had hired an attorney. I would never want anyone to go through the same experience, but I sincerely appreciate all the help, effort, and support from Mr. Jewell over such an extended time frame. It was very comforting and uplifting to know at least one person truly believed my side of events, and he was willing and capable to prove the facts.

Guillermo and his team helped me fight a psychopath with a history of litigiousness. The psycho who sued me had sued more than 8 people in the past 4 years and with Guillermo's help we shut him down. My husband hired Kimberly Bishop for a business litigation matter, and she was able to help bring a close to the matter within 6 months! Jack recently represented us in a CPS trial. It was a tricky case that involved another family as well as our own. We were terrified but Jack absolutely came through for us. Neither myself nor my husband had ever been involved in any sort of legal problems before and he was there for us every step of the way. As awful as our situation was, we thought there was no way we would lose our case because we hadn't done anything wrong. After an initial hearing (with another attorney that was friends with Jack and referred us after the first hearing), we realized just how serious our situation was. Apparently civil cases don't need the burden of proof that criminal cases do to convict, and with our children being threatened, well, there just aren't words for what we felt. Jack walked us through the entire process and his knowledge on the topic of family law was intimidating to say the least. I hope that no one ever has to experience what our family experienced but if you do, you could not place your trust in a more deserving individual. He absolutely knows what he is doing.
Just to add, I will say that we were initially put off by his office because I think we expected some nice, spacious room with a bunch of furniture that never gets used, plants all over the place, etc., and I think we called him entirely too often because of our inexperience with attorneys but he was never impatient with us and always returned our calls as soon as he was able. Oh, and for anyone familiar with CPS, even though we lost the initial hearing, our case was, for all intents and purposes, over only a month later. Even though we didn't have another hearing for 6 months, we did everything Jack asked us to which showed the Judge that we had nothing to hide. CPS allowed our children home well before the closing date of our case.

I hired Mr. Guequierre long-distance after receiving his name from the Lawyer Referral Service. I felt confident I had a solid case, but needed legal expertise to move past a stalemate in direct negotiations. After an initial call with Mr. Guequierre, and a few emails to clarify some questions, I felt confident that he had the necessary expertise and experience to help, and was trustworthy (of particular concern being out of state). In the initial call, Mr. Guequierre also clearly explained how the case might unfold, and what legal costs would be involved, so I knew what to expect and could assess the cost/benefit. He also indicated that he felt we had a good case, given the issue and the fact that I’d documented everything along the way. Thus, I hired him.
He began with an intake process to gather information and documentation for me in a well-organized way. He then engaged the other party's legal counsel, and we eventually reached a settlement that matched what I'd tried to negotiate without legal assistance. Through the process, Mr. Guequierre responded to my inquiries in a timely manner, shared detailed knowledge about relevant areas of the law and legal proceedings, kept me in the loop on all communications with the other party, shared helpful advice to help me make decisions about potential settlement terms, was diligent about following up with the other party to get a response in the agreed upon time, and was easy to communicate with (personable, approachable, etc.).
